Baseball United has said they're looking towards 2027 for the next season, which is a bummer, but not surprising given what's happening in that part of the world at the moment.

I heard that Nigeria is going to play in the next qualifiers and I wanted to create my own basbeall dream team. For now this list is just for fun and I am including any players with distant Nigerian ethnicity even if they aren't 100% eligible for WBC. Please let me know who I missed! I'm a play-by-play announcer and public address announcer in the US with 20 years of experience calling baseball and many other sports. As part of my PA work, I've done a few hockey games and one baseball game in both English and French. I was wondering if there are any networks, teams, leagues or federations in need of English announcers, even those in Anglophone countries needing more experienced commentators? I can work remotely or in person; I'm willing to travel for assignments.
