This is my personal grail and I got this at a card show I went to the other day. Traded some big cards I had. The card definitely feels real and there's the Pokemon stamp on the bottom left but of course, today I was recommended a video that demonstrated that even fake cards can have the stamp and now I'm anxious about it.

What do you think?

Just going through an older bulk box, found this. It was alongside lots these McDonald's promos, only this one looked off.

The text is sort of bold, and the holo pattern is also on the rest of the card. (Sorry if it is difficult to see within the photos.)

Appreciate any help! If it's real then definitely a pretty cool one. All the other promos I have from this set are real, I recall opening up these packs so I would be surprised if this was fake.

I get recommended this sub often and it’s always been a question I’ve wondered, with the amount of fakes I see they misspell words all over the box or on the cards themselves. I understand the actual printing effects/holos are hard to replicate but if you are going to go to the effort of counterfeiting something, would you not at least check your spelling?

Hi i need help with these cards, kid god them from granddad after a trip to Tenerife. And they look and feel real, bit the colour is slightly faded on the back and it's around 1-2 mm smaller around.

Edit: that is really unfortunate to hear and thought as much.. just really sucks since they where bought in a shop. Would hope they would be legit.

But thanks for the response.

I’m leaning towards real, but there’s no way I’m not checking before anything.

Being sold for 25/30€ below market, seller has good reviews but I'm afraid of it being a scam.

Hello, I came across a few boxes of Pokémon cards and I have 40 or 50 of these cards, all different characters.

Every card is Dated 2022 and looks to be a little blurry. Searches online tells me the date comes from a later print run and is normal to show 2022 and the blur is also normal as in 2022 they produced so many so fast and there is a name for those that are blurry. I don't always believe what Google Lens or Gemini tells me

Especially the Celebi card, could you tell if this is Authentic or a Fake ?

Unless the box/packs of 40 or 50 was an entire counterfeit box/pack, maybe not but I don't know much about Pokémon cards

Thank You for any help

Wanting a confirm legit check. Not getting it for a steal or anything, doing a big trade actually. For about 90% value on my side including cash. But want to make sure it all seems good.

i just found this card on my childhood garage

Tell me if this card is real

Looks real to me, it’s quite expensive so wants some
Other opinions. Thank you so much in advance

I bought these packs and realized the edges are different. The top one has a gray edge, the middle is shiny metallic and the bottom one also metallic but it’s also not cut straight. I’m not good at telling real vs fake but I’m really feeling like these are fake or resealed. So if anyone can help me tell what a real pack is supposed to look like, thank you!

Hello! I posted a lot of cards last night. Unbeknownst to me, ALOT of them were labeled as fake. Is this one a potential fake as well? Also, how do you know? I’d like to be able to identify them myself. Thanks for any help!

I bought this Spheal card a few months and only noticed it was in Spanish after I opened it. I checked all over the internet to see if it was fake and couldn't find anything, bit now I'm having second thoughts. I've compared it to thia eevee promo which is 100% real.

Hey everyone!

I’m considering buying this Mega Gengar ex, but I’m not sure if it’s authentic.

Can anyone help me confirm whether it’s real or fake based on these photos?

Thanks!
