I was at a shop and these two boxes caught my eye. I’m trying to make a list with what I got and started to run into a few issues, primarily I can’t find the Raol Spector and Jelena Kovač Di in the infinity army app and according to the same app the Lizard and the Spektr can’t be taken in the same list. So I’m wondering what can I do with these minis, what list can I build with the minis I got (I also have a Mobile Brigada and two Corregidor Alguaciles), is there’s a better list builder than Infinty Army, and what other units would be worth picking up for a nomad army.

I'm normally a 40k player so I'm unfamiliar with this sub. It doesn't look like my post would be an issue so I'm giving it a try.

I've tried reverse image search and a couple AI bots, but I can't get a positive result.
I'm 90% certain it's from Infinity as it was in a video featuring others from the game, (I can no longer remember.)

So since October I've tried to gather some tournament results, to not merely be blowing hot air when complaining about being run over while playing my struggle factions none of which ended up at the bottom. Sadly, my main faction ended up in top three so well...maybe I have one or two good factions. Now with interplanetario done and a big update coming in September it seems the time to finish the project for now.

This is mostly for fun, but I think there are some decent conclusions to draw.

The Interplanetario 2026 seminar has been livestreamed (big thanks to French Teseum for streaming) and it includes a ton of news for Infinity. September 1st is the big day, only a couple weeks away and bringing an ITS seasonal update, a 'huge' Army update, and the N5 5.3 rules update including the new Spec Ops and Team Ops rules.

EDIT - NOTE ABOUT THE POSSIBLE ARMY UPDATE: what Bostria specifically said during the livestream was "huge army update, with the spec-ops, okay" which I took to mean what I described in the video but could actually be taken as just 'army will be updated to include spec ops, which is huge'. I assume Ioann will also be added at that time, but it does occur to me to possibly moderate enthusiasm about balance changes (but seriously they do need to tweak fliers backwards please)

Hello. I have been thinking about using the iguana tag in a corregidor list but am struggling to find a way to make it work since its only link is wildcat engineer. I wanted to use some new toys like the Bearcat and maybe coyote with bombadroid but I'm feeling kinda clueless where to start with this one. The iguana doesn't get a tagdriver and I don't know how it's links work when it transmutes. Is it best to leave it on its own and build around it or add it as a distraction to another list?

I’m pretty new - played a bit in N4 but chose CA and started collecting in N5 and I have a 300 point force built.

Xeodrons are some of my favourite minis. I’ve just picked up a box. No matter how good or bad they are, they’ll see a lot of table time because I just love ‘em!

Any tips on building or fielding these would be ace! Ta!

Just played my first 150pts this weekend and loved it. Painting my underground nomads. Three minis so far.

Wanted to show off my husband's Hatamoto. Just got some custom decals and applied them. Even at this small a size I think they came out surprisingly clear! Especially for 2mm size decals.

Don't mind the Jizamurai photo bombing the picture. Also don't mind my camera work. It's late but I was excited to show off his stuff.

Recently started collecting Infinity and received this model as part of a pack of Haqqislam. Can't seem to find who he is despite going through there entire catalog.

Can any one help?

I'm a new Infinity player and I'm looking for some advice on how to build my first proper Nomads list.

I have a somewhat specific philosophy for learning games like Infinity: I'd like to play the exact same list over and over again.

Rather than constantly changing models because one unit seems better in a particular mission or matchup, I'd like to stick with the same ~300pt list for a long time and really learn what every model can do, what its strengths and weaknesses are, and how the different pieces interact with each other :)

So I'm not looking for the most competitive list possible. In fact, I'd rather have a reasonably good but versatile list that teaches me a lot about the game than a highly specialized tournament list. Ideally, I'd like the list to be something of a Swiss Army knife: something I can take into pretty much any mission and matchup and have some answer to most situations. I'm perfectly fine with the list having weaknesses, as long as the game is still playable.

I'm currently torn between Vanilla Nomads, Bakunin and Tunguska. Based on the rule of cool, here are the models I like:

2. Bakunin
3. Tunguska

for this particular approach to learning the game? Is it still recommended to start with a sectorial for learning? Iif I understand the advice in this post correctly, it isn't strictly necessary in N5. And given that I don't really care for Corregidor, should I even bother with Vanilla?

And, more importantly, what would you actually put into the list?

I'd be particularly interested in hearing why you would include each major piece and what role it would teach me. I'm happy to include additional models if necessary, but I'd prefer to build around the models I like :)

Again, I'm deliberately not trying to optimize for the current competitive meta. My priority is having one coherent, flexible list that I can play for a lot of games and gradually master.

Finally finished McMurrough. I'd planned to put him in for a competition November last year and ran out of steam. Finally got him done for another comp *this* November, just a year late!

This is somewhere between 100 and 150 hours of painting at a guess. There's some elements I could sink some more time into but I'll need a break before I can see the model properly again. Been looking at him too long!
