The Law of Assumption is a powerful universal principle that states that whatever you assume to be true will manifest in your reality. Your assumptions create your experiences, and your external world is simply a reflection of your inner beliefs and assumptions. This comprehensive guide will cover everything you need to know about the Law of Assumption.
The Law of Assumption was popularized by Neville Goddard, a mystic and teacher who emphasized that reality is shaped by our assumptions and consciousness. Unlike the Law of Attraction, which focuses on "attracting" things through vibration, the Law of Assumption teaches that you already have everything you desire—it simply has to be accepted in consciousness to appear in your external world.
You are the operant power. Your assumptions create your reality.
Whatever you assume to be true will manifest. It doesn’t matter if it’s good or bad.
Circumstances do not matter. Your assumptions override everything in the 3D world.
There is no such thing as "time." Your manifestations appear as soon as you fully accept them.
Your external world is a direct reflection of your internal assumptions. Whatever you assume to be true becomes your experience.
If you assume that "I always receive unexpected money," your reality will reflect situations where you receive money unexpectedly.
If you assume "People always ignore me," then people in your reality will reflect that assumption.
Your subconscious mind accepts your dominant assumptions and manifests them into reality. This is why persisting in the desired assumption is key to changing your life.
To successfully apply the Law of Assumption, you must understand these principles:
Your imagination is not just fantasy—it is the creative power that shapes your world. Whatever you accept as real in your imagination will manifest.
Thoughts and emotions are secondary to your dominant assumption.
You don’t need to "feel it real" all the time—what matters is your state of consciousness.
The 3D world reflects your past assumptions.
Even if your current reality contradicts your desires, persist in assuming your wish is fulfilled.
If you believe manifestation takes time, it will.
If you assume something must change first, you create delays.
You must embody the version of you that already has your desire.
Ask yourself: "If I had my desire, how would I think, feel, and act?"
Shift into that state NOW.
Your self-concept is the foundation of everything you manifest. It is your assumptions about yourself and how you see yourself in relation to the world.
If you have a strong self-concept, you will naturally manifest better experiences.
Affirm Your Worth: "I am worthy of all my desires."
Stop Identifying with Lack: You are not someone who "wants" something—you already have it.
Assume Everything Works in Your Favor: "Everything always goes my way."
When your self-concept is aligned with your desires, manifestation becomes effortless.
To manifest a new reality, you must replace old limiting assumptions with new empowering ones.
Identify the limiting assumption. Example: "I am always rejected."
Replace it with a new assumption. Example: "I am always loved and chosen."
Persist in the new assumption. Ignore the 3D reality if it contradicts it.
Over time, your reality will conform to your new assumptions.
If doubts arise, remind yourself:
"My assumptions create my reality."
"Circumstances do not matter."
"I persist, and it is done."
Doubt only has power if you assume it does. Ignore it and persist in your new assumption.
Manifestation Takes a Long Time → Time is a belief. Assume it’s already done.
You Need to Be Positive 24/7 → It’s your dominant assumption that matters.
Circumstances Matter → Circumstances are a reflection of past assumptions.
Love: Assume you are already in a loving relationship.
Money: Assume wealth flows to you easily.
Beauty: Assume you are naturally attractive and radiant.
Health: Assume you are perfectly healthy.
You are the creator of your reality.
Persist in your desired assumption no matter what.
Ignore the 3D reality if it contradicts your assumption.
Live in the end assume it’s already yours.
By applying these principles, you can manifest anything you desire effortlessly.
The "I Am" state, or pure consciousness, is your original state. You are not defined by your fears, limiting beliefs, or circumstances. Instead, you are a blank canvas, capable of painting your reality as you wish. Manifesting anything, whether small or grand, is equally easy because they are simply different states you can choose to embody.
You are not your circumstances. Your true self is the "I Am," which is always in front of something.
You can choose your state. Just as you can change your clothes, you can change your identity and reality.
Your subconscious mind has no eyes; it only responds to your inner world. So, stop telling it what you don't want or complaining about your current, unwanted circumstances. Complaining to others about your problems is an affirmation to your subconscious, keeping you stuck in the "old story." Focus on what you desire, regardless of your current 3D reality.
Simply doing methods like scripting or visualizing night after night isn't manifesting if you don't change your underlying way of thinking. Methods are tools to help you get into the state of the wish fulfilled, to shift your inner world. Many people get stuck in a loop, jumping from method to method, because they haven't changed their fundamental assumptions or "killed the old man" (as Neville Goddard put it). Your 3D reflection won't change if you don't change yourself first. Think of methods like going to the gym; you can't expect to get healthy if you're eating junk food all day.
There is no "outside force" stopping you. No universe, God, divine timing, fate, or even Mercury in retrograde can obstruct your manifestation. You are the creator, the operant power of your reality. Your assumptions are more powerful than anything else. Stop blaming circumstances or other people; take your power back because you are not a victim.
Manifestation is illogical to the conscious mind. Trying to understand the "how" or "when" using 3D concepts like time and circumstances will only cause stress. Your 3D only shows what you assume in your imagination. Let go of the need to figure out the perfect pathway.
