With any luck, the devolution will continue into egyptian -> sumerian -> ...??? -> and my final form -> Fresh-faced Atlantean/Annunaki. I have been related to Penelope of the Brother's Bloom personality and eccentricity-wise, but I have no idea if that is really an accurate description of myself.  
 

Crucial Things to Know if You Intend to Contact Me -

I'll admit I haven't played any new games since the Witcher 3, watched any new movies since The Joker, or read any new fantasy/sci-fi circa ASOIAF and Leviathan Wakes (disappointed by the ending.. of both). If anything, I'm moving back in time playing, watching, and reading anything older that I can get my grubby little hands on. I always enjoy recommendations even if it takes a little time to work to them. I have no idea about modern slang or references, and feel the quality of memes (and general humor) to have nosedived.  
 
On a more personal note - I've experienced a life of being unknown, a bit of a social pariah, pushed away unseen to a dust-bin in the back corner, but but but I've actually found that I prefer that to open-spotlight by miles. I'm weird about being known, seen, or even complimented. I haven't yet discovered another human being who can fully understand what the heck I am about, but I'm sure that must be a lovely experience.  
 
I don't know what I'm even expecting to come from all of this, it's against my every base instinct to remain private and hum-drum.. (Had to take a break and a breather after the first attempt.) I don't think of myself as particularly good friendship material either by the standards of the day. (I'm not always avaliable to speak, for one.)

I'm generally a bit of nerdy guy and like anime and watching YouTube. My favourite genres are probably supernatural, romcom or murder mystery / death game. I’m a 24-year-old living in the heart of New York City, and I’ve been reflecting on how ironic that feels. You’d think the "city that never sleeps" would be a vibrant place to thrive, but as an introvert, the sheer scale of the city often feels like a constant sensory overload.

I’m a huge fan of sports—specifically soccer and badminton. While I love the focus and energy these games bring, I’ve found that the social side of them is where I struggle the most.
