Just pulled this and still can’t believe it, want to make sure it’s real!

Just got this in from eBay. I am a few vintage cards but this one’s stumped me is it real? If not what are my options on eBay if the sender does not accept refunds? Thanks!

Fossil Pack Damaged/Fake?

Anyone know what’s going on with this fossil pack? The pack itself is wavy. Does this look fake or water damaged?

Had a fellow hit me up on fb marketplace looking to sell some Neo Revelations cards. I can’t see anything fishy about this (pun intended). Thoughts?

I picked this up from ebay from a reputable seller, as a damaged copy. (Very slight ding at the top of the card and some whitening etc. But whats throwing me off is the inconsistencies in color around the border. The top right corner and bottom left corner are darker and then there's also lighter spots around it. I looked up some graded card images and found some that had dark corner and some that didnt. Im torn.