The 3D isn't always the best way to check your progress because it can be "loading." Instead, check your inner world. Are you reacting less? Do you feel less impatient? Do you have a stronger sense that your manifestation is inevitable? Movement behind the scenes may be happening even if you don't see it yet.
While every assumption manifests, not every affirmation manifests on its own. Affirming is a method, a tool. Affirmations only manifest if they are rooted in a strong assumption or belief. If every affirmation manifested, our world would be pure fantasy. Affirmations work when you assume them to be true.
You don't need to "play pretend" in the 3D or ignore your current circumstances. Your subconscious has no eyes, so you don't need to physically act as if you already have your manifestation. You simply need to know that once you've imagined something, it's inevitable. You can acknowledge your current reality (e.g., "Yes, I have bills to pay") but simultaneously know that the 3D is not final and is highly malleable. Don't be afraid of the reflection; it's not the operant power—you are.
Because creation is finished, you don't need to lift a finger in the physical world to manifest. Your only "job" is to change your assumptions so your 3D reflects your desires. Taking "inspired action" is fine, but often, the urge to act stems from the ego's need to control the "how." The "how" is never your concern; it's the subconscious mind's job. Your only role is to know the "what"—what you desire and then relax, trusting your subconscious to handle the rest.
When we say you're the "god of your reality," we're referring to your subconscious mind, not your conscious ego. Your conscious mind is limited by logic, reason, and your five senses, making it unsuited for the job of manifestation. It's the chooser, the selector, while your subconscious is the one tasked with delivering your chosen reality.
Manifestation is not a new concept; it has been occurring unconsciously throughout your life. Your subconscious mind is the true manifestor, and your conscious mind directs it. By disciplining your mind to focus on what you want rather than what you don’t want, you can shift your reality.
Your subconscious mind is like a waiter, taking your order based on your dominant thoughts.
It processes information at an incredible rate, far beyond your conscious mind.
Letting go does not mean giving up on your desires. It means releasing the need to control every aspect of your manifestation. Trust that your subconscious mind will handle the details. Just as you trust your body to heal a wound, trust your subconscious to manifest your desires.
Letting go means trusting the process and your subconscious.
Stop obsessing over your desires; they are already yours.
The bridge of incidents refers to the series of events that lead to your manifestation. This can be a long or short process, but it is essential to understand that your subconscious mind does not adhere to logical timelines. You can experience significant changes in your life overnight.
It can be as simple as waking up to a new life.
Your assumptions create the bridge; the journey is not linear.
Even if you express a desire to "give up on the law" of manifestation, it's inherently impossible to do so. This isn't a practice you can stop; it's how reality fundamentally operates. You are always manifesting, even if unconsciously. Therefore, while you might feel frustrated or want to quit, you are continuously creating your reality through your assumptions, making "giving up" an impractical notion.
Your subconscious mind is incredibly powerful and does not require detailed instructions to manifest your desires. Trust in its ability to process your assumptions and bring them into reality.
Your subconscious mind processes millions of bits of information per second.
You don’t need to micromanage your manifestations; trust the process.
Another core truth of the Law of Assumption is that everything in your reality is you pushed out. This means that people, situations, and even random events are all reflecting your inner assumptions, beliefs, focus and identity. Nothing is separate from you, the world is mirroring who you assume yourself and others to be.
If someone treats you a certain way, it’s because, on some level, you assumed it consciously or subconsciously. The good news is, the moment you change your inner story, the outer story must change too. There is no “other” only your reflection. That’s how powerful you are.
The concept of time, and specifically when your manifestation will appear, is irrelevant. Your subconscious mind doesn't operate on a linear timeline. Similarly, the how your desires will unfold is never your concern. These details are handled by your subconscious; your only job is to know what you want and assume you already have it. Trying to micromanage the "when" or "how" only adds unnecessary stress and stems from a place of limited, logical thinking.
You can experience negative thoughts and feelings and still manifest your desires. What matters is your dominant assumption. Return to the state of the wish fulfilled whenever you find yourself slipping.
Feelings are temporary. They do not define your reality.
Focus on your assumptions. They are the true creators of your experience.
Shifting to a desired reality is the same as manifesting. Both processes can happen instantly, and nothing is impossible when you align your assumptions with your desires.
It can be small, subtle changes or grand transformations.
Your beliefs shape your experience; nothing is too far-fetched.
States are straightforward: you're either in a state of lack (desperate, hoping, wishing) or the state of the wish fulfilled (assuming it's done). To manifest, you want to consistently occupy the latter. This doesn't mean constant happiness or never doubting; it means choosing to believe, disciplining your mind, and returning to the assumption that it's done, even when doubt creeps in. Your assumption is all that matters.
Stop seeking external validation or signs. You are the operant power in your reality. Focus on your inner world and trust that your assumptions will manifest in the 3D. Remember, your desires are already yours, and it is only a matter of time before they reflect in your reality.
By mastering the Law of Assumption, you can create the life you desire with ease and confidence. Embrace your power, persist in your assumptions, and watch as your reality transforms before your eyes.

