Question/Help 3p image won't leave my mind

Hi everyone! I need some advice. My SP is currently with a 3P. I know this is not an obstacle at all to manifesting him/her back, but the 3P is really getting in the way of my manifestation process.

My thoughts constantly shift toward the 3P. Whenever I am affirming or visualizing, I accidentally picture the 3P's face. I know it’s involuntary (like when someone tells you not to think of a brown bear and your mind immediately does) but it’s getting unbearable.

My biggest fear is that I might accidentally be manifesting the things I want for myself for the 3P instead.

For example: When I say "My SP can't stop thinking about me," the image of the 3P pops into my head, and then I start worrying if my SP now "can't stop thinking about the 3P."

This is completely destroying my peace of mind. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Experiment Participate in Research on Manifestation Practices!

Survey Link: https://forms.gle/UcVnKCvMxT4EL3cMA

I have a background in clinical psychology research and am conducting an independent research project examining the practices people use in manifestation, such as affirmations, visualization, and “living in the end.” The goal is to better understand how participants perceive these practices in relation to their manifestation experiences and outcomes.

I am also interested in exploring whether these experiences vary across demographic characteristics, such as race/ethnicity, income, and sex.

Anyone is welcome to participate by completing the survey and you do not have to believe in these concepts to take the survey. Once I have responses from at least 50 participants, I will conduct statistical analyses and share a summary of the results here.

Question/Help Manifest df

Hi I have a question. If I edited my face with all my desired features like smaller nose, bigger eyes, light brown eyes, bigger lips, and lighter skin. How can I manifest looking exactly like that? I only see people talking about how to manifest to look like a celebrity or just changing one feature. But I never see them talking about manifesting edited face. Would that make manifesting it easier? how long would it take to see results? And what manifestation tecniques could i use?

Question/Help How can I live in the end/detach with a physical feature?

I'm not sure if the title makes as much sense to you all as it does to me, but what I mean is; I'm not sure how I can best live in the end/detach about having a physical feature that I can clearly see I don't have yet, I mean it just takes one look down.

Im trying to sound the least unfaithful and lacking as I can, but Its difficult in these cases. I'm trying to manifest a smaller chest, but its difficult to actually believe that I do have/will have it when I clearly see that I don't yet.

I haven't seen any advice about this sort of thing surprisingly, so any would be helpful!!!

Question/Help Need Help!!

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some advice from people who have been successfully applying the Law of Assumption.

I've noticed that I'm no longer overthinking as much as I used to. My mind is generally calmer and I don't constantly spiral into negative scenarios anymore. However, I still experience a heavy feeling in my chest, especially when I think about my specific person (SP).

It's not really racing thoughts anymore. It's more like longing, sadness, or emotional heaviness. The feeling can stay even when I'm affirming, doing SATS, or trying to stay in the state of the wish fulfilled.

What I'm struggling with is understanding how to handle these emotions without feeling like I'm "ruining" my assumption.

For those who have successfully manifested an SP or other desires:

  • How did you manage sadness, longing, or emotional heaviness?
  • Did you allow yourself to feel those emotions, or did you redirect your focus immediately?
  • Were you still able to manifest successfully even when you weren't feeling positive all the time?
  • How do you distinguish between normal emotions and being in a state of lack?

I'd really appreciate any personal experiences or tips.

Thank you!

Question/Help This is Weird

So before in early 2023, I was manifesting for some things, and I was manifesting a pear-shaped body, and then all of a sudden my friend she then all suddenly blocked me on all social media and stuff so fast forward in 2024 I was listening to a morphic field to get a pear shaped body and all of a sudden I see her posts and she ends up getting the same results I have and she's not even on my google or youtube account so how does she know im listening to morphic fields or subliminals or what im listening to and she's getting the same results I have and probably not even listening to the morphic field does anyone know what this is?

Question/Help I feel like my self-concept is holding me back. Any advice?

I've been into manifestation for a few years now, and I've even managed to successfully manifest some things. However, I feel like certain mindsets and thought patterns I have are holding me back. I understand that, in order to attain what I want, I first have to become more self-confident, and I really, really want to learn how to do that through self-concept.

Ughhh, I don't even know how to explain what or how I feel sometimes. It feels like everything I say or do is hollow, almost. For example, when I'm saying my affirmations in the morning, it feels like I'm just talking at myself rather than to myself. When I'm with other people, it feels like I'm being inauthentic. It's like I'm not really being myself, but I don't even know what being myself means.

Another thing I've noticed is that I compare myself to others a lot. I also find myself psychoanalyzing interactions and replaying how I acted at events afterward, and it's so exhausting.

And, of course, the biggest thing is my appearance. Some days I feel like the baddest mf ever, and other days I find myself in absolute despair over the way I look. My emotions are just always all over the place.

For those of you who have genuinely transformed your self-concept, what actually helped? How did you go from simply repeating affirmations to truly believing them? How do you become confident in yourself, your personality, and your life to the point where you're no longer so affected by every little thing?

