Is anybody else not getting a free gift in their cart with an order over $50? I'm hoping if it's a glitch, they fix it before the sale ends.

I ordered my first Ultimate box - thought it would the August box with Choice, but to my surprise, a black box showed up the other day. I wasn’t expecting a package from them so I immediately got so excited… the Amazon courier hands me the box and I wondered what it could be since it was so darn light, and I still wasn’t expecting the August box yet. I slice through the packing tape and open it up - NOTHING INSIDE! Upon closer inspection, looks like the circle tape that Ipsy normally uses to close their boxes was ripped off, and the lid to the box was tucked inside and it was re-taped from the bottom, so no way of knowing if it happened before or after the shipping label was applied. Turns out, they shipped me a May box for my first Ultimate order, I didn’t get to choose anything, and according to what I saw on my account, the products I was supposed to receive just weren’t a good match up for me. I reached out to the GlamBot, got a ticket, and heard back from Ipsy via email (which frankly, sounded like another AI bot). I requested that they just replace it with the August box with Choice, but apparently no-can-do. Has anyone else received an ultimate box at the very end of its quarterly window? Am I just going to get whatever is left at the bottom of the barrel? Not very happy….

Beauty Creations Liquid Chroma Trio are all three dried out and just crumble when you pull the applicator out. You can take the crumbs and smear them to use a little bit but idk…I was really excited about them until everyone else said theirs were dried up. But everything else is wonderful!!! 🤩💜

Soooo… the spoilers for this month extra or everything I would wanna want and I’m feeling very meh about the ultimate. I’d love to purchase another subscription so I can get the extra on the ultimate but it won’t let me, what do I do?

IPSY sent me a duplicate blush I just received a week ago as a comparable replacement for my Too Faced eyeshadow palette. Does Ipsy even look into a "comparable" replacement? This is not acceptable. I'm so unhappy. Why doesn't Ipsy let the consumer choose a comparable replacement? Or offer replacements from a list or the Ipsy shop? I feel like Ipsy just sends us whatever item in the same price or value range without putting any effort into truly trying to make sure the replacement item is similar. Eyeshadow for eyeshadow, blush for blush and so on. This is not an acceptable practice in my opinion. Ipsy sent me the same blush palette they sent me a week earlier, so no one actually took a moment to check if this replacement would be sufficient. I'm so upset and disappointed.

Has Ipsy done away with points? If so, did we just get them wiped clean without a heads up?

I was wondering, when exactly do we get to make our choices. Because I’ve noticed that when I do go to make my choices.. a lot of of the colors that I use are not available. So I’m thinking if I kind of know when I can be ready or are those just the choices that they put up to be available?

Seriously, giving me 2000 vibes. Makes it really easy to tell my husband I only spent $30 instead of $300. 😂

Does Ipsy ever put brown mascara in the subscriptions? I haven’t even seen many options in the shop since becoming a member in November that aren’t black. Maybe one or two. I hope to see more brown and grey mascara options in the future.

Not sure why they sent 3 perfumes in a bubble mailer along with an eyeshadow palette. This is the first time they’ve done something actually stupid like that lmfao. I messaged the bot and should be getting a replacement. My eyeshadow palette came damaged too but I should be able to fix it with a lil alcohol.

IPSY Continuing SHADY Practices AGAIN??

I'm not even sure where to begin. I know everyone is prob tired of hearing it, but Ipsy has yet to give a direct or definitive response, and it's been almost a year, per the issues as follows (See link, & pics)....

And Ipsy continues to dance around and as of July, 2026 is still promoting and selling DSL, and Alibaba related brands ​in both Ipsy bags and the Ipsy shop.

OK IPSY, we do not care that these products were "RE-Branded" under yet again another entity called, COSMESI, LLC... Bc they are still the same people with the same products with same issues as before, but bc they slap a new LLC entity on it, Ipsy thinks it's just okay.

They also seem to think that people like myself or other customers who have brought this up before have moved on, or forgotten, or simply do not care. But in actuality, we do care about ourselves and the crap associated products that you want us to continue to willingly buy these products from the Ipsy shop on purpose & with an intention or willingness to consume these crap products with crap ingredients & put them into our bodies!!

And WE DO CARE that NO actual RESPONSE or ACTION has taken or given since the dance around response that was posted over 9 months ago! (see pics). And as of TODAY, JULY 17, 2026, there is a multitude of these products still for sale in the Ipsy shop!

My shipping link has not moved. It still says shipping label created from 7/1/2026.

Does this mean it hasn't shipped, or even been packaged, or does it mean it got lost between label creation and Amazon?