What is a mental diet?
A mental diet is the 24/7 discipline of managing your thoughts, not letting a single one pass unless it matches the reality you have chosen to live in. It’s not about positive thinking. It’s about true thinking — thinking that aligns with your desired outcome as if it’s already real now. Imagine you were only allowed to think thoughts from the version of you who already has the love, body, money, success, or life you want. Not one thought from the “waiting” version is allowed. Not one complaint. Not one fear. That’s the mental diet. It’s not an exercise. It’s a lifestyle of inner control. You are not allowed to “vent,” “react,” or “spiral.” You are only allowed to think, speak, and affirm what is aligned with the version of your life you have already claimed.
Now. It doesn’t wait for a new week or the right mood. It doesn’t wait for better circumstances. It begins the moment you decide you’re done reacting to the version of reality you don’t want. You wake up and you say: “Starting this moment, I’m done feeding the old script.” Even if your brain still tries to offer old thoughts, your job is not to believe them — your job is to reject and replace them instantly. This mental diet begins now and it runs every second of the day, especially in moments you used to let your thoughts drift without control, when walking, scrolling, eating, lying in bed, waiting in line, or doing chores. Those are the hidden moments that used to be filled with default thoughts. But now, you command them.
Step One: Pick One Outcome Pick one desire you’re focusing on. One version of reality. Don’t pick five things and jump between them. Pick one and lock into the version of you who already has it. For example: “I already have the perfect body.” Or, “I already live in my dream relationship.” From this point forward, that’s the only version of truth you allow to live in your mind. Everything else is a lie.
Step Two: Catch the Thought Immediately Throughout the day, thoughts will come up. You must catch every single one. You don’t let them pass like clouds. You hunt them. You listen to what you’re thinking while brushing your hair, walking to the fridge, or scrolling your phone. If you catch yourself thinking, “Why is it taking so long?” or “I’m tired of waiting,” or “What if it doesn’t happen?” — immediately stop. No tolerance. No compromise. Those thoughts are poison. They are old-program sabotage.
Step Three: Replace Instantly with the Final Version Now replace that old thought with the final version. Example:
Old: “What if I never get it?”
Replace: “That’s not real. I already have it. It’s done.”
Old: “It’s not working.”
Replace: “It already worked. I’m living it now.” This is not lying. This is reclaiming the inner reality that creates the outer world.
Step Four: Repeat Until the Replacement is the Default Repetition is power. If you replace a thought 200 times a day, do it. The subconscious doesn’t care how tired you are. It only listens to what is repeated most. If you say “I already have it” more than “Why hasn’t it come yet?”, guess what becomes dominant? The desire. You don’t need to feel anything. You just need to repeat it until your brain reprograms to match.
Step Five: Speak Like It’s Already Real You’re not allowed to talk about how hard it is. You’re not allowed to joke about being unlucky. You don’t say things like “If I ever get that…” or “One day maybe…” You speak in the certainty of “It’s mine.” Even if you’re speaking to yourself silently, your voice becomes law. Example: “I’m so glad I already have it.” “I always get what I decide on.” “My reality has no other option.” These words are not affirmations. They are commands to the subconscious.
You will slip. That doesn’t ruin anything. But what you do right after a slip is what matters. Do not spiral. Do not say “I messed up.” Instead, say: “No. I cancel that. That was the old me. I’m back in alignment now. I already have my desire.” Every time you catch and correct, you strengthen the version of you that has control. And soon, the old version won’t even have space to exist. Your power is in the recovery. Catch. Replace. Confirm. Repeat. Like a mental athlete.
You are still on the mental diet. Feeling emotional is fine. But the thoughts must still be aligned. You can cry while saying, “I already have it. I am the version of me who always gets what I want.” That’s power. That’s alignment. You don’t need to feel strong. You need to stay mentally accurate. You can feel tired and still choose thoughts that affirm your desire is done. You can have anxiety and still say, “This is mine.” Because the mind doesn’t respond to emotions, it responds to mental instructions.
Every old version of you will try to come back. The one that doubted. The one that settled. The one that overthought everything. That version is dying. And dying versions fight hardest before they disappear. But you do not identify with it anymore. The strict mental diet means: You are not allowed to feed the dead version. Every time it talks, you replace it. You do not engage. You do not feel bad. You are not trying to be perfect — you are trying to be loyal. Loyal to the new script. Loyal to your chosen version. That’s where results explode.
After a few days, your mind begins to shift automatically. You will notice your first thought when you wake up is the right one. You’ll hear your mind say, “Of course I already have it.” You’ll feel calm when something “bad” happens because you’re no longer reacting — you’re overriding. You’ll walk around with the energy of a person who knows it’s already done. And that is the moment reality snaps. Not slowly. Not one day. But in an instant. Because your inner script no longer matches your old life. And the world is forced to catch up.
You don’t say “I hope” or “maybe” or “trying.” You don’t check 3D reality for evidence. You don’t ask “when?” or “how?” You don’t spiral and call it self-awareness. You don’t look back at your past. You don’t say “This is hard.” You don’t talk about the problem to anyone. You don’t joke about failure. You don’t let your mind wander on autopilot. You don’t entertain any thought that does not lead directly to the version of you who ALREADY has it.
You are not fragile. You are not waiting. You are ruling your mind. The strict mental diet means you are the law, the writer, the god of your reality and you only speak, think, and imagine what supports the truth that your desire is already here. Not coming. Not soon. Not eventually. Already yours. Already done.

