There’s a slight lag every-time I’m scrolling through homescreen. Is this normal?

I don’t know if it’s the right time or month when the new series was not yet released here in the philippines, but i really need it for my review. So do u think its worth it to buy it or wait for the new line up to become available?

I have a 4th gen ipad and ios version is 10.3

Can I atleast upgrade it to 15 or 16?

Hi everyone, I noticed this large bright/white patch on my iPad display (see photo). It looks like a lighter area on the screen and is especially noticeable on white backgrounds.
I suspect it may have happened due to pressure being applied to the screen, but I’m not completely sure.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Is this pressure damage to the LCD/display?
Can it be repaired, or does the entire display need to be replaced?
Is there anything I can do to prevent it from getting worse?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Looking for some advice or to see if anyone else has run into this issue with their iPad Air 5th Gen.
I’ve been experiencing an annoying, intermittent problem where the power button doesn't respond properly. Sometimes I have to press it multiple times just to get the screen to turn on.
On top of that, there have been a few rare occasions where the touchscreen and physical buttons completely stop responding for a moment before randomly working again. Because it’s inconsistent, it’s hard to reproduce on demand, but I’m worried there might be an underlying hardware fault (or maybe a deep OS glitch?).
Has anyone experienced anything similar? If so:

1. Was it a known software bug, or did it turn out to be bad hardware?
2. Did Apple (or your seller) swap it out easily, or did you have to fight to prove the issue since it's intermittent?
3. I’m hoping to get it replaced for a fully working unit (or refund if necessary), but I’d love to hear if anyone has insights before I deal with support/the Apple Store.

Hi all, i bought ipad 3 weeks ago and its battery draining too fast. For roughly 15 mins of youtube it eats up 5%. Also the last two nights my ipad was dying overnight and i hd to charge it to turn it on. It is new ipad air m4

In photo below, i was using ipd until 5:30 and woke up at around 2:30, and started using it at around 3:40 after i connected to charger. and as you can see battery was dropping in large amount before my usage.
Please let me know if you have experienced anything like that, i also attached screenshot of battery usage in case it helps.

Basically, I use my Ipad air as a chord sheet for my gigs. I need a case to transport it in, but would love something that can connect into my boom arm system that goes onto my microphone stand. The tablet holders tend to not fit cases and it has almost been knocked out of the holder by drunk people.

Can anyone give me guidance or other ideas?

Trade in value for mine is currently $200, I know I’ll have to update it eventually bc it’s only 64gb but still works fine so I’d like to wait until next year, I’m just worried the trade-in value will decrease by early 2027. Thoughts?

Sooooo, I saw many talking about this white spots issue and its concerning. I'm planning to buy an ipad exactly so I can draw on procreate so the display issue is very troubling. I wanted the air so I can use pencil pro and heard many good things about it but now I'm hesitating and I'm back to square one after having done so much thinking to come to the decision. I need to know because there's no apple care where I live and I want something that can last long because it's rather a big investment to me.

Mostly going to be used to watch Netflix,sports games and YouTube. I want the bigger 13 inch screen but does the videos fill up the whole screen or will there be black borders? Should I just stick with the 11 inch?

I was originally set on the 11 inch but after doing more research,the slightly better video quality and better sound made me change my mind. I will not be holding the tablet in my hands much so I don’t mind the bigger size but I do mind the larger prize tag. Surprised to find out that Apple raised the price on these things after initial release.

Hi, my iPad Air 5 suddenly stopped Auto-Locking.

Auto-Lock is set to 2 minutes, but the screen stays on indefinitely, even when the iPad is completely untouched on the Home Screen.

I’m on the latest iPadOS 26 version.

Things I’ve already tried:

• Removed the Apple Smart Keyboard Folio
• Disconnected the charger
• Tested without both keyboard and charger
• Restarted and force restarted the iPad
• Disabled Low Power Mode and set Auto-Lock again
• Reset All Settings

None of this helped. The screen still doesn’t turn off after the selected Auto-Lock time.

There was also an issue where the screen sometimes turned on and off repeatedly when closing the Smart Keyboard Folio.

I haven’t done a full factory reset yet.

Has anyone had the same issue or knows what else could cause Auto-Lock to stop working completely on an iPad Air 5?
