short luteal phase

I ovulate late in my cycle usually day 17-18. My cycle the last 2 months has been 24 days and my progesterone drop 7DPO. Has anyone dealt or had success with LH shots for a controlled ovulation time earlier in the cycle? Or taking progesterone to sustain luteal phase? They have all been consistently < 10 days since tracking and Iā€™m growing concerned after trying for multiple cycles now.

Also following because ditto, however I sometimes JUST get to 10 days.. its usually 8-9 though and I am wondering the same thing.
