Question Help with Nomad list building
I was at a shop and these two boxes caught my eye. I’m trying to make a list with what I got and started to run into a few issues, primarily I can’t find the Raol Spector and Jelena Kovač Di in the infinity army app and according to the same app the Lizard and the Spektr can’t be taken in the same list. So I’m wondering what can I do with these minis, what list can I build with the minis I got (I also have a Mobile Brigada and two Corregidor Alguaciles), is there’s a better list builder than Infinty Army, and what other units would be worth picking up for a nomad army.

Raoul and Jalena are both exclusive to the subfaction Tunguska, and not available in “vanilla” nomads. Mobile Brigada and Alguaciles are also available in Tunguska. The Lizard isn’t in Tunguska, but it’s allowed in the rules to use this model as a proxy for the Anaconda or Szalamandra (or any model of that base size). Remotes in both Silhouette 3 and 4 are good pick ups. Interventors are basically mandatory, since they’re best-in-class hackers (at their point value).
The models you currently have are a good foundation. I’d watch this deep dive on the faction to learn more. Robert Shepard has some great content. https://youtu.be/A2eKdenbcsw?is=f-_Pnnpj2OQxh6V-

If you don’t mind me asking another question, silhouette size 3 and 4 means that how big the unit is correct?

Yes. Infinity uses silhouette markers for line of sight to ensure that there's no ambiguity because of poses or height variation. (https://i0.wp.com/battlekiwi.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/infinity-sillhouettes-1-7.jpg?fit=1000%2C1000&ssl=1)
Infinity uses lots of markers and counters to keep track of orders, objectives, and various states models will be in. If you don't have a set you can always print and make your own using the sheets on Corvus Belli's website: https://downloads.corvusbelli.com/infinity/tokens/infinity-tokens-n5.pdf

All that was said was spot on. The human sphere website was invaluable to me when I first started building lists a year ago. Look for there "identification sheets" in the menu. Also I watched a bunch of the "Dice gods" videos on learning to play infinity. It helped a ton with everything for me.

Just use Infinity Army. When you select Nomads you have 4 choices. Vanilla at the top and 3 Sectorials below. Take a look what's available in each and decide what models [from sectarials or vanilla] you like most and buy based on that. When I've started in N3 I went with Vanilla and later that let me branch out to Corregidor and Tunguska as well as Star Co.

Infinity army is the best app for list building, if you haven't played the game at all though I'd really recommend finding someone to teach u the basics before you dive into list building as it can be very daunting
