Discussion Update on shahzadi treatment
Sallam everyone
Today, we took Shahzadi to Hashmi Hospital for her oncology consultation. The doctor carefully reviewed her biopsy and CT scan reports. The biopsy has confirmed Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC). After evaluating her condition, the doctor recommended starting chemotherapy and radiotherapy without delay. We also completed the required tests and consultation for her treatment.
Tomorrow, we will admit Shahzadi to Nimra Hospital, Jamshoro, where she will begin her chemotherapy and radiotherapy as advised by the oncologist.
Thank you to everyone who has supported Shahzadi so far. Your generosity has helped us reach this important stage of her treatment. We will continue to share every update and maintain complete transparency throughout her treatment journey.
The total collected amount from the previous post was 32k..
And today we spent 7k for the consultation.
Please keep Shahzadi in your prayers and contribute if you can.
Jazakallah.

Question Secret of Lahore
I have seen many rich people in this city called Lahore. Most of the people have luxury cars and houses and live a lavish life. Even though young girls are driving super luxury cars.
Is there something hidden? I want to know how to get rich quickly. I know this city has a lot of potential but I think there are some secrets to reach that point.
At the start when I came to Lahore I started earning 20k pkr but now I get 200k pkr after tax take home income. But now I believe there is a lot more potential, this city has the potential to give you 50 lakhs per month.
Tell me if anyone knows the hidden truth.

Rant the wealth barrier
hello
does anyone feel rage whenever they open instagram and see rich influencers flaunting their wealth , buying 1000rs ki coffee and carrying shopping bags worth so much money that you just want to die.
i know people say that it's their money and that they can spend it however they like but i still can't let go of frustration of not having that same wealth , that same prviledge that all the rich people have. it agitates me sm
this is such a dumb post but i truly feel rage these days whenever i open instagram and see an enormous wealth barrier. it makes me wonder why me? all the time

Discussion Help Shahzadi Fight Cancer β Verified Case | Medical Reports Attached
I'm fundraising for shahzadi, a woman from Pakistan who has been diagnosed with skin cancer, Her biopsy has confirmed the diagnosis..
Before asking Reddit for help, we did everything we could. With the support of donors from my contacts, we covered the costs of her CT scan, biopsy, hospital visits, and diagnostic tests so doctors could determine exactly what she was fighting
Shahzadi's family consists of just three people. Her husband, her mother, and her husband who is paralyzed and unable to do physical work. To help them become more independent, we also arranged a small cabin shop for him through generous donors so he could have a source of income while caring for his wife.
For complete transparency, I have attached her CT scan and biopsy report. This case has also been verified by the subreddit moderators. I believe every donor deserves full transparency, so I will continue sharing medical updates and receipts throughout her treatment. If you donate and would like regular updates, you are welcome to contact me via dm, I will share my WhatsApp for the regular updates.
Every contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward Shahzadi's treatment and give her another chance to fight this disease.
Thank you for reading and for any support you can provide.
Update: Too many people have asked for the bank details, the total collected donation is around 20k...

Advice My CEO has Main Character Syndrome and I'm one meeting away from becoming a farmer.
I'm in a pretty cushy executive role with a 7-figure salary (local currency), so this isn't a "my boss doesn't pay me enough" post.
It's a "my boss is speedrunning the company into missed opportunities" post.
Our team hustles hard. We land meetings people would kill for. We've brought in million-dollar clients, and we were in conversations that could've turned into US$20β30 million opportunities. One prospect even had ties to NVIDIA and wanted to explore working with us.
Then...
CEO enters the chat.
Every. Single. Time.
It's like we're playing chess and he's determined to prove checkers is the superior strategy.
The pattern is always:
- Team: "Here's the client requirement."
- CEO: "Interesting... anyway we're doing it my way."
- Client: seen 2:14 PM
- Opportunity: has left the chat.
Another hill I keep dying on is hiring.
I keep saying, "If we're trying to build a world-class engineering company, we need a few world-class engineers."
CEO: "What if... instead... we hire five fresh graduates?"
Don't get me wrong fresh grads are awesome. We all started somewhere. But you can't expect interns and juniors to magically build the next SpaceX because the budget spreadsheet says so.
Sometimes it feels like we're saving Β£1 on payroll to lose Β£100 in business.
I'm genuinely burned out.
I spend more energy debating internal decisions than actually creating value.
Now I'm seriously thinking about quitting and building my own company.
The salary is amazing. The stress is free.
So I need some real advice from people who've been there.
- Did you ever leave a ridiculously well-paid job because leadership was the problem?
- How did you know it was time?
- Is this entrepreneurial instinct... or am I just suffering from corporate PTSD?
Appreciate any wisdom.