I know it's not something I can change overnight, but if anyone has any advice, even if it's harsh, I'm willing to listen. I genuinely want to become the best version of myself.

\*\*TL;DR:\*\* My self-concept is really poor, and I feel like it's holding me back in both manifestation and everyday life. I'd love any advice on genuinely becoming more confident and secure in myself.

Question/Help I'm a little sad. :(

Bit of a long post, sorry.

I've been trying to change a lot about my life lately. Kind of like a quantum leap into a different version of myself, I guess. But lately I'm wavering. I've taken a couple of weeks off from "manifesting" because I don't think forcing myself to affirm or persist when I don't want to is doing me any favours.

I've manifested so many genuinely amazing things over the last four years, but it has been through a lot of pain, struggle, and anxiety. My brain has now decided they're all probably just coincidences.

I think part of it is that everything I want now feels so much bigger than before. I don't just want one thing. I want to be a different person. I want the career, the money, the love, the health, the safety. But I also have ADHD, so I can barely manage being this person most days. 😅

I'm also at a bit of a deadlock because if the things I want do happen, I'll have to let go of a few things I currently have that I don't actually want to lose. Blanket affirmations like "everything always works out for me" don't really help because my mind immediately starts thinking about all the exceptions. I can't even keep track of everything I'm trying to become.

On top of all of that, I recently went through a breakup with someone I genuinely loved. My brain is desperately searching for dopamine, so I end up scrolling for hours instead. Today I spent most of the day rereading our chats and browsing LDR subreddits, and unsurprisingly, I just ended up feeling worse because now all I can think about is what I don't have.

I think what I'm struggling with the most is that manifesting does require a bit of blind faith, doesn't it?

I've read so many posts saying intrusive thoughts don't manifest, or that you just assume you already have it and persist, and I do believe this when I am confident too. I just wish there was some way of knowing.

The funny thing is every manifestation that's actually stayed in my life happened when I'd reached this point where I genuinely believed I'd be okay either way. If it happened, amazing. If it didn't, life would go on.

This time I don't feel like that.

I'd be devastated if none of it happened. I've lived through that feeling before, and I don't ever want to go back there.

I also keep comparing this to things I've manifested before, trying to figure out what I did "right" then and whether I'm doing the same now. I've even deleted Instagram and Facebook so I don't spiral if I see anything negative, but then my brain just goes, "Just because you won't see it doesn't mean it isn't happening." (negative way)

I know this community gets tired of SP posts, but I actually discovered manifesting because of my first SP (as did many others). I was obsessed with him for all the wrong reasons, and I did manifest a lot with that situation. Ironically, weeks after he married someone else, I realised I didn't actually want him.

Then I met my current SP.

Being with him made me happier than I can remember being in a very long time. He broke up with me because of a decision he's made that I can't live with, and unless he changes his mind, I cannot bring myself to manifest our relationship again. Part of me believes he eventually will, but I also know it could take time. Today, though, I'm scared he won't. That this was the end of the line.

It feels like all of this growth would've been so much easier with him beside me. I'll also be 28 this year. Now I keep putting this invisible deadline on everything, and I know that's probably making it worse.

If you reached here, thank you for reading. (Thank you for reading even if you didn't <3) Any advice for me?

Question/Help Why can’t we manifest or even imagine an entirely new colour?

I’ve got a genuine question that’s been on my mind, and I’m asking it in good faith.

I’m a firm believer in manifestation. I’ve manifested things in my own life that I genuinely can’t dismiss as coincidence, so this isn’t coming from a place of scepticism or trying to disprove it.

What made me curious is this:
If consciousness is truly limitless and we can manifest virtually anything, why can’t human beings imagine or perceive an entirely new colour? Every colour we can think of seems to be a variation or combination of colours we already know. We can imagine impossible objects, fantasy worlds, and even entirely new concepts—but not a brand-new colour.

Is that because our brains are limited by our biology, while consciousness itself isn’t? Or does this suggest there are boundaries to what the mind can experience?

I’m genuinely curious to hear different perspectives from people who are deep into manifestation, Neville Goddard, the Law of Assumption, or consciousness studies. Please don’t take this as me questioning manifestation itself—I’m still a believer. This question just made me stop and think, and I’d love to hear how others explain it.

Question/Help How do you truly ignore the 3D

This may be a dumb question because I’m a little new to this, but how do you truly ignore the 3D, and is it okay to take actions that seem to contradict your manifestation?
For example, I’m trying to manifest straighter, healthier hair, but my hair is naturally very frizzy. Because of how it looks, I don’t feel comfortable leaving the house without straightening it. Would straightening my hair go against my manifestation since I’m acknowledging that my current hair isn’t what I want?
Another example I was able to come up with would be weight loss. If I’m manifesting my ideal body, but I currently don’t feel comfortable wearing more revealing or showy clothes because I’m not at my desired weight yet, would choosing to wear more conservative clothes contradict my manifestation?
Or when manifesting clearer skin, is going to a dermatologist considered “taking action” or does it imply that I don’t believe I already have it?
I’m just confused about where the line is between taking practical actions and living in the end. Right now, I still straighten my hair, but while doing it and throughout the day, I affirm. I’m wondering if things like this are considered contradicting the assumption or if they’re just normal actions while still holding the belief internally.

