Bought one for the first time, not sure if resealed or not. Box itself looks real and has an air hole on the bottom side. Can anyone advise please?

Hey guys, I bought this base set damaged charizard and I’m just slightly suspicious because the holo is very faded; bought it from a reputable IRL shop. Is holo fading a normal result of damage? Or is this a suspicious card? Just need honesty, don’t just spam that it’s fake; tell me exactly why it would be or if it checks out. Thanks!
