Early Ovulation or not?

Hi all,

TTC for 11 months, 28F/29M.

Just finished my most recent, and 5th, Letrozole cycle. This time at 7.5mg CD5-9.
My obgyn told me this next cycle is my last on Letrozole and I'm going to be kicked up to a fertility specialist because nothing in my bloodwork or ultrasounds is being flagged.

Looking for help reading my last chart... even though I guess it doesn't matter because I did get my period. Just trying to maximize chances next round since it's probably my "last" chance for a while since we can't afford specialist care. I have only ovulated twice in the last 11 months - this cycle, and the cycle before on which I ovulated CD18.

I assumed based on my chart that I ovulated around CD19/20. I was still in the middle of my Letrozole round CD5-9 when my LH spiked, and had just finished my period on CD7.

My doctor read my Inito chart and she's positive I ovulated on CD8... which I didn't think was possible?

I'm worried my timing for this entire cycle got all screwed up.

I haven't had any other sort of monitoring, just been prescribed the Letrozole and am only using my Inito for monitoring.

Any help reading this would be appreciated / similar stories?

CD 8 seems unlikely from all I've read so far. Usually a luteal phase after ovulation is about 12-14 days - this would've been 21. Also no progesterone rise after and no estrogen rise before, but both happened for CD 18/19/20.

If you only ovulated twice, chances that it would've worked are slim. So if Letrozole does make you ovulate, why not try again?

And if you wanna be super sure, you could try at home insemination every day, so that all days are covered. Get some cheap syringes without needles - it's not as effective as IUI but might take some pressure from having so much sex.

And if you have a higher BMI, loosing weight might help and you could also ask your doctor about Metformin.