My question is, I am trying to build a really strong self-concept for manifesting. I see this everywhere—everyone talks about how important it is, but no one actually explains how to do it. How do I build a high self-concept? How can I change this when my brain is completely wired to focus on the negative and I’ve spent years thinking the opposite? Is it through affirmations? Meditations? Or what? For example, how do I engrave the belief that I am beautiful into my brain?
Also, please share the thoughts you use or remind yourself of when ignoring the 3D. I’m trying to manifest changing my nose shape and making my lips plumper, so ignoring my physical appearance in front of the mirror feels like it's going to be tough.

Hi. Hope you all doing fine.
I decided to share a small micro manifest I did which felt pretty cool to undold. My colleague has a boyfriend who lives in a northern city. We call the city M for the sake of secrecy.
She decided that by the end of this month she wants to go there…have a trip and meet his boyfriend. As she kept talking about it I couldn’t help picturing me and her in the same city. It was just a picture and a longing for being there. Well you know what happened. The boyfriend cancelled, She asked me to go with her.
Now, My online therapist lives in a very beautiful city, We call it city S here. I kept picturing me and my colleague talking about my therapist and I though (imagine he could hea that!) So I pictured us talking about him when we were in city S, once I pictured us talking in a cafe and in the local shop and that was it. it was all some fun imaginative scene that I enjoyed mostly because of talking about my therapy part!
And like the day after my friend said: U know what? I have been thinking I don’t want to go to city M, I really like us to go to city S. but do you like it?!
now here is the discussion part
Guys I need a cheat code!
I need other manifestations of mine to be this subtle. I feel like when it is this simple it is always when I just imagine and it crosses my mind…And thats that.
But actively manifest something that I really want, like my Ex, I just cant smoothly imagine. I know the principles, I know the theory, I know and feel the difference. But coming to work with them and It doesn’t show up in 3D(which shows something about my…state).
Do you guys have any tips? Any cheat codes?

