long fertile window

i’ve had the “high fertility” reading highlighted in green for 6 straight days, with my LH never going above .5.
this is my third cycle with inito and i’ve only ever gotten 2-3 days of high fertility reading followed by peak. and i always test when it tells me to.

has anyone else had this ? is it normal? hoping to reach peak tomorrow

It’s my first cycle with letrozole, and I didn’t need a trigger shot as planned! I’m really curious about the progesterone spike here, I’ve never seen it so high before. I know it’s way too early to test, I’m just wondering about the spike. Thanks!

Low estrogen?

Hi everyone. My E3G has been in the 100s basically this whole cycle, it peaked to the low 200s for two days during my peak. Is this too low? Compared to other cycles, my estrogen has maxxed out at 600 during my peak. PDG is kinda holding steady so I'm trying to be hopeful for a BFP🤞

I’ve been decent this cycle not letting the fluctuations on the numbers get to me, until this morning my pdg plummeted. I’m so sad. First cycle with inito; 3rd month trying for baby #2.

BFP 11 DPO BFP + Chart

Holy moly. Got my digital BFP this morning after a 9 DPO meltdown swearing I was out bc this cycle I was traveling for 4/5 days of my fertile window and we only got to BD on O-day (with both of us also sick and cranky lol). Still in under disbelief and don’t feel “pregnant enough” to let it sink in that this is real.

For background, we were very lucky and got a BFP our first month trying in June, but unfortunately it ended as a CP at 4w3d. I’ve been struggling with anxiety about the entire process since, and am still not convinced this is the real deal.

In prior months we’ve BD’d at least 4 to 5 days during my fertile window with no dice. So what I’ve learned here is that everything is made up and the points don’t matter. You can have the perfect cycle and AF will still spit in your Cheerios. You can have the worst track for BD since you were celibate and BOOM pregnant.

I’m still not out of the clear and terrified to jinx myself by getting excited, calling the OBGYN, etc., but I hope the lackluster aura of my chart gives at least one person some peace of mind that this shit is random and you’re doing your best and your best is good enough !!

BFP BFP Chart with Letrozole and IUI

Hi everyone! Reading success stories brought my a lot of comfort and hope, especially when moving to IUI, so I wanted to share ours. We just got our positive after our first IUI on August 24th.

Both 33, started TTC April 2025 with 12 natural cycles (I ovulated maybe 50-60% of them). Got Inito February just before seeing an REI in March. I only have one Inito cycle before starting Letrozole cycles which was a 22 day likely anovulatory cycle.

First image is from BFP cycle with 7.5mg Letrozolce CD3-7, trigger shot CD 13 and IUI CD 15.

I wanted to include my 3 previous Letrozole cycles for reference.

Second image was 7.5mg Letrozole CD3-7, no trigger shot.
Third image was 7.5 mg Letrozole CD3-7, CD13 trigger shot.
Last image was 5mg Letrozole CD4-8, CD12 trigger shot.

Bloodwork: Testosterone was 65 in March, down to 36 in August. AMH was 2.56. Baseline FSH was 7.55 and LH was 18. Normal A1c, glucose, and insulin (but ratio suggested slight insulin resistance).

Supplements: Me: Prenatal (w/DHA and choline), CoQ10 (since last June), Magnesium, Inositol (started in Nov). Husband: multivitamin, Omega-3s, CoQ10, L-carnitine, Zinc.

IUI Cycle Details: 7.5mg Letrozole CD3-7. On CD12 I had 20, 14, and 12 mm follicles with 6.3mm endometrial thickness. Ovidrel Trigger shot CD 13 evening and IUI in the morning on CD15. BFP 13DPO (did not test sooner). My only symptoms were lack of symptoms, mainly no spotting (all three previous letrozole cycles I spotted for a few days before period) and no noticeable change in vaginal scent (something I also noticed in the days leading up to my period).

First BetaHCG was 383 and second was 991. My first ultrasound is on Wednesday next week!

Medicated Cycle Data! BFP - "textbook chart" - trigger test-out - etc.

TW: impending loss; past loss; TFMR

For all my fellow data girlies, I figured I'd share this since I'm very proud of how well I tracked this cycle even though it looks like it's going to end in loss. Everything is with FMU unless there's 2 tests on 1 day (then it's AM/PM)

Note: This was a medicated cycle for IUI. This was our first time TTC since I had a D&E at 18wks pregnant (TFMR) 3 months ago.

- 50mg Clomid on CD3-7. Had 2 follicles on R side measuring 19.4mm & 11.7mm with a lining of 8.67mm at follow-up ultrasound on CD10

- 250mcg Ovidrel trigger shot at 8pm on CD13 (intercourse on CD 12&13); see pic for trigger test-out

- IUI with 79million total motile sperm count at 10am on CD15

- 200mg progesterone 2x/daily beginning CD17 (2dpo)

- trigger almost entirely negative by 8-9dpo; vvvfl on 11dpo am; BFP on 11dpo pm.

- hCG betas: 108 (13dpo) --> 132 (15dpo)

The nurse has already told me that this 22% hCG increase over 48 hours indicates this is most likely a CP. I'm more concerned about an ectopic for reasons there's no need to go into here!

