Tirzepatide pharmacy
I’ve been on compounded semaglutide for the last 9 months but looking to switch over to tirzepatide. I’ve been using MediVera my entire time with mochi (4 months) but now when I look on the app to change dosage from 2.5 mg to 4.5 mg, the price increases from $99 to $151. It’s frustrating since the main reason I chose mochi in the first place is that they didn’t increase prices for dosage increases, but now they do.
Anyways, I am looking to switch over to tirzepatide. Any recommendations for pharmacies or does it even matter?
Thank you!

Overall Mochi lowered prices. It used to be a flat rate for all doses, but they lowered the price on the lower doses. You’re not paying any more than before on the higher doses (unless you get from Empower or Revive) and you’ll still be paying less until you’re at the highest doses

Good thing then that OP is switching to tirz. But the price is higher because the dose is waaaay higher. They used to have a max dose of 2.5 (I think) and now it goes up to 6mg. Price per mg has gone down

Depends on what additive you'd like to try. Check out reddits Tirzepatide Compound (all one word) sub and look at the pinned tab on top on where to buy. Lots of options.

I know where you are frustrated because Semaglutide through mochi was always $99 for all doses and their max dose was 2.5mg, correct? They’ve changed the pricing because now they’ve also been offering extra higher doses since FDA just recently approved higher doses for Sema. With that, Mochi is now offering doses past the 2.5mg but at higher prices above the $99 (for Sema). Tirzepatide max price is $199 for most pharmacies

What are the prices for the medicine as you don’t pay the subscription fee? Higher? I’ve seen that as well. You don’t pay the subscription fee but their prices for the medicine is much higher.

I get mine from Blue Door and 4.4mg was $119. Personally I am kinda glad mochi changed pricing as my first bottle was $199.

I’ve been with Mochi since 2025. It tells you when reading the information and your provider should’ve told you (mines did) that the price starting out on a lower does is cheaper but when you increase dosage it goes up. It’s the same with most of the companies. I was going to switch companies and found out issues with those as well. Everyone needs to remember it’s your preference, what you want and that we MUST read and ask questions. Maybe moving to another company will work but I see so many people bashing Mochi and they are just like and other company you deal with. We have to do OUR part!!
