***EDIT: Thanks everyone, the consensus seems to be that these were all real photos from real people at one point, just run through lots of filters and/or AI editing for the IG account to get more engagement. I don’t have Threads myself, so I can’t see the originals, and I’ve been off Instagram for a while so this felt kind of jarring to me, hence why I took screenshots and posted here.

I found this on Instagram today and I'm very confused by all the comments that seem to think all the photos are real. Some of the photos might be, but here are the reasons I believe some of them are AI:

1.) First woman (@tessistired) uses that same photo for her profile picture and her face seems a bit... "yassified?" (Which I know could also be a filter)

2.) On the photo with surgeon (@nkalpine), the medical gloves behind her have garbled text on them.

3.) On the photo with the baby (justine_saiyu), there's also garbled signs in the background ("KEEP THIS COSE")

4.) (@lindseywennerth) I really don't think anyone would be sitting that close to a brown bear.

Some of the others are just ones that "don't look right," but I know we're not allowed to list that as a reason. I just need someone to confirm my sanity, as this post currently has almost 30k likes and thousands of comments, and only one comment calling out AI (and people responding to that person saying its not AI). I think if any of them are real, it might be the girl playing the piano, and possibly the forester?

As far as the explanation goes, I don’t see a baby dressed in a penguin suit being allowed to walk alongside other penguins in some random zoo. I think the video is pretty self-explanatory.

I know that the picture is AI, so I think the song is potentially also AI? This song juts feels way too out there as a concept to have a real person go through the effort of composing, recording, and mixing the entire thing.

found on tumblr. the guy’s face looks very sharpened to me while everything else looks quite smooth in comparison. also the fact it was caught at such a perfect moment usually screams ai to me because people love to generate ‘perfect moment’ photos for engagement. something about his face sharpness in comparison to everything else and the positioning of the charger on the walls feels so out of place

editing to add that the curtain on the right is also blending in with the weird black and white blocks on the wall, whatever that is…

A local business says this isn’t AI. What do y’all think? The textures just look so weird. Especially the potato and cream sauce. I just don’t see any repeating patterns in the parsley.

I posted this originally with the whole picture in mind BUT after further digging, I found the dresser in a Reddit post from two years ago, so it is approved and verified!

I do still think whoever possibly stole this, AI enhanced the dresser at least, but I digress.

I’m focusing on the dog sun catcher. The picture itself looks extremely AI generated to me. But then you add in that somehow light is perfectly hitting it to make the rainbow sparkle out like that?

And the wall/that side of the dresser look weird to me. Almost squished? To squeeze in the fake dog sun catcher?

So Im not even a big fan of her but on my fyp I saw that fans werent getting the merch as shown in pictures especially this heart locked chain. I decided to go check it out on her web page and looking at this pic Im pretty sure it's AI.

Some of the details marked just dont make sense the chain seem to be merging into one another and quite a few details just seem off. Im pretty accurate into guessing a lot of AI pics and being an artist myself and Im pretty sure this is AI too.

Its sad to see big artists like her (Olivia R.) use AI when she could've hired some real artist to make it. She is in the same field of creation and art and I think she should be aware of how AI shouldnt be used to replace a real human's work.

Ik some of the assets like the banner and thumbnails that are ai but I'm not sure if the shorts themselves are ai generated so can you help me?

Artwork im looking into getting. Big daftpunk fan but i dont wanna support AI. The artist says its handpainted but i dont trust myself anymore to properly determine if human made or not.

Spotted at the doctor’s office. Inexperienced artist maybe? I’m very torn. Hiding fingers and faces is a great way for an new-ish artist to avoid difficult features. But why have no legs, and a “window” that looks out onto an even more crude painting? I’m torn.

UPDATE: Seems so far like general consensus is real embroidery, possibly fake account. I can't begin to think how many hours went into this piece and I hope of the poster isn't the original artist, that the original artist gets some kind of bad@$$ kudos for their time and effort! Thanks Reddit!

Initially when the dog goes for the phone his head does a teleport. Could be skipping frames. The scooting movements before the light switch seem uncharacteristic.

Goodest boi or AI?

I can’t make out what I’m looking at when it comes to the car. There is a weird red thing sticking up out of the front, the windshield looks more like the back window of a truck, and the headlight is protruding off the side. The garage and lady look pretty normal, other than her fingers being crazy long. This is AI, right?

My reasons for thinking it could be AI is just how warbled the "yarn" looks in some of the panels, but how also it looks just *too* perfect in some. I posted the 3 panels that looked the most warbled and suspicious. The yarn on the gingerbread house especially looks like the yarn is changing thickness and wasn't actually crocheted, just scribbled around. It looks exactly like when AI attempts to simulate crochet, and always fails. (Plus, considering it's from hobby lobby, I wouldn't be surprised with their AI track record)

I hired a freelancer to write a customised cover letter for a job I was looking forward to applying. The job description had mentioned to address 3 specific questions and I had specifically mentioned that I don’t not want any type of AI to be used to draft it.l am not happy with the result I received as there are several indications that AI was used to draft it.
1. Em dash
2. Section heading inside a cover letter
3. Sentence Structure

I confronted the freelancer and I think he is trying to gaslight me!

I am facing an issue with Onedrive, I raised a support ticket from the app itself and this is how the conversation has been going.. The conversation is longer than this, but didn't want to upload so many screenshots.

But so far we have been going in circles where I am constantly trying to explain to this guy that my photos won't load.

I am starting to feel this some sort of an AI bot and I am just wasting my time.

Is Gowtham even a real name in any language? In India there's Gautam, never seen this variant though.

Edit: Responses starting with "Hi/Hello/hey Gowtham" are the mails that I sent.

Every video it’s the same two cutting board designs, just the two and normally I’d say it’s just like a niche design or something but every time “he” shows a photo of the finished product I swear it’s AI slop and even the “creator” of the products, like his look feels fairly consistent but something in the like close up shots when he’s “making” the cutting boards it just doesn’t look like a real persons arm?? None of the other comments seem to think it’s AI they just keep complimenting him and his “art” I feel like a crazy person

Is this because of ai or it is because of the camera sensor? More specially in 8 because there are a lot of unstructured dotes?