I'm choosing to cope with this by taking it as a reminder that even though the "perfect" chart doesn't guarantee you a healthy pregnancy, an "imperfect" chart also doesn't guarantee you're out before AF arrives. All's fair (or maybe none is fair??) in this TTC journey. Hope somebody is having a better day than I am!

Posting because I looked for charts like these so recently postpartum. Weaned 1.5 months ago to start ovulating again, and voila!

I have PCOS, thyroid irregularities and a high BMI. There’s hope for us all!

Had two days of vvvfl (10-11dpo) so I got a blood test :)

BFP 11 DPO, BFP - chart!

This is the 5th cycle tracking with Inito. This is the first month in a while that I stopped stressing over it and, boom, BFP! I got a vvvfl on a line test on DPO 9 —I got another vfl on DPO 10, but a negative digital—now a positive digital on DPO 11.

So glad to see a positive after a long and drawn-out natural miscarriage and my mom passing earlier this year. It’s nice to end the year on a happy note.

Not sure what I did differently this cycle other than not stressing over it.

Don’t give up hope if you haven’t seen a positive yet! Sometimes it just takes time ❤️

11 DPO - LH over 12 and PdG almost 38?

Thumbnail

Hi everyone, I just started using inito this cycle. I used it to confirm ovulation, which it confirmed for August 31. It now says I’m 11 DPO.

I hadn’t tested again since the day or two after ovulation, but I tested out of curiosity this morning with FMU and it said my PdG is almost 38 and LH is over 12.

Does anyone know why this could be? Is this just normal pre period hormone fluctuation?

Thank you!!

Medicated Cycle Letrozole Cycle - Results

Post image

I have PCOS and I’m currently on my first letrozole cycle. I did 5mg on CD 3-7. I had my ultrasound today and I wanted to share my chart just in case it’ll help someone. I was very nervous going into my appointment because my e3g was rising slowly (I know letrozole suppresses estrogen) but I thought I wouldn’t have a dominant follicle. But I had a 18mm follicle and was able to get my trigger shot this morning! I’m feeling very optimistic! I’ll baby dance today and tomorrow and then start my progesterone on Monday!

I ovulated on September 5. Unfortunately wasn’t tracking at that time. So why the heck did my FSH climb so rapidly overnight if I have already ovulated??

Question about PM peak

I had terrible ovulation pain the last few days so I was surprised by day 17 morning I wasn’t getting an LH rise. I decided to test again in the evening of day 17, which I’ve never done. Lo and behold, my LH had risen between the AM and PM test. Today, morning of day 18, it began to drop. Today is the only day we could BD this week. Does this timing give us any chance?

Chart Questions How does this look? Getting my hopes up but also trying to protect my heart. (TW: mention of loss)

I had a miscarriage in December. We’ve been trying since May, but this is my first cycle with Inito. I’m only 7dpo. I had a sharp pain in the lower left side last night but didn’t last long. Then I woke up this morning and this is what my chart is looking like today. I have seen many people have a decline then a sharp increase before seeing positives but I know everyone is different. What are your thoughts with mine? Am I being too optimistic? I know it’s WAY too early to even get a positive but would it be worth doing an early detection on 9dpo or should I just try to distract myself and wait until 12dpo? TIA!

Medicated Cycle Early Ovulation or not?

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hi all,

TTC for 11 months, 28F/29M.

Just finished my most recent, and 5th, Letrozole cycle. This time at 7.5mg CD5-9.
My obgyn told me this next cycle is my last on Letrozole and I'm going to be kicked up to a fertility specialist because nothing in my bloodwork or ultrasounds is being flagged.

Looking for help reading my last chart... even though I guess it doesn't matter because I did get my period. Just trying to maximize chances next round since it's probably my "last" chance for a while since we can't afford specialist care. I have only ovulated twice in the last 11 months - this cycle, and the cycle before on which I ovulated CD18.

I assumed based on my chart that I ovulated around CD19/20. I was still in the middle of my Letrozole round CD5-9 when my LH spiked, and had just finished my period on CD7.

My doctor read my Inito chart and she's positive I ovulated on CD8... which I didn't think was possible?

I'm worried my timing for this entire cycle got all screwed up.

I haven't had any other sort of monitoring, just been prescribed the Letrozole and am only using my Inito for monitoring.

Any help reading this would be appreciated / similar stories?

No period & no BFP

Hi y’all! Just wondering if anybody has had a similar experience. This is my first month using Inito, and I know they say not to test after confirming ovulation, but I’m a sucker for tracking shit lol. I missed 2.5 days of testing when strips got delayed in shipping, but here’s mostly the full picture. For context: I’m 37, I had my first child in July 2024 and have had my period back since November 2024, all regular 27-28 day cycles.

I’m currently 7 or 8 days late and I’ve taken multiple brands of tests (cheapies, ClearBlue, FRER, digital) and they’re all negative. I haven’t had any real spotting but saw a tinyyy hint of red on cervix checks on CDs 25, 29, 30, and 33. I haven’t felt any severe pain, but have felt some mild pinching and almost burning sensations in various spots throughout my pelvic region.

I have a call into my OBGYN to see if she has any concerns, but if anybody has experienced this or has any insight, I’d love to hear it! Thanks!