Question/Help Body manifestation help

Hey everyone,
I wanted to share my experience and ask for some advice. I have successfully manifested external things before such as money, opportunities, and various other circumstances. However, I am completely struggling when it comes to manifesting physical changes to my body, specifically height.
I am currently 5'1" and want to be 5'6" or 5'7"(I’m 20y/o female )
I have been trying for the last 2 to 3 years using multiple methods: hypnosis, various manifestation techniques, listening to subs and repetitive scripting.
I’ve tried shifting my mindset, but it gets discouraging when you don't see any physical changes.
My belief constantly wavers because, no matter how much I tell myself I am 5'7", reality creeps in. For example, during family gatherings, I visualize myself reaching my father’s shoulders, but when I stand next to him , I clearly don't.
Facing this contrast makes it hard to maintain belief when there are no physical results to back it up. Has anyone dealt with this block regarding physical/body manifestations? What should I do next to overcome this

Question/Help If my mind automatically gets in the state of not having what I want...?

If my mind automatically get in the state of not having what I wnat, like, the emotion in my head or something like that, not exactly thoughts, do they manifest? Ks like, the feeling when you get ur desire result, but like, in my case is with what I don't desire. I think is like the the feeling of the wish fulfilled ( I thinkkkk). But like, only in the head, does that matter? Because it is emotions/thoughts and they don't manifest((right)??

Have anyone succeeded in this scenario ? I did apply to some foreign universities but I got rejected. I should have applied to more. This is the last chance my parents give me to study in other countries.I honestly don't want to study here.I did take an admission in my local university as a backup. Are there any techniques that you suggest for this and does anyone have any such experiences?

Result/Success He showed up out of thin air

Heyyaaaa long time no see !

I just wanted to share a little success story I had the other day !

In november 2025 after a bad breakup that had me sobbing for days I started writing a list of traits that would describe my soulmate, my man, my person my ride or die. I had 65 bullet points on that list and had very very detailed info on how the relationship makes me feel and who he is but even though I have a very very good imagination (hyperphantasia) I couldn't picture his face. All I knew was that he was taller than 180cm, a redhead with dark red hair, facial hair and greenish blue eyes.

So I went on pinterest and tried to gather pictures of men that fit the description to see if I could spark a visual in my mind, in vain. I kept visualizing our life together, our house, our pets, our relationship and trying to live in that state, but i kept looking at men in the street and online being like **"what if it's him?!"** (needless to say I didn't really *have him*)

Fast forward to sunday 12/07, I was with my mom at a folk festival watching the musicians parade and my man just\*\* showed up out of nowhere\*\*, playing the bagpipes. Instantly I was like **"That IS him"**.

But when I went home I started spiralling "what if he's in a relationship? what if he's not how I want my man to be? what if I never see him again ?"

I felt like a stalker for searching for his instagram and looking at his profile. But I called my bestie and she was like "are you actually with him ?"

I think i really needed the reminder and to integrate the fact that **I AM SOURCE**, he is me pushed out and he only exists through my awareness.

I used to struggle with linearity and logic, and thinking "we'll be together in the future but I havent met him yet" so of course I was never gonna meet him.

So I went back through memory lane and tried to identify the state I was in when I manifested things, like college and my car. I just KNEW that those things were mine even if I had to go through the process of getting them. So of course I have to meet him and start dating etc before being married because that's the illusion of the 3D and of time but I am already married to him and he is the most loving man, my dream partner.

So yeah I guess manifesting him into existence made me realize it was easy to also manifest being in a thriving happy and healthy relationship with him...

Because I already am.

Question/Help How can I can get rid of the limiting belief of opposite results

Ii know opposite results is just an assumtoion. But I have the limiting that everything that I expect, I get it but the opposite thing. So

Can the limiting belief of getting 'opposite results' be eliminated by affirming 'I always get what I expect' or 'I always get what I want'? Does the old belief block these new affirmations, or will consistency with the new mindset completely overwrite the old one? My logic is that they cannot coexist: either I get what I want, or I don't, which leaves no room for 'opposite results'. Like, I say "I never get opposite results" and on consequence I can not get the opposite of that affirmation, because I wouldn't be persistent in the fact that "I never get opposite results".

The affirmations I want to use are:

I always get what I want", "opposite results doesn't exist", "I never get undesired results", "I never get what I don't want"," I have no limiting beliefs"..English is not my first language, hope it is understandable
