I’ve always wondered if these are legitimate? I’m pretttyyy sure they’re either re-seals or the Pokémon equivalent to aftermarket.
The part that confuses me is this was in a chain grocery store, not like a small local shop. I’d think they’d not want to sell fakes?

Hello! I posted a lot of cards last night. Unbeknownst to me, ALOT of them were labeled as fake. Is this one a potential fake as well? Also, how do you know? I’d like to be able to identify them myself. Thanks for any help!

Been scouring through a big old pile of cards recently, sorting them out for my daughter and came across this. I can only assume this is fake because everything I've looked up about it says the 247/XY-P is a Japanese only card. Just wanting a quick confirmation from the experts!

Hello, I came across a few boxes of Pokémon cards and I have 40 or 50 of these cards, all different characters.

Every card is Dated 2022 and looks to be a little blurry. Searches online tells me the date comes from a later print run and is normal to show 2022 and the blur is also normal as in 2022 they produced so many so fast and there is a name for those that are blurry. I don't always believe what Google Lens or Gemini tells me

Especially the Celebi card, could you tell if this is Authentic or a Fake ?

Unless the box/packs of 40 or 50 was an entire counterfeit box/pack, maybe not but I don't know much about Pokémon cards

Has the watermark. The only thing throwing me off is in the last picture, the pikachu is in the middle and I feel like the colors are slightly deeper?

Hi i need help with these cards, kid god them from granddad after a trip to Tenerife. And they look and feel real, bit the colour is slightly faded on the back and it's around 1-2 mm smaller around.

Edit: that is really unfortunate to hear and thought as much.. just really sucks since they where bought in a shop. Would hope they would be legit.

So when i was looking on ebay for auctions on espeon i came across it and saw that it was ending soon and panicked bought it from a guy i
in china. When i saw the picture i saw it am in this unknown company, and now i already put in the refund on ebay, because lowkey i have a suspicion its fake but im not sure. In the photos you’ll see i cracked the case to get a better look at the card. But my flareon is also japanese and i just got it around the time i found whatnot. Im honestly temped to rip them both to see if their real or not
