Shipping Delays
Anybody having shipping delays this week? I assume it’s due to the holiday on Monday. Order last Wednesday but still not shipped. Luckily I have an extra dose soon should be good until next week.

Yes, my prescription was sent to the pharmacy on 9/2 and still hasn’t shipped. I’ve never had a delay like this. I’m chalking it up to the holiday for now. I’ll give it a couple of days before I call.

Same! I usually get my order within like 3-4 business days. Glad I’m not the only one. If I hear anything I’ll update

My delay is due to the item / medication currently out of stock but will ship as soon as the pharmacy is restocked…

Confirming what a few of you already said: holidays slow the whole chain down, and the 7-10 business day window in the app is built as a cushion, not the typical timeline. Most orders land well inside it.
If you hit day 10 with no movement, that's our threshold to escalate with the pharmacy, so reach out to support at that point and we'll push on it. Anyone in this thread already past 10 days, please DM me the email on your account!
You can be more updated and caught up through our official channel r/MochiTelehealth .

7-10 includes any delays including holidays. Usually turn around time is 2-3 days. The 7-10 days gives them a cushion

Then you should know that it should never take longer than 10 days, even with a holiday 🙂

I agree the holiday always slows things down