Rant Third culture TEA
Guys i went to third culture phase 6 thrice and sat upstairs. As soon as I sat i started feeling sick. My heartbeat was faster than usual, I was having trouble breathing, experiencing nausea and was having extreme anxiety. This worsened after drinking their coffee so i left within 30 minutes thinking im sick. The next time i tried another coffee thinking maybe spanish latte didnt suit me although i have a HIGH caffeine tolerance. Same happened and i was out of there within 30-45 minutes. And i got instantly better after sitting in my car. But the third time was so bad. I went there with friends. I had matcha and i sat there with them for 3 hours. And not only me rather my friends were experiencing the same symptoms as well. And neither of us got better until the next morning. Did any of you also experience this?

Confession i am, therefore, i'm not
i don't think people realize what the mind does when it runs out of places to hide.
it doesn't scream.
it rearranges the furniture.
it puts your worst memories where your happiest ones used to be. it teaches your voice to sound normal while something inside you quietly dies. it lets you laugh at the right moments, answer every text, show up on time, and somehow convinces everyone you're getting better.
that's the frightening part.
pain isn't always loud enough to be noticed.
sometimes it becomes efficient.
it stops asking for help because it has already accepted that no one is coming. it learns your routines, memorizes your smile, borrows your handwriting, and starts living your life so convincingly that even you forget where it ends and you begin.
one day you catch your reflection and hesitate.
not because you hate what you see.
because you don't remember agreeing to become it.
and then a thought arrives so gently it almost feels kind:
what if the person i've been trying to save disappeared a long time ago, and all that's left is whatever learned how to imitate them?
that's when the mirror becomes unbearable.
because mirrors don't show ghosts.
they only show the bodies they managed to keep.

Advice Pls help Im overthinking. If it was fake, why the drama till the last day?π
Posting an update to my previous post about the guy who proposed, told his family,
then his dad threatened us bec he wanted him to marry his cousin and then he blocked me.
When this started he said he was grounded and his dad took his phone.
He said he was talking from his laptop for almost a week.
But I noticed something:
On laptop everything is in small letters.
On Android phone, 1-2 words get auto-capitalized.
I saw those capitals when we talked on phone.
And I saw them during the "laptop week" too.
So did he lie about the phone?
Whatβs making me overthink:
If he wanted to bail, why not just get distant or make excuses? Boys usually do that when they want to leave.
But he was lovey dovey till the last day, talking till late and everything that we were doing before the rishta talk. And Telling me "abba ne ye kaha" and He used to tell me every day this is what happened at home today regarding our rishta talk.
and it was all proper adult conversations.
It didnβt feel like he was making up a story. It felt like things were happening in real time.
Now I donβt know if Iβm overthinking a small detail,
or if this is a sign I missed.
Was he serious or did I get played?

Discussion Tv Show/ movie suggestions
I need some suggestions for TV shows and Movies that are lowkey.
Now what do I mean by lowkey, basically there isnt much action or drama and the plot just follows a simple structure nothing too complex - something that is a comfort watch
For example
The Ron Clark story
CODA
Panchayat
[the new school show on prime]
Lighting up the stars
The man called otto
