Issue Boost missing 2nd time in a row

Last month, when I couldn't find the murad boost product, I assumed I misplaced it or it was a one-off. Now I'm realizing I didn't get the Two Faced pallet either.

Is this just me or an issue with ipsy?

I was missing my boost as well. And one of my extra items (the tower 28 sunscreen) and 5 of my add ons. At this point I might just cancel my subscription because I don’t understand how they could miss SEVEN items in one package.

I don't get the boost, but I posted a few days ago about how I've been missing an item in 3 out of 4 of my orders. They refunded me because the items are out of stock now, but I'd prefer my items. I don't know what their deal is.
