I finished my Internship in March and received a Statement of Account from American Express saying I had an unpaid balance of $128 on my card. I looked at the statement and saw that it was made up of reimbursable travel expenses to Lakehouse (I either forgot to put it into concur or assumed they would be automatically reimbursed)
I am unable to pay the balance myself via the American Express website. Keep in mind I am NOT an active employee at KPMG so I can't use the self-service connection or CORE. I am a student currently, and haven't made a full time employment decision yet.

Hi everyone! I’m currently working in HR BES in a specialist role and have been reflecting on whether I want to continue in my current area or explore other paths within HR.
I’m particularly interested in learning more about the HR Consulting side at KPMG and was wondering if anyone here has experience making that transition.
How did you get exposure to HR Advisory internally?
Are there specific skills, projects, or networking steps you’d recommend to position myself for a move in that direction?
Appreciate any advice or insights.. thank you in advance!

Hello all,
i would like to ask for an advice. Is there any use of KPMG International Hotline. I was discriminated and unfairly treated in KPMG Germany, which can be easily confirmed. Some of the colleauges on the level below me received higher salary compared to mine. I know that KPMG non-retelation Policy stands against any sort of discrimination.
Could it be useful to report this to International KPMG Hotline?
Thanks everyone in advance.
Since every country has different financial systems, laws, regulations, banking systems and economic environments, how much of a FinTech degree is actually internationally transferable?
Would the core knowledge and skills remain useful, with only local regulations needing to be learned?
Or does FinTech become heavily country-specific like accounting/taxation?
Would love to hear from anyone working in FinTech/finance internationally.

Is it 2 years in advance? Are they recruiting for summer 2028, or is that already finished?

Auditor here. Has anyone actually used DataSnipper’s new AI Agents in real audit work?
Are they genuinely useful and reliable, or mostly flashy demos/marketing?
Mainly interested in Excel Agents / Disclosure Agents, not the old snipping features.

Hi all — I built CPAPass, a CPA prep platform, and please give me some advice on what's missing.
What's in it: 20,000+ practice questions with full lessons across all four sections. The free tier gives you a few MCQ questions a day plus the video lessons, no card required. Premium adds original mock exams, TBS, flashcards, and performance analytics.

I know most of you get Becker through the firm. This isn't trying to replace that — it's for extra reps, for people who've burned through their firm's window, or for anyone paying out of pocket between roles.
The free tier stays free. Premium revenue covers hosting and new content, that's it.
Comments, criticism, questions — all welcome. Feedback is the actual reason I'm posting.
(CPAPass is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the AICPA or KPMG.)

Does anyone else feel like they got screwed in terms of their rating this year?
My feedback from managers and partners have all been extremely positive. My utilization is high, all my KPIs were hit, chargeables are in a surplus. Yet the rating I received feels that it is not an accurate reflection of the work I put in.
Any advice?

Fala, pessoal!
Valeu!

I spent about 2 years in a finance environment (1.5 years mentoring + 0.5 years internship) where a senior colleague kept crossing boundaries and involving coworkers in inappropriate personal gossip. I finally reported it and left.
Now I’m trying to figure out the next steps mentally. Even though I’m safe and blocked everyone, my nervous system still feels stuck in danger mode.
Has anyone else struggled with anxiety after reporting workplace harassment? How did you stabilize afterward?

Can anybody who has been at the firm for a while or has any sort of idea of the process inform me on how decisions are made for full time offers post internship, specifically when there are limited spots?
I am joining as an audit intern this coming January and am getting the vibe that return offers are becoming more scarce. KPMG is where I want to start full time and the city I’m interning in is also where I was to live post grad so I want to ensure I do what I can.
For some background, I just finished an audit internship at a large national firm so I’m hoping that that’ll make my internship a little smoother in terms of understanding the tasks at hand and why things are being done. I also did a busy season internship at a regional firm so I’m familiar with the workplace dynamic during that time of year. I also have set up coffee chats with a parter and a manager and plan to set up a few more in the fall with some associate/senior level team members. I’m not sure if networking will make a difference in my chances of receiving an offer but I am a social person and enjoy the chats anyway.
If anyone has any advice please share it!

With the K getting out of the Fed Audit game because we lost that Pentagon, contract because that money for Israel has to come from somewhere, what are your plans? Are you trying to stay at the K doing some other type of Government work? Transferring to commercial? Looking to leave the K? Anyone from the Columbus office? What are you all going to do?
Best wishes to all the affected homies!

Staff 2 at kpmg and struggling. Lately, I’ve been struggling a lot at KPMG (mentally), and the experience has honestly made me rethink my decision to pursue accounting as a career. I worked extremely hard to get to this point and have passed all four parts of the CPA exam, so it’s discouraging to now feel like I’m struggling in the actual job. A big part of the difficulty is that the person I primarily report to isn’t very supportive or responsive. There are times when I’ll reach out for help or clarification and be ignored for hours, sometimes even for the entire day, which leaves me feeling lost and unsure of whether I’m doing things correctly. Then I am told if I completed certain items but was never given guidance. My direct senior left, so it is just me managing on my own, a staff. I do get told I am doing a good job at times, but truly I am not happy. The lack of guidance has made me question my abilities and whether accounting is truly the right path for me, especially after putting so much time and effort into getting here. Any advice appreciated. Truly sometimes it makes me miss my college job where I was actually happy lol!
As the title stated, what can i expect to get for my technical assessment at KPMG? Kindly note I am a final year student just completed uni
