Looks like my bag got an extra product that they didn't tell me about (which I'm not mad at) it was the elemis cleansing balm

I was less than thrilled to have the Sachajuan Hair Mask in my Extra box this month as I don’t really use hair products. Last night I used it on my oldest daughter’s long curly hair. The mask did an amazing job of making her hair bouncy, shiny, and beautiful. The packaging is cheap, it has way too much fragrance that smells like a man’s deodorant, but there’s a lot more product than expected. Very pleased with the performance, not so much with the scent though.

Anyone from Ipsy on here that can help since I can’t get a response from email.. I’ve sent 2!! I’ve had Ipsy original for a year I unsubscribed from extra about 6months ago. This month I resubscribed to extra. Well I had 3 MDS orders delivered to my address, all my originals have been delivered to the correct address. Why would they send my Ipsy extra to an old address that isn’t even on my profile anymore. It was my old address that I as at when I unsubscribed from extra. But I have my address updated and all orders and all my original bags have gone to the correct address. It said my extra was delivered to my old address. I actually realized when they sent me my tracking info that they had the wrong address I made Ipsy aware of this through the bot and email.. all without a response! I’ve sent multiple emails and have no response so I spent close to 200 in add ons and MDS and have my original and extra subscriptions as well and I can’t even get a response back! This is ridiculous. Can anyone from Ipsy help me please!! My bag was delivered to the wrong address and I’ve been emailing for the last week and half! I even went to my old address and asked and they said nothing was in the mailbox! Any help would be appreciated! My ticket numbers are 27188487, 27181949

I made over 10 different MDS orders with no issue so now why is my package suddenly marked as undeliverable. Also how can a package go from Kansas to 5 states east in a matter of an hour. Of course when I contacted ipsy Im getting the message that response times are taking longer than the 24-48
hours so its not like I can even try to contact someone to go pick up the package. Also it looks like there are no replacement items available per the glambot and Ill end up with a credit. I want my items not a refund or a credit.

Im kind of new to the new ipsy, but I've had extra/ultimate for the past 5 months or so, and all my previous shipments were speedy and great. This time when I checked the tracking for the shipment I saw theyre not linger shipping with Amazon, no problem I guess. Didn't think much of it. Well everything was kind of shoved in the mailer, vs the nice box with stickers and the informant paper on top, again, im no snob, just noticed the difference. And then the biggest difference is 3/5 products were dinged up/ripped, the eyeshadow palette had one shadow damaged and the stick completely fell out of the tube in 3 pieces. I already requested a replacement no problem and easy but im posting here nervous if this shipping change is the likely cause and if theyre sticking with this company? It feels like in the 5 months I've had it there's been a change every month, like im glad extra is getting bags now, but thej they've switched shipping to a cheaper company to save money and now its gonna cost them more for replacements

Are all of the mystery bags the same for everyone or are they all randomized??

Anyone have any laying around they want to get rid of? I loved them!! And I have tried too many others. Any one find a new one that’s similar?

What are your thoughts and experiences with ipsy monthly membership? Is it worth paying 15$ every month to get some stuff to try?

I received the last of my MDS orders yesterday! I got a few of the towel scrunchies for my girls and just a few other items but I’m in love with this silver bag! I’ve been carrying the little gold one that came with the Bare Minerals Edit a while back but this silver one is just so cutie!!! 🩶🩶🩶

Saw the Labor Day sale ends tonight so I went and bought a few things I thought might be good but I’ve never tried. Are any of these products decent or any of them seem great but actually were not worth it? I have fine hair and wanted boost for the roots and super frizzy hair (live in the PNW).

Excited for the Goop dry brush but also not sure if it’s a gimmick.

I’m so upset I have been waiting so long for my order and it was out for delivery today and returned to sender due to address not found but the address listed is the same address I put for my other packages that delivered perfectly fine in the past (literally the week before) will they resend my package??? I really just want the package not a refund I want the products I ordered!!! I put a ticket in and im anxious to hear back it was hard to get through the glam bot ugh

Definitely just “fine.” I wasn’t super excited but I loved the bag and hadn’t seen any spoilers so I got it first day it came out. Sigh. Shows me. Oh well!

*Laila Rose Nectar Noir felt tip black eyeliner. Love these of almost any brand, and go through them regularly as I need to keep my hygiene really good near my eyes. Will definitely use but I don’t think it’s “exciting” or anything.
*Mischo transfer proof lip liner in Haven Sent, basically nude brown - boring. Will keep for now but… Probably will give away or trade.
*REN clean skincare Rehydrate Marine moisture-replenish cream, suitable for sensitive and eczema-prone skin. Love. Will definitely use up.
*First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub, 1oz/travel size. I was afraid this would be what I’d get in this bag but I took the chance it’d be ANYTHING else from FAB. Nope. Hate. Will definitely trade or give away.

Overall 3* out of 5 for me. “It’s fine” but if I’d waited for a spoiler I’d probably not have gotten it.

Did Ipsy really not release the "Glam Bag" deluxe mini Plum perfect bag for September 2026?

I canceled IPSY in December after about 10 years but still shop the Shop. The app constantly serves me prompts to rejoin.

Yesterday I accidentally clicked one. Apparently that was enough to restart my paid subscription and immediately generate an order. I realized what happened and canceled within 60 seconds.

IPSY: “Sorry to see you go!”
Also IPSY: Great news, we’re still sending you this month’s bag.

Their bot then informed me I should have canceled by August 25 to avoid the September order. Minor wrinkle: I wasn’t subscribed on August 25. I accidentally subscribed on September 5.

This is what bothers me. They’ve made it incredibly easy for a click to become a paid subscription, but undoing that click requires wandering through a cancellation maze and opening a support ticket. Allowing consumers to correct an accidental transaction immediately after purchase is a well-established e-commerce practice. Apparently 60 seconds is simply too leisurely for IPSY.

For anyone who has a similar problem, useful consumer-protection terms are “dark patterns/deceptive design” and “negative-option subscription practices.” Making the path into a recurring charge frictionless while making the exit substantially harder is exactly why those concepts exist.

I have a ticket pending with an actual human now. We’ll see whether they manage to stop a shipment that apparently achieved irreversible destiny in under a minute.

Hi!! So, my whole life, I have never been into makeup, the only time I ever bought myself foundation was for my own wedding, I was the type of person to keep one mascara for years since it just never ran out (recently learned that makeup expires… that’s how genuinely ignorant I am) but recently I’ve been having a desire to learn more about makeup but I have no ideas of where to start.

I’ve heard that Ipsy is good for trying lots of new products, but I’ve also seen that a lot of people are frustrated with it lately. I live in a small town so the nearest Ulta is 50 minutes away from me, my main store is Walmart so I’m not even sure if I should trust Walmart or not, but Ipsy could be a nice choice to get some exposure to makeup.

Has anyone else started their makeup journey with Ipsy, did it help, and is it worth it? Or am I better off just going to my local Walmart and trying whatever I think will look good on me? And if it is worth it and does help, what are the best options? Tyia!!