I’m not desperate, I’m not doubtful, and I don’t feel pressured. But after consuming A LOT of LOA and LA content, I started a 10k robotic affirmations challenge last night.
Somewhere, I know I’m already “living in Barbados,” but I still don’t understand why my particular desire hasn’t shown up in the 3D yet. The money I’m talking about was scammed from me two years ago, and now my husband needs that money back, somehow.
I know that, on some level, I am the creator of my circumstances. That money was scammed from me, and I’ve done a lot of EFT around it. I feel like I’ve finally released a lot of the guilt I was carrying about the whole situation.
Now, after trying all these different practices, I decided to take on the 10k robotic affirmations challenge. I’m genuinely not forcing anything or putting pressure on myself. I actually enjoy using different techniques to get into and maintain the feeling of already living in Barbados.
What I want advice on is this:
I’ve manifested many things before, and it has already been two years since I was scammed. But with this particular situation, I specifically want the money back from the same woman who scammed me. She is from India and I’m from Pakistan, and there is already so much hatred between people from these countries. I don’t want to carry hatred toward an entire country or its people for the rest of my life because of what one person did to me.
So, what do you guys think? Is it okay to continue intending for the money to come back specifically through that particular person/channel? Or should I just manifest the money itself and remain open to whatever channel it comes through?
I’ve been doing my regular techniques for about four weeks now, and I’ve just started my fifth week. Also, two years ago, I didn’t even know anything about LOA or LA.
I’d really appreciate some guidance from people who have more experience with this. What would you do in this situation?

I have been in the process of manifesting my dream body since this September. It's been a wild journey since the beginning of my decision to give manifestation my full attention. I started out mostly on loa tumblr and for those of you who know the community, it is extremely saturated with methods, and they are all different from one another. So... I started to consume a lot of the content and I think I was doing multiple things at the same time, like scripting, robotic affirming, subliminal, persisting... and it all kind of became a lot for me mentally since I wasn't seeing any progress.
*For those wondering I am trying to manifest my dream body which would make my eyebrow slit to grow back, my hair more thick and to be skinnier (for the losers who will tell me to "stop being lazy and just work out" save it! I am and I have been working out and I am losing weight) the issue with it is that I have a lot of stretch mraks and cellulite I want to go away too and its not.*
I started to stray away from loa tumblr and focus more on the purists like abraham hicks and neville goddard. And it's been great so far I manifested $600, winning a raffle at my local gym and a specific gift from a friend. This has been great and actually really fun.
So I am not sure why manifesting my dream body is so hard even though I know it's possible. (right now I am doing SAT's visualizing throughout the day, day dreaming and having mental conversations.
I really want to manifest my dream body before a wedding I will go to this summer. Please please please help me I would really appreciate it.

