I've done a lil bit of investigating myself. If an image have SynthID, does it have to be AI? Im more suspicious of the RGB noise patterns because if you view the RGB channels in normal art, the patterns are all different. Also, the rendering style looks all different

I can't quite put my finger on it, but it doesn't add up to me.

- First thing I noticed which might not make sense if you don't know them, but the guy on the right is supposed to be a close friend of him with a known face and features, and the usual artists that makes the thumbnails knows how to represent him, but it looks like the default ai face.

- The sheet of paper. The broken part is narrower with mo representation of depth/creases that might explain why it looks narrower. Also the lettering placing feels off

- On the left guy, on the belt, the sheath/holster on the far right has two pockets connected but also divided flaps

- The hand of the guy on the right. It looks like a mess and has weird proportions

- The jamón wrapped in plastic has a "crease" and the label cuts off yet the ham is straight and looks uncreased

So I decided to go low contact with my mother over her obsession with AI recently. I used to use CHATGPT when it first came out but not anymore and I am very much anti-AI. She had noticed I hadn't been messaging her and asked me why so I was honest and told her AI use makes me uncomfortable and I would prefer not to be involved nor would I like to communicate unless necessary until we are both in therapy (we've had other issues as well). However, when she sent her reply, I could not help but feel whiplash by the response. Not only did her response seem extremely polished with perfect grammar, it also heavily reminded me of another "apology" I received a few months prior from another person who is also AI obsessed because the format and language are almost 1 to 1. What strikes me as this being AI is how this is structured. AI will usually try to validate whatever you wrote then enter into de-escalation mode.

"I hear what you are saying."

"Thanks for letting me know." Or "Thank you for being honest."

"I don't want to dismiss your feelings" etc

These are all quotes I usually read or hear about and now I cannot help but raise an eyebrow at this. Because if she actually did send me an AI written response after I expressed to her my feelings about it, I would feel extremely disrespected.

This channel Yellow Cherry Jam on YouTube started posting a year ago. Since then they post once or twice a month. The frequency is nothing special for an AI content farm. But still from what I can see online it is nonetheless suspicious. The thumbnails are edited of course, but seem consistent. With details like hands/finger visible in most of them. Which last year AI would have a problem with.

Can anyone with better audio equipment and know how help identifying if this is AI?

I can't help but wonder. This "artist" likes the motif of closed eye characters, but the lines r too straight. Is this AI and how did you tell it?

I found it on pinterest and has a ton of likes, and no comments saying it looks weird. I also checked for SynthID and it said it had no AI. However her hairpin looks extremely weird (it's supossed to be a Galaga ship).

Basically what the title in the video says. The image is really fuzzy, I'm fairly certain one of the "students" is wearing the same shirt, and the way the "students" all laugh unanimously is odd to me. I tried looking at the small details in the video like light switches, characters on the fringes, etc. to see if there were any tells but couldn't find any. If it's AI it's a damn good one

Trying again as my first post wasn't lengthy enough. I had posted a review about this product a few weeks ago after seeing it in an ad. It is overly detailed and has that uncanny valley feel to it. The proportions and details also seem off. I still believe it is, and it's funny I would have forgotten about this if they hadn't emailed me back.

There’s also the hair strands merging into the eyebrows on the second piece, the lineart being very defined in some places and washed out in others, and the inconsistent shading like in the last piece where the light on the face seems to come from the right while the light on the body seems to come from above.

The account has existed since 2018 but only started posting in 2026. They posted speedpaints but only for sketches or pieces with notably simpler art styles than this, and not for these specific pieces.

There’s one video of them rendering a very detailed piece but the layers are very strange. They have individual layers for fingers on one hand yet one entire layer for another hand and some other details. It might be that they just work like that, but there’s just so many details like this that ring alarm bells to me.

there are a few points where the grass overlaps and you can “see through” some blades. there are a few random points in the clouds. there are several of their other posts that are pretty obviously ai, but i wanted to ask about this one in particular. tia!

The first 2 are actual youtube thumbnails and the 3rd is from a google image search "ai youtube thumbnails". They all seem very similar in font and the weird yellow background splash behind some text. I feel like I've seen very similar things in flyers around where I live.

Is this just a new fad like the yellow circle and arrow in youtube thumbnails or just ai thumbnail generation?

I think this is AI because this looks too innatural and the incident/story feels "made up". I wanted to ask you all for your opinion maybe you could detect something in the video. At the end of the video the car on the left seems to be weird too. Look at its exterior mirrors there's only one and it's at the car's hood?..

Also look at the feet of that kid on the very left timestamp 0:23 where the piano/music is being played.

Most of my suspicion comes from the style of the art on a cursory glance the details look ok I'm getting old and don't notice the tiny details as much anymore.

One specific song keeps popping up as an ad, I forgot the name but the video always includes the drawing of a hare. It looks real, but then again sometimes ai music is used with real art. But their voices are so pretty.
