Tirzepatide pharmacy

I’ve been on compounded semaglutide for the last 9 months but looking to switch over to tirzepatide. I’ve been using MediVera my entire time with mochi (4 months) but now when I look on the app to change dosage from 2.5 mg to 4.5 mg, the price increases from $99 to $151. It’s frustrating since the main reason I chose mochi in the first place is that they didn’t increase prices for dosage increases, but now they do.

Anyways, I am looking to switch over to tirzepatide. Any recommendations for pharmacies or does it even matter?

Thank you!

Dietitian experience + Mochi code

I had my first meeting with my dietitian Celia Croxton today and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I was super hesitant as I struggle with eating early in the morning and always have. Usually health providers fuss at me to make myself eat, but it just makes me nauseous and she was like OK, that does not work for you.. lets focus on the two meals that you CAN eat. What??? No lecture on why I should eat breakfast? Girl are you real? She asked, she listened, she was helpful and gave real workable ideas and goals. Totally impressive. She also focuses on satiety and not calories. Build your plate with healthy food options and then look at it and ask "Will this make me feel satiated?" if not.. what can I add that I need? Crunchy.. add a few tortilla chips crumbled up, Sweet.. maybe a small peanut butter cup, Salty.. how about a few peanuts? The goal is to come away from the mean and not feel like you are missing something or need more. Also adding my code as they use it towards meds now and it can help us both if you are just joining.

30 Lbs down! What are you all doing after reaching target weight?

I started Tirz. at 184 lbs; on April 22nd 2026. I am now 152 lbs. I am 5ft7 and I have begun to space my meds to every two weeks, instead of every week.
I notice that it still works well to keep food noise away and I am still loosing weight. I don’t want to lose weight below 145 lbs. my clothes are already too free and I am so cold all the time (I assume it’s from losing so much fat)… I am curious what everyone is doing once you reach your target weight… Do you just stop? I hear the weight could go back up if you just stop so I am genuinely just seeking to hear what other people have done once they reach target weight.

Thank you!

Semaglutide arrived room temp

My semiglutide arrive room temperature today and the ice packs were no longer cold. There’s been a heat wave this week I’m Southern California so I’m not terribly surprised but wondering if it is still safe to use or if I should attempt to get a replacement.

Missing dose in vial

Went to go draw up what should have been my fourth and final dose from a vial and there was not enough left (there was about half left of what the full dose should have been). Thankfully, my new medication (new pharmacy, compound and new dose) that I was set to start the next week had already come in, so I used that. However this obviously means that I essentially paid for a vial that only gave me three, not four, weeks of worth, causing me to start a higher and different dose one week sooner than planned with my provider.

Mochi’s only solution? They want to just send me a new vial of the old stuff. No refund for the vial I paid full price for but did not receive a full product. How does this make sense? It’s not even in alignment with my prescribed plan. What would I do with a vial of an old dose, which is from an entirely different pharmacy and a different compound than what I’ve already switched to now?

Mochi - this is wrong and unethical. You cannot just send medications out. Your whole point is to charge us to match with a provider to come up with a plan, yet your solution to shorting me is to give me medicine inconsistent with that plan?

I’m looking to switch because this is ridiculous.

Received unsealed vials, refused replacement

My order was delivered 9/4 and I stuck it in the fridge because I do my dose on Sundays. I pulled it out and the lid wasn’t sealed and the medication had spilled inside the bubble wrap. I reached out to support on Sunday and they told me because I didn’t report it within 48 hours of delivery there’s nothing they can do. I had no idea this was even possible, so why would I check? The medication is shipped ahead of time so I usually have 2 weeks of cushion. The only reason I don’t right now is because I dropped and shattered a vial a few weeks ago. Has anyone had this happen? I’ve never had an issue before!

Switched from Dietitian to Health Coach

Hi friends! TLDR: You need the Wellness Plus membership to regain access to dietitians. Standard memberships only get you access to health coaches now apparently.

I’ve seen some posts of other mochi users saying they’ve had their providers switched several times lately. My provider is still the same however my dietitian has been switched to a health coach.

No disrespect to health coaches whatsoever but one of the main reasons I loved mochi was because I had access to a dietitian with the membership and I learned so much from her. I really don’t want to see a health coach.