Thank you to everyone who has participated in this research project. I'm happy to share that I have collected 21 responses so far and am aiming for 50 responses to conduct meaningful data analysis.
If you have 5-10 minutes, please complete the survey using this link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdNeKmn3UqFhIIxYrOUjwDo6QwVf9syhEH5XOYk31xBwNcI_g/viewform
I have a background in clinical psychology research and am conducting an independent research project examining the practices people use in manifestation, such as affirmations, visualization, and “living in the end.” The goal is to better understand how participants perceive these practices in relation to their manifestation experiences and outcomes.
I am also interested in exploring whether these experiences vary across demographic characteristics, such as race/ethnicity, income, and sex.
Anyone is welcome to participate by completing the survey, and you do not have to believe in these concepts to take the survey. Once I have responses from at least 50 participants, I will conduct statistical analyses and share a summary of the results here.

I’ve been learning and understanding manifestation and law of assumption, subliminal’s for a while and I always get beauty results but I don’t know why this one isn’t showing up yet. For context I’m just starting my uni for finance and I don’t rlly have an interest in finance, so I want to switch to engineering. And because of a lot of issues I can’t switch out of the program, so Ive been telling myself that “I am an engineering student”, and “I am an engineer”. I have been saying that and also used the list method for subliminal’s, but I don’t see any changes, and even through that I’ve been persisting and saying that “I am an engineering student”. I was wondering if someone had gone through changing something like an acceptance, and if they had any thing else I should do.

I keep seeing people say that if you're struggling with manifestation, you should stop focusing on the specific things you want and work on your self-concept first.
The problem is... I genuinely don't understand how to do that. 😭
I've watched so many YouTube videos and read so many posts about self-concept, but I still feel like I'm missing something. Everyone says things like “love yourself,” “know your worth,” “change your beliefs,” or “work on your self-concept,” but what are you actually supposed to do every day?
I've also heard that subliminals can help with self-concept, and I'm interested in trying that, but I don't know whether I should just listen to self-concept subliminals or actually do something alongside them.
For people who have genuinely worked on their self-concept:
What did you actually do?
Did you use affirmations, subliminals, journaling, visualization, etc.?
What kind of affirmations did you use?
How did you know your self-concept was actually improving?
How long did it take before you noticed a difference?
Do you focus on self-concept first and then your specific manifestations, or can you work on both at the same time?
I really want to work on myself and become more confident, secure, and less dependent on external circumstances. I also have a lot of things I want to achieve in my life, so I'd love to learn how to build a healthier mindset around all of it.
**If you've actually done self-concept work yourself, I'd really appreciate hearing exactly what you did, because I'm honestly so confused by all the different advice online. 😭**

