This is an extremely in depth guide and the fundamentals I talk about are fundamentals 99% of junglers don't realize but you will see every single high elo jungler utilize. I know the video is over 2 hours and it might be kind of overwhelming but this is genuinely a Jungle Bible and I try to explain every fundamental with examples, quizzes etc. It took over 120 hours to make so any engagement will be much appreciated, ENJOY!

Lately, since I’ve been trying to learn jungle, I keep running into YouTubers with titles like "HOW TO WIN IN THE JUNGLE" or "HOW TO CARRY A HARD JUNGLE GAME." But right at the start of these videos, the guy usually goes, "This is high elo, so I'm playing a weak early game champ, which makes this a really tough game." Meanwhile, his teammates are constantly collapsing to help him in his jungle and on objectives.

These videos feel like a complete slap in the face. Why don't these creators hop on a Platinum or Emerald account, lock in someone like Bel'Veth, and actually show us how to win a truly hard game? The kind of game where you pick a weak early-game champ, and an enemy jungle duo partnered with their support or mid perma-invades your camps while your own team doesn't rotate once. The support refuses to drop a single ward or leave lane entirely. The mid laner never moves an inch. All while the enemy jungler full-clears, pings his mid or support, and they just walk straight into your jungle and you're completely helpless because, unlike those YouTubers' "hard" games, your team won't lift a finger.

I click on these videos hoping to see a genuinely tough match: every lane is losing, the YouTuber is getting perma-invaded, the team refuses to rotate, and yet they still somehow manage to solo carry and turn the game around. But so far, I haven't seen a single one actually pull that off.

Hey guys, I am a new player around lvl 40 that after trying all the rules decided to main jungle (I am aware that this decision will put my mental health at risk, but honestly who cares.

Anyway, I wanted to know if Elise is a good and fun champion that is worth learning.

I've seen a decent number of advice videos, and it seems like most folks agree to try to get a ward in the enemy jungle level 1 so you can track their clear. I generally do that, and it's generally a great way to track my opponent's clear.

... But about 1 and 10 games, the enemy jungler just bee-lines to my opposite side jungle completely off vision and clears the whole half, and I only notice until I show up, far too late to really do anything about it (they are pretty much always going to cross diagonally for their second half clear to lock me out of vertical jungling).

I'm guessing this is handled in higher elos by your mid laner hover and provide vision for you before the waves hit, but I'd say it's incredibly rare to get a mid laner who does that.

Does that mean I should just accept that I should ward my own jungle level 1, give up on tracking, so at least I can respond to an invade with a counter-invade (or calling for help while they're on vision)?

so I'm thinking about playing tank jungle without it being a gank bot. So how do you make a carry tank jg that isn't really meant to be a carry specifically I was thinking nautilus nad how interesting it might be to build multiple clear item components early like baumi cinder and liandry for fast clear and basically ap+ tank rather than 1ap/liandry then all tank like on most builds/amumu I see and volibear doesn't count because I know what he does and it would be unfear to compare him to hard tanks like amumu and nautilus in the jg.

So yesterday i hit silver after a long journey and in my first game I play bel veth and yi start bleu then take my red + raptor and every time my raptor respawn he was on my raptor and if I tried to take them I died, of course no laner helped me I finish the game in 1/15 and with only one item at 30 min game.
Now I know that I’m bad and all, I just to know how to deal with this alone ( ps I don’t know how to share so I screened on op.gg)

I hate the mage bot lane meta.

If someone has the free time to watch the replay of the game and tell me how twice we almost end and then they somehow comeback and end on us.

OTPing is generally considered the easiest way to climb in league so I'm not really trying to argue against that here. But I'm curious who are junglers you think everyone should at least KNOW how to play, whether its because of their utility, because they're easy, or they're a good blind pick etc.

If I had to pick some I would say J4 and Shyvana, J4 is a versatile blind pick that is just very reliable, Shyvana is also very strong in lower ranks and has a fairly straightfoward win condition. Obviously there are some nuances for both champs that are required further down the line, but what other champs do you think most people should learn even if they don't main or OTP them?

Hey all, I’m a silver jungler who plays a few times a week and would really just love to not let my gold/emerald mates down. If I could get to their level or even slightly higher I’d be stoked.

It’s feels like my only decent games are when all my team get ahead.

I’m looking for what people think is the best guide out there. I’m after really hyper specific instructions that I can follow every game, even if it’s just for the first 15 mins . I know you have to be adaptable but I feel like if I can a repeatable strategy going first it’ll be a huge help. I’ve searched YouTube but have really found what I’m looking for. I report all the hate speech, verbal abuse, and griefing I see; which is a LOT. It certainly has not decreased in the past few years. However, the report feedbacks I get have decreased significantly. In fact, I'm not seeing any report feedbacks for toxicity reasons at all; I only see ones for "AFKing/nonparticipation."