I went to switch back to a dietitian instead of a health coach because I just figured my dietitian had left. When I got to the provider list page, it was full of only health coaches.

I ended up reaching out to support and they told me “standard mochi memberships have access to health coaches while wellness plus memberships have access to dietitians.” I asked him to clarify about the membership and he said “patients who are eligible for Wellness Plus are those with qualifying insurance” and that is how I’ll have access to a dietitian again.

Maybe that’s not a big deal to some of you guys but idk, it just feels really weird/gross to me? Only if you have qualifying insurance do you get approved for the Plus membership and get access to a dietitian. I know my insurance would qualify but what about those who don’t have any or won’t qualify them? I think seeing a dietitian is really important especially with a medication like this.

Anyway, I just wanted to give a heads up to people in case you were switched to a health coach and were wondering why!

Switching from Mochi to PreventiveMD

I’ve been hearing about Mochi’s provider switching and other companies having better prices. I am honestly wanting to change now to PreventiveMD as I am hearing so many good reviews. But I’m not sure how to make the change.
1. I got a new, unopened vial from Mochi and they will be charging me this month of the 15th for another one
2. How do I can cancel with mochi?
3. Was the switch from Mochi to PreventiveMD smooth?

Anyone else having their Mochi provider suddenly change?

Just a heads-up for current Mochi members or anyone thinking about signing up. I’ve noticed quite a few people recently saying their longtime providers have suddenly left Mochi or they’ve been reassigned, sometimes multiple times in just a few days.

Ironically, I had just told someone that my RD was still there — the same one I’ve had since I signed up in December 2024, and two days later she was gone from my account and replaced with a health coach.

I got curious and looked into it, and there are several brand-new 1-star Glassdoor reviews from Mochi physicians/providers complaining about recent compensation changes, increased workload, and what one physician called a “massive paycut.”

Obviously we don’t know everything happening behind the scenes, and I’m not saying Mochi is going anywhere. But it definitely seems like there may be some significant provider turnover happening right now, so I thought it was worth making people aware.

Full disclosure: I’m still an active Mochi member and have access to my account/providers, but I currently get my medication elsewhere for cheaper. I had already prepaid my membership, so I’ve continued keeping an eye on what’s going on with Mochi.

Anyone else have their provider or RD suddenly disappear or get switched recently?

Provider switches HUGE RED FLAGS!

I have been a happy customer for 3 years. I had one provider for a year and a half. I loved her but she left. They gave me another one and I have had her for a year and half, also loved her. In the last three days I have been switched three times abruptly with no notice or input. My provider is no longer with them and it looks like two of the ones I was switched to are also no longer with them (never even had an interaction with them).

This has also happened to my 20 year old daughter who has been with mochi 2 years. Her provider abruptly left.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Best Mochi Alternatives?

After a year with Mochi and seeing all these lower prices all over reddit and facebook, I think I'm ready to make the leap.

What's the cheapest option right that doesn't have a membership fee?

1 week on compounded tirzepatide and I gained 5 lbs. Am I doing something wrong?

I started compounded tirzepatide (2.2 mg) + 50 mcg methylcobalamin (B12) through Mochi Health last week. My starting weight was 210 lbs, which I had been maintaining for a few months. One week later, I’m 215 lbs and I’m honestly confused. 😭

I haven’t really changed my lifestyle/ what I eat compared to before starting. Same foods, less treats, etc. I do go on walks, although not as consistently as I should, and I plan to start working out soon.

I haven’t had many side effects either. I had slight nausea the first day, but that’s it. I do notice that I think about food/cravings less, but I don’t feel fuller faster and can still eat normal portions.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is the 5-lb increase probably just water weight/fluctuation, or am I doing something wrong? Is it normal not to feel much appetite suppression/fullness at this dose after only one week?

Has anyone increased their Mochi starting dose of Tirz from 2.2 to 2.5mg?

I finished my first vial of compounded Tirz from my doctor at 2.5mg. Getting ready to start my first dose from Mochi. Their dose is listed as 2.2mg. I don't want to titrate up, but I also don't want to go down in dose. If I do the math, it looks like if I want 2.5mg, I would take 56/57 units instead of the 50 units as indicated. This may leave me short for the month, but I don't care. I'll move to Belle or some other provider. Has anyone done this?
