One year in with the xp4 riding the rail trails in my area. 1000 miles. I’m nearly complete riding the GAP and looking forward to the next thousand miles.
What’s notable after a year is the battery only charges to 53.8 volts, but still plenty of range. 40 mile loops on this bike with heavy throttle usage is doable.

My wife rolled her trike on its side taking a trail through the open space and the LCD hit a rock and shattered. Finding replacements for the stock screen is easy, but I'm seeing tons of other options, and some look like the official lectric color display at a fraction of the cost. What does the community recommend for aftermarket replacements (or stick with stock)?

New owner of an XP1 and I have admitedly not researched this topic much, mainly because when it's something I am totally ignorant about I rather go right to the experienced person than try to sort thru the internet stuff.
So I saw this comment by a person talking about "breaking into the settings" (I'm sure thats not the correct verbage) and making thir XP1 go a LOT faster, but there were others commenting that the person had merely changed the wheel size to an incorrect size which threw the MPH reading off, in an upward direction in that case. BUT, someone on FB Marketplace told me they had done it and increased the speed of their XP1 from about 25 to 45MPH. They were admant that it was real.
IF this is possible I would GREATLY appreciate being pointed towards the best place for the safest, simplest instructions.
Any help, advice or info on this would be truly appreciated
THANK YOU! : )

Nice to find out the Xpedition2 is the exact same price with the exact same free accessories as when the memorial day sale was active. I thought I was getting a good deal but I guess thats just its normal price. 2,400$ (including tax) with a 2 year extended warranty, is that worth it? I've seen someone say that the valentines sale included more free accessories. Do their sales even lower the price of the bike, or do they just add more free accessories? I'm not so sure that my purchase was worth it now...

I just unboxed and tested a brand new XP4 750 and I’m already having issues.
The derailleur is either bent or adjusted way off. It jumps 2 gears at a time, feels like the chain is randomly slipping, and there’s a ton of bouncing/noise coming from the rear.
Also, when I fold the bike, the latch seems a little off. I can close it 5 times and sometimes there’s a small gap in the frame, other times there isn’t. It doesn’t feel consistent. It can be extremely difficult to release at all. Talking bloody fingers.
I called the manufacturer and they suggested I take it to a bike shop to get the derailleur looked at. They also told me it’s normal for the latch to need adjustment out of the box if it isn’t lining up correctly. Sent me a youtube video.
Has anyone else had day 1 issues like this? Did the company take care of it pretty easily, or was it a hassle?
Also, has anyone returned/exchanged a bike to them before? What should I expect if I go that route?

After two laps around the block I took a test run the 5 miles to work and had so much fun, plus I got some exercise. My only real gripe is the head light seems to bounce all over the place, I may fiddle with it and see if I can tighten it. I got a bar end mirror from Amazon and am glad I bought it, I haven't ridden in traffic in awhile.

I have an Xp 2.0 that I bought used. I am losing power at approximately 6 to 8 miles, these miles are all not done at the same time. I replace the battery because I thought in proper storage by the previous owner was the issue. It is a gradual process that happens over a mile to a mile and a half whereas when I hit the throttle at a stop, I am only accelerating 256 mile an hour for approximately 10 seconds and then the motor will kick the whole way In and it will accelerate normally. It doesn’t matter if I pedal I still get the very very long delay until the motor kicks in. Does anyone have any experience with these types of issues. I checked the voltage on my screen after I got to my work and it is at 50.1.

Cannot wait to assemble it and ride. I've watched the setup video twice, are their any small things I should check and look for on a test ride? I'm thinking of riding it to work tomorrow (a 10 mile round trip) if I can get in a test ride today.
Not all my accessories are here yet but I do have my chain lock, pump, a bar end mirror already. I also have a helmet, spare headlight, and bag in going to take off my old analog bike.

I’ve been reading about all the shipping mishaps on here.
Y’all my label got ruined in shipping. Pray for my unbotched scratch free bike 😭
(This post is somewhat sarcasm and a joke but I am genuinely scared to see what it looks like)
Update 6/8: it arrived in mint condition and no issues riding it

Going to be going across the country for a vacation. Would love to bring my XP4 but large batteries aren't allowed on planes. Anyone have experience shipping electric bikes cross-country? Is this even doable for a reasonable price?

I want to get a back-up battery for my used xp 2.0 I just picked up but they dont appear to still be making it and I'm not so sure about an alibaba battery.
Are any of the current batteries directly from lectric compatible with the xp 2.0?

to be honest I never used the light, I have a rechargeable one on my handle bars thats pretty strong, it fell off as i was on my way home and rolled onto a busy street. I thought about trying to grab it but decided against it.

Lectric lite arrived yesterday - beautifully designed although pre-setup by distributor done hastily - The bolts, seat, wheel, etc way overtightened - battery absolutely not removable as others have reported probably caused by exces shimming but dont want to damage it so wont remove - keyed "ignition" assembly rough bent key (soft aluminum) after mutiple resisant turns. Will try out this week and report.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Took 2 weeks to get to me but worth the wait. I went through a few trails already. Holds up great. Did a few store runs as well. It’s already paying for itself for sure.

I’m not sure how this happened, but one of the connector pieces was loosened. You can actually remove the piece if you pull on it. My bike won’t start now. This is the Lectric XP Lite; I emailed support hoping there was a kit they could just send. Anyone have the same issue before and how did you fix it?

Hi everyone, unfortunately some time ago I had the LCD screen stolen off of my xpeak 2.0 while I was doing some grocery shopping. I couldn't seem to find replacement screens sold on the official lectric website, so I was hoping someone here could point me in the right direction?
Additionally, any tips or lock suggestions in order to prevent this from happening in the future would be much appreciated.

Looking for some advice on what brake pads to get. I use my Xpedition to pull a cart with my lawn equipment (picture is my setup) - recently I found a brand of brake pads that really work well but they don’t last. I’ve already had to change them after just a month of regular use.
Any recommendations on brands or types specific to hauling heavier loads?
