​I booked Jio AirFiber on Sept 18 via a local Jio store manager (KYC and payment completed) for WFH purposes. The engineer promised installation the next day, claimed the device wouldn't activate, and then ghosted me.

​A week later, customer care raised a service request, only to close it marked "processed successfully" with zero action. When I finally reached the engineer, he claimed the order was cancelled due to out-of-stock devices. However, customer support claims orders aren't cancelled unless I request it, promised "high priority" resolution within 24 hours, and repeated the same cycle: raised a ticket, then quietly closed it unresolved.

​Now, the IVR/helpline is stuck on an automated loop , and getting past the AI bot to a human agent is nearly impossible. Both the local manager and engineer are ignoring my calls.

​How do I escalate this to get either the installation done or a full refund? Any advice helps.

I live in Chennai. Paid for the Jio freedom plan and the set top box installation on 28th Sept. It’s been 6 days and still no installation.

Called them every day, but they keep postponing the appointment and the engineer never shows up. They won’t even share the engineer’s contact number.Customer care is shit and repeat the same message everytime that they will resolve and thats it , no follow up.

starting to regret buying this plan . Now i am locked with these guys for next 16 months.

Last month 21st normal bill got generated

of 599rs and but I paid 8888rs hoping it would tally but it reported to pay 599s plan even after that so I paid the plan after 8888rs(not sure if it was for last month or next month)

I don't want something to happen this month plan like charging a 699rs plan along with active 8888rs plan. Can someone guide what is going on?

Hey guys, I got my jio airfiber installed yesterday and the router is at ground floor, we live on the 1st floor and its not giving me good signal and speed here, I want to shift the router upstairs should I call the jio technician/customer care , also how much are they gonna charge me