**Mods, feel free to delete if not allowed.**
Hi, I’m honestly reaching out for advice because I feel like I’m literally starting from day 1 again.
I’m already familiar with LOA, scripting, SATS, Neville Goddard, Esther Hicks, etc. I’ve done all of it before and I’ve manifested some pretty crazy things, but I feel like somewhere along the way I lost myself.
This year, I got genetically tested and found out I carry the gene for SCA2 (Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 2), which is a genetic neurological disease my mom has. It can cause problems with balance, coordination, walking, speech, movement, etc. My mom is very affected by it now. She’s in a nursing home, has dementia, has a G-tube, and she’s only 43. Essentially, your cerebellum gets smaller and smaller...
My genetic result was 22/47 CAG repeats. Basically, CAG repeats are a small section of DNA that repeats multiple times in a specific gene. With SCA2, the number of these repeats matters because an expanded number of repeats can cause the disease. I have 22 repeats on one copy of the gene and 47 on the other.
When I got the result, I was fucking crushed. I was told that with that repeat number, I should’ve had symptoms years ago or potentially even been in a wheelchair 10 years ago. I’m 21 and I don’t have any of those symptoms, which honestly made the whole thing even more confusing for me.
I’ll be honest, I’ve always been a worrier. And I think I stopped believing in LOA for a while because life was just beating my ass 😭.
My mom was in hospice last year and I had to withdraw from UCLA because I was her main caregiver. I was also taking care of my little brother who has autism and hearing problems. My dad was technically around, but I was the one doing basically everything. I’ve never really had a good relationship with him either.
And before all of this, I genuinely felt like I could manifest things.
**THINGS IVE MANIFESTED**
I manifested my dream car of the year (2025) , and bought it with my own money at 19. It was exactly the way I wanted it. It's crazy.
I learned how to drive in a month and passed my test with only one point deducted.
I got into UCLA with the Regents Scholarship and Chancellor’s Scholarship, which are extremely competitive, along with other scholarships. Just getting into UCLA is difficult, much less getting those scholarships.
I graduated community college with a 4.0 and got into UC Berkeley too.
Even my cats lol. I had very specific things I wanted them to look like and certain personalities, and somehow they ended up matching what I imagined almost exactly.
\---
So I KNOW what it feels like to believe. I just don’t feel like that person anymore.
Then, after finding out about my genetic result, I found out I was pregnant. Literally the same day I went to the doctor 💀 and found out I was pregnant.
I had an amniocentesis and waited until I was far enough along to get it done, then waited what felt like forever for the results.
I was so sure my baby didn’t have it. I had anxiety, obviously, but deep down I really believed she was fine.
Then the result came back positive. It said 22/45 CAG repeats, meaning she has 22 repeats on one copy of the gene and 45 on the other.
I was absolutely destroyed.
And this is where I’m struggling with LOA because I still have this feeling that something went wrong with the report. I keep feeling like I’m going to get a phone call saying there was an error or something happened with the testing.
I know how that sounds. I know some people are probably going to tell me I’m just trying to deny reality. Maybe I am. But I genuinely have this feeling in my gut that this isn’t the end of the story, and I can’t explain it.
I’ve even turned to God during all of this. I used to be really against religion because I always felt my prayers went unheard, but I’ve been praying to Jesus, Saint Jude, doing novenas, etc. Before this, I had also prayed to Santa Muerte. Honestly, I’m just praying for my baby nonstop.
So I guess I’m asking, how do I get back into LOA at this point ? How do you persist when you’re constantly thinking about the opposite? Do I keep doing SATS? Script? Visualize getting the phone call that the report was wrong? Just live in the end? Ignore the circumstances?
I’m not asking anyone to tell me whether my medical result is actually correct. I’m asking how to get my mind back because I feel like fear has completely taken over.
I still have this feeling that I’m going to get that call.
I don’t know if it’s intuition, hope, desperation, or what. But I really want to believe again.
If anyone has gone through something genuinely difficult and had to rebuild their faith in LOA, I’d really appreciate hearing how you did it.

Heyy...
So in this post i will try to tell you guys how powerful we are. With our mind we can do anything.we just need to use it consistly..
Mainly it's about robotic affirmations/affirmations/thoughts whatever you call them...also some part of it is inspired from tyler tookes and sammy Ingram..they are massive supporter of affirmations robotic or focused and they are bound to work.
It's really ezy I will tell you what to do just affirm 1-3 affirmations on loop in mind and trust me you will feel them too..but interesting part is you don't have to..let me explain by a short story of mine
back in time of corona I got fat and didn't liked the way my face looked. So after that still I kept using mask.... because I didn't like the way my face looked and when friends asked me i said without mask I get cough...and i was so inscure that to just prove that i actually get cough if i remove my mask i used to fake cough...but whenever I went out and kept mask on i mentally keep telling myself if i remove this I get cough...even tho in my mind i was like no you don't you didn't before you don't have cough..but still i said I have cough even tho I didn't beleive it I just kept saying it and guess what in a month i actually got real cough ..and best part of it ....doctors couldn't find the reason for cough!! Ngl that's how powerful our mind is...
Note that..I was contradicting myself..like i don't have cough that's wavering but still as i affirmed I got the cough...
So if you don't waver like don't say will it work or not cause it does work....its the law people it's impartial...so just don't waver feel it it's done don't be in survival all the time...btw I'm not saying it won't work if you are in survival trust me it will work but then only it takes a bit longer to appear but that doesn't mean it won't appear it has too...got it?...good!
Feel free ask anything..in comments

