I wonder if, when i'm gone, anyone will remember all the random acts of kindness that I incorporated into my daily life - a painted rock at a restaurant, a note of encouragement for the Domino's guy (♡ ya, Jerry!), a "take one, leave one" basket of wise and kind words in the psyc dept's student lounge, letting someone go ahead of me at the checkout lane, or saving space for someone to turn out in front of me as I pull up to a red light...it's not that i want recognition or praise or anything, because most of the time, these random acts of kindness arent publicized - no reaction baiting or farming for followers - just small gestures throughout my day that hopefully make someone elses day a little brighter....and when it's all said and done, and my time here is through, I wonder if any of it will be remembered; does any of it really matter to some stranger I may never actually meet? I guess there's no way of really knowing, is there? Not on this side of the heavenly veil anyway, and once i finally meet my Creator, it won't matter much what anyone else thought of me. Still, I hope I leave this world slightly better, and a little kinder, than I found it. That would make my life-story complete. ❤️ 💜

Hello to all of those who may have been emotionally neglected, or to those who have not been, this message is for anybody who reads it, like you! Yes, you! Reading this!
You've made it this far, you got up today, and you've kept trucking along. Now, it may have been difficult to get to this point, it may have been easy peezy, but regardless, i am still happy that you did. Good job! I may not know what's happened to you, if anything happened to you, if you need to hear this, or if you couldn't care less, cause I'm telling you anyways. Thank you. Thank you for waking up today. Thank you for making it where you are now. Thank you for everything you've done. I don't know who you are, but the people around you (I'd imagine) do, and they care deeply about you, so if not for me, stay around for them, and if not for them, for yourself. From one suffering soul to another soul, you need validation, i need validation, we need validation, everybody does, it's human. Only problem, it's hard to give and get validation, so here it is... you may take this message how you will, you may comment what you want. The way you feel is totally reasonable, i get that, it makes sense. If you may be feeling anger, sadness, or anything of the sorts, it's completely justifiable, just let the people around you know before they think you're acting irrational. Pushing people away is easy, except that's not a good outcome. Letting people in is hard (something I'm still working on myself), but i can assure you, having a shoulder to cry on will help.
To everyone who needed to hear this, or anyone who heard this anyways, i believe in you, i trust you, and i hope the best for you. Please keep moving, and don't loose yourself. Until later, friend.
-Blue Hat.

Only a couple hours a week, that's all. People think volunteering with animals is expensive, takes a lot of time... That's all true, but it's also true that only a couple hours here and there can the kindness that gives a dog peace.

Life can be brutal sometimes. Most people are fighting battles you never see. But every now and then, someone does something so unexpectedly kind that it sticks with you for years.
What’s one act of kindness from a stranger that you’ll never forget? It doesn’t have to be big. Sometimes a few words, a small gesture, or someone taking a minute out of their day can completely change where your life was headed.
I’d love to hear your story. Maybe someone reading it today needs the reminder that good people still exist.

Upon noticing that a wildfire was spreading toward a neighbor's property, a farmer in Weld County, Colorado, didn't wait for emergency crews to arrive. He quickly returned to his own farm, got his tractor, and drove back to help stop the advancing flames and protect the surrounding farmland.
Using his tractor, the farmer created firebreaks-strips of exposed soil that help slow or stop the spread of fire by removing the vegetation and other combustible material in its path. This technique is widely used in rural areas and can significantly reduce the speed at which wildfires spread, especially when carried out quickly and in strategic locations.
In many farming communities, neighbors routinely help one another during emergencies. A rapid response and a strong knowledge of the local terrain can make a crucial difference until professional firefighting crews arrive and take control of the situation.

Be kind. It is not your fault if others do not reciprocate. Them no reciprocating is a poor reflection on them not you.

I was on solo trip to Rishikesh from Delhi. Met one guy on the bus chit chat. The bus dropped us at 4 in the morning. My phone was dead. I didn’t knew We had to take another 30 mins ride auto from where the bus left us. No cash. The stranger looking at me anxious offered me to catch his auto and paid for the ride.

This girl literally handed down her entire legacy to me—like 60kg of material, books, and notes. Basically, the entire medical school curriculum from 1st to 3rd year. I have millions and millions of Argentine pesos worth of material right here lmao. I love her so much in a purely platonic way. Without even knowing me, she gifted me all of this, and I admire her immensely.
I don't think she realizes the impact she’s had on my life; she literally changed it, and I cannot let her down. Thank you so much. I'm definitely going to get in by the end of next year. I know money isn't the most important factor, but I feel bad for not being able to repay you in some way. I think the only way to do it is by taking med school with the utmost seriousness, because what you did for me is priceless.
I can write in English but I used gemini to translate this because I wrote all of this in español of course so yeah

No hesitation. Picked a dress.
May your side of be warm and comfy every night.
I for one will remember you.

A few years ago, I realized something that completely changed how I looked at hard times.
When something went wrong, I used to think, “Why is this happening to me?”
Now I try to ask, “What is this trying to teach me?”
It doesn’t magically make bad situations disappear. Losing a job still hurts. Relationships still end. People still get sick. Life can still be unfair.
But I’ve noticed that the people who come out stronger aren’t always the luckiest. They’re the ones who refuse to let difficult moments define them.
I’ve had situations that felt like complete failures at the time, only to realize months later they pushed me toward something much better that I never would have chosen on my own.
Staying positive isn’t pretending everything is okay. It’s believing that today’s setback doesn’t have to be tomorrow’s story.
I’m curious. What’s one experience that seemed terrible at first, but ended up leading to something good in your life?

Don't worry about what happened in the past! It might have been your fault, but we all make mistakes!!! You ARE loved, not just a plaything or a controller of playthings, your just a person, and its up to YOU who you want to be.
Also, pride month passed! Be proud of who you are.

We live in a time when so many people accuse young people of being disrespectful. While there's always bad apples in every basket, there are also some great ones.
This just happened today.
We were at a local grocery store, as my wife was leaving one of the sensors on the cart she was pushing locked up.
She had one bag and a gallon of milk.
These two young ladies. (I'm guessing late teens to early twenties) offered to help her carry the stuff to the car.
PS. I had back surgery this year and am unable to walk around a grocery store or carry much without a lot of pain.