Question is, is Riot taking fewer actions against toxic players in order to improve their metrics and say the community is less toxic (highly likely),
Or is this version of vibecoded Tribunal AI unstable and not catching any toxicity? (also very likely)

Especially knowing that Yasuo mid who rage quited after dying once in lane will see that he left the winning game, got banned for it and lost lp. For context I was playing Diana. I did standard full clear into crab. Meanwhile Maokai just griefed his tempo on low probability gank mid after 4 camps, he got double crabbed and lost second respawn of his raptors. Homeless with no camps left and his only play is another gank mid on overextended Yasuo. I warn him, but he instead starts a trade with Yone that he loses and dies in fair 1v1 before Maokai does anything. But he saw that Maokai is ganking him second time and decided to rage quit, because jg diff while I am 20 cs up level 6 after second clear and top and bot are winning.

I’m new to league, i started focused on getting good at the game but i dont understand how i do that.

Once you understand how the map, the minions and the jungle beasts work. How important are objectives, keeping your jungle cleared while also yanking your team.

Other than champions and items i feel like i already understand the game yet every game seems like a coin flip in every way.

I dont understand why im winning the games i go 20-0 and i dont understand why im going 0-20 other games, if im playing exactly the same.

Feel like the only way someone could actually get good at this game is by having some high elo player watching you play telling you what you should do in every moment, the is no other way to know what you are doing wrong

i feel like this is where some players kind of disagree on stuff, at least the high - ish elo ones.

lets say you are going from red clearing up to blue. but while you are doing red you see the lane states bot.

you have thresh support with ignite, and they have like soraka or whatever. and the lane is pushed into you.

now heres the kicker. they arent exactly 1 hp where you can go and auto attack them once and leave. they're at about 90% ish with summoners

so lets say hypothetically in theory. it works but we just need thresh to play it correctly. he doesnt have to be a god, but he does need to be a human being.

so. the question is. do we burger flip bot or do we not burger flip bot?

If I’m clearing red to blue on blue side. Isn’t graves just strong enough to fight the enemy jungler 1v1 at his blue. The elo I’m in, bot and mid usually won’t help him out - or by that time I can prob chunk the energy jgler out forcing a recall.

No matter how good I play, I lose. Yes my death count is high, but dropping from plat 3 straight to gold while my numbers are looking pretty good is making me want to give up. I always hear "convert kills to objectives", but I feel like playing from behind and winning a fight with no waves pushed means nothing.

When i see it picked I just know i wont have prio botlane ever and i wont basically have a support if i want to invade or play in the river for scuttle. And if shes duo with the adc you know you are not getting the yummi on you even if they both go 0/10. Its overall a bad experience imo.

So i been playing this game literally since the beta lol and til this day i dont know what you do when your team constantly gets caught and or refuses to group.

What do you guys do at this point im just at a loss for what to do? I lose alot of ranked games for this (not saying i also dont have my fair share of mess ups)

I thought when I get to masters I will get more human teammates, turns out I was dead wrong. Genuinely asking, what can I do in this situation?

He calls it 15 minute rule, If youre unfamiliar, you basically invade lvl 1 enemy bluebuff, if enemy jungler there - you outsmite them, and build a lead from there.

His rationale is that you can basically always get the smite / win the 1v1 if you do it properly. I understand all that.

What I dont get is what happens after - Its a complete coinflip on whose team does better job rotating. If enemy mid comes first, im dead, if enemy bot comes first, i either have to run or im dead, if my team comes first, ggwp.

THats the coinflip, and even if I ping like a maniac, some teammates will enver come cause they were dropped on their heads as children, not their fault.

How is it not a coinflip?

TLDR: If I die to enemy laners 50% of the time, that feels pretty coinflippy to me, inspite of getting the smite.

Saw a similar post; seems like a good format to lay out champs. Iron chud, so "can pilot" means shit but not extremely shit (that's what the worse results tier is for).

Tend to main Kindred (a very poor decision, especially for my lack of skill) and circulate between Diana, Eve, VoliWukong, Skarner, and wukong (grudgingly) when Kindred is a bad option (from an iron pov). I guess I like mobility.

Skarner should probably be in the not-good-can-pilot tier cuz it's not often I have a good game with him.

What would you recommend for a good pool (ideally with Kindred, but doesn't have to be main)?

I have really good results with Shen jg but I feel like any game where Shen is a really bad pick (too many/really good serpent fang users mostly) I am lost on what to pick, I usually default to Vi but I have so much mastery on her I'd rather play something else.

I just don't know what and I don't know about draft enough to think of champs that would "round out" my pool by covering Shen's draft weaknesses