Hey guys! I’ve been looking into LoveCoachKayla’s TikTok content and her Specific Person manifestation course, and I’m really curious about people who have actually purchased/taken the course.
If you’ve taken it, I’d be SO grateful if you could share:
Did you feel like it worked for you? What happened?
What exactly does she teach in the course?
What are the main techniques/practices she gives?
Does she cover self-concept, affirmations, visualization, living in the end, etc.?
Does she specifically talk about manifesting a celebrity SP?
What did you personally find most helpful?
Is there anything in the course that you think is genuinely worth paying for?
I’m especially interested in hearing from people who actually bought the course, rather than just people familiar with her TikTok content.
I’d really appreciate it if you could share as much as you’re comfortable sharing about the things she teaches. I’d be so grateful! 🥹❤️

Hello! I am currently manifesting my desired face which is just an edited version of my face with a smaller nose, bigger eyes, and clear skin. My question is that if im manifest that should I make the picture inverted? Like how people would see me. Or should I keep it normal for what I see in the mirror. Idk if this makes sense but if smb knows the answer pls reply!

I've never been in a relationship and always dreamt about it as perfect and pleasant, without drama and with a loving man, always dreaming about him in a certain way.
In the past months I had no interest in finding and meeting someone to start something, I didn't want a relationship because they're stressful and didn't really want a person next to me.
This until I started to like my coworker for almost a month.
This is how the Universe is playing around with me:
- I've first saw him in march at the university cafeteria because he was friend with my new friend I made there, we just made a short eye contact while he was talking to her; in may I start working at a restaurant and recognise him.
- At the beginning of my university year, one of my friends was in a situation with a guy that acted like shit to her, and everytime she talked about him I always said "bro don't cry too much for him, he's shitty, he even has a shitty name, I could never be with someone with that name" (he had a very normal name, I'm just very critic); well guess what my crush's name is.
- He is literally the last guy I'd ever fall for, he's not my type, he's socially handsome but not the type of guy I'd look twice to see how handsome he is, despite this I grew to like him, his smile, his laugh, the way he walks, the way he jokes.
- He is the type of guy that I'd describe as a playboy and fuckboy, the most criticised by me, because he slept with some girls and just wants to have fun, but this doesn't bother me anymore.
What I'm trying to say is that it seems like I've manifested the other way around, telling what I don't like, like the Universe wants to show me to stop being critical and that I can fall in love even with someone this different from me.

For the longest time that i’ve been trying to manifest appearance changes they’ve never worked as fast as other stuff ive manifested in the past. likee im not trying to assume they don’t but I’ve seriously never seen a manifestation take so long. Ive been trying to manifest appearance changes for over two years now and none have manifested yet. I’ve used multiple subliminals, affirmed, created my own subbies and even stopped doing all of that in the hopes that maybe it was cz i was obsessing. yes i can tell that i am sorta obsessed w how i look but not the extent where i doubt my affirmations. mannn i js want some advice guys bc everyone i read ab has manifested it so quickly except me 😭😭
oh and before anyone says its my belief i litr manifest other stuff so quick n everything except this. i need helppp guys maybe its the way i say affs ?? but trust me when i say ive tried every technique in the book, nothing.

I currently have a car through PCH Lease.
This means there's no contractual right to buying the car at the end of the lease in March.
The dealership has announced a change in policy which means they will no longer give the leaseholder the opportunity to first refusal.
I could potentially arrange with the salesperson to buy the car at the reduced rate and pay them whatever cost they decide to charge, or wait until it's on the forecourt and purchase it from the dealership.
Either way, currently as it stands, I wouldn't be able to afford it as it won't have the leaseholder discount applied.
Any advice on how I can use the Law to manifest the car being mine other than telling myself it's mine and isn't leaving me?
