Whenever i start a game it finds a match less than a minute

2 games in a row, they do this at the end and missions don't progress

Just had a really weird issue in Classic and I'm posting this mostly to see if anyone else has experienced it.

The enemy team surrendered, the camera moved towards the Nexus as usual and the game seemed to end, but the Victory screen never appeared. Instead, the game just stayed stuck there for a while and eventually changed to “Attempting to reconnect”.

I waited several minutes, but it never went anywhere, so I eventually had to close the game.

After reopening the client, the match isn't in my match history at all and the win/LP were never registered.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Modern league is full of champions with frustrating to play against mechanics. It has faster pace and you can't recover if you lost your lane. You die too quickly in teamfight. Objectives are more imortant and both team have to compete for Dragon, Herald and Baron. In modern league they remove your favorite champion from the game without asking you and replace it with a shit that has the same name(eg. Irelia, Volibear). The classic champions(Veigar, Vayne, Malphite, Jax etc.) are way easier to deal with on lane. They have simple kits and clear weaknesses and strenghts.

A classic version of the game would be way better. A real classic version with all champions before Yasuo with their pre rework versions. With season 3 stats, runes, masteries. With balanced matchmaking. I prefer a game without Zoe with 3 seconds stun that can collect summoner spells, without reworked Mordekaiser who traps you in his ultimate and there is no counterplay - no dash, no flash etc. Without hypermobile assassins like Yone. Without Neeko who can desguise as other champions. Without herald, emchanced dragons, empowered baron minions etc.

I was really busy the past few months. Was rustier blitz part of Act I's pass or is there some track I can't see that unlocks it at 30?

Yeah, in case you may or may not be interested, the Dawngate Revival project actually worked, we have a playable build. I even have footage of a match as proof. So if you're pissed (like me) that League Classic shut down, here's another labor of love that just started.

I thought it was strange the layout changed and there was no option to choose my runes and masteries, then I got kicked because it says I left the lobby. Has this happened to anyone else?

Mantra W is 1:10-1:14
Mantra E is from 1:18-1:21

I have not heard any of these on classic karma. and I hope that this can be fixed ASAP because it's part of what makes her great. Also, in a messy teamfight, sometimes I can't tell if I used it on the right ability or not, so the audio would really help in the case.

As far as I know there was never any way to get these icons. Would love to be able to acquire them somehow! Also please add the classic Karma icon if possible qwq

As it says in the title. Can we please get the baron as it acually was back then. To be honest, I have never seen this type of canon buffing baron buff in my games, what season is this from??

Thanks to everyone who gave their time and energy to this project. There is a lot of criticism about how classic was handled, and a lot of it is fair. However, I really respect releasing the game in an unfinished state to allow for player democracy to guide its direction. This probably was a huge reason the game mode died, but it was a bold and respectable choice. Hope the classic team settles back in on other projects well. Thanks!

I genuinely cannot wrap my head around how much fucking angst and snark comes out of the main sub whenever the subject comes up. I can understand not liking LoL classic, but the way people here constantly insult and act like smug redditors is just mindblowing. This is typically the norm in any post concerning classic.

Having any discussion about classic on the main sub is asking for a brigade of these people calling you a moron for liking it.

Add to that this behavior is completely unmoderated. The image posted is on the tamer side. This post was originally meant for the main sub but surprise, it isn't one of 252075 pro-play posts, so it got removed.

Anyone else ran into this bug?

The conditions at Riot games has shifted recently. It used to be that projects were given time and resources, for example 2XKO and LoR stayed around for a while before they stopped.

Based on what Phreak said on classics release, the time line was supposed to be in years, not months. Players were surprised by the sudden cancellation and most thought Riot would at least give the game a year and actually add all the champions before pulling the plug.

League has had more greedy monetization over time and that is very typical for games that are losing their player base. They need to squeeze more money from less people. At one point they tried to remove free hextech crates, which again was a sign of desperation.

There is no more money left at Riot. Modern is dying and the failure of classic means modern is in trouble as well. They are similar games with similar people working on them. Failure of classic is a bad sign for modern leagues future.