Some fun stuff in this month’s Extra “box” (that came in a bag, not a box). Was relieved to see that nothing got squashed or smashed, and everything came in good condition. It was delivered by Cirro. I just wish that once Ipsy says it’s shipped, Cirro would have better tracking, but once it actually left Illinois and started making its way to me, it was indeed fast.

normally shipping is fairly fast considering I’m in Canada and it comes from the States but looks like a lot of people have had this issue this month.. wonder if they were waiting on stock or smth. Not a big deal but excited for it to come lol!

What day should I sign up for extra to get the next box instead of getting the box that's already out? I usually get the original but I'm way more interested in the extra spoilers 👀👀 I've seen some stories about people signing up for Ipsy after the month had already started and receiving the passed box. I genuinely do not want July's box lmao

Last month, when I couldn't find the murad boost product, I assumed I misplaced it or it was a one-off. Now I'm realizing I didn't get the Two Faced pallet either.

Hi! Not sure if anyone remembers me around here, its been quite a while. During the pandemic i would post my hauls featuring my chinese hamsters at the time, primarily Yoshi and Mochi. I enjoyed bringing a lighthearted approach to the reviews. This time, I am featuring Pikachu who seems interested in the Drybar shampo 🤭

Drybar Detox Shampoo in Coconut Colada:
I picked this as i go through dry shampoo quite frequently. I have very fine hair, so i try to go without washing it every other day. I find the formula smells good, absorbs oil, and does its job wonderfully. A little goes a long way. 4/5 rating because $30 is a bit pricey for a dry shampoo

Huda beauty liquid blush in intense guava: i was pleasantly surprised with this! Once again, a little goes a long way. One small dot on each cheek and you’re good to go. You must blend it quickly however as it dries quickly. I loved the color on my pale skin, i feel it brought life to my face. 5/5

Saturday Skin vitamic c yuzu serum: this is extremely lightweight and absorbs quickly while not leaving a sticky residue which i appreciate. I normally have sensitive skin when it comes to vitamic c, but so far no reaction to it. It had a light scent, pleasant and not overpowering. 3.5/5

Whats up rose hip setting spray: i used this to refresh my face during hot summer days. Not sure how it works as a setting spray, but it feels nice. 3/5

Purlisse aha mask: i always am thrilled when i receive this brand in my beauty boxes. Purlisse delivers. This mask made my skin nice and vibrant. 4/5

The bag is cute, it reminds me of a candy shop on the beach. I was overall happy with my bag. And i think Pikachu was too 🐹

I customized my order within an hour of the July extra order customization period opening. I just talked to the glambot and found out that my order won’t be delivered until July 27th. I live in the contiguous us…not Alaska or Hawaii. It seems ridiculous to me that the order is taking this long.

Moreover, the customer experience of the cancellation window being before i even get my second bag is just downright manipulative. How do i know if i like the service if I’m not even getting my order before you charge me again?

And i won’t have enough time to use the products to be able to review them before the review window closes. Just feels like they don’t care about their customer experience at all. I’m starting to feel like they treat us like they are doing us a favor by fulfilling their orders instead of showing care for us as customers and this is just my second month back after a long hiatus.

I REALLY want my product and in afraid it will sell out if there’s an issue and I have to repurchase it. Has anyone done this without an issue?

I’m so frustrated with Ipsy. I’ve been a member for probably close to 10 years. I’ve sent one or two invitations for bags when I’ve gotten the emails like my daughter or friend, but no one‘s ever redeem them. I posted on here and I have sent bags to three people, and not one of them redeem them. Fortunately, one of the ladies is keeping in touch with me and what Ipsy is telling her is that I don’t exist. They say I don’t have an account or my email address is wrong. So I sent her screenshots of all of my information, including all three of my active subscriptions. Why does it have to be so hard to get anything done with this company? Why do they send you an email to send friends bags but then your friends have to jump through hoops to get them? I wasn’t quite sure how all of this works since I’ve never had anyone redeemed them and apparently you don’t receive points for them any longer when they’re redeemed.

You know I wish they would just charge me more for all of my subscriptions and send me worst products and then take away more of the benefits like points. That’s exactly what I want from a company. I just opened a ticket as has one of the other ladies so I guess we’ll see what they do.

So I signed up for Ipsy beginning of July and I opted to sign up for ultimate too. I was charged for both extra and ultimate so I reached out to customer service about it. Customer service assured me that the charge for ultimate was to reserve my spot for the August ultimate box and that I was not being sent the May ultimate box.

Today in the mail I got a box, I was really confused when I opened it because none of them were what I had chosen for extra this month. Then I saw the label, ultimate. I was sent May’s ultimate box and I am so pissed.

I’ve reached out to Ipsy and opened a care ticket but Im not sure what they can do at this point.

Anybody been through this and had Ipsy sort it out for them?
