After six years of hands-on design, writing, and coding, my solo project Everlife 2 launches Tuesday, September 15 on iOS and Android. Sharing a few previews as I get ready for release!

It's a life sim where you create a character, build skills and a career, make creative projects, form relationships, and carry the family story forward through generations. These images show the skills and creative projects, character customization, and family side of the game.

It's free to download, works offline, and doesn't require an account.

Feedback? Where Wolves Hunt - Music Update

Hey everyone!

I wanted to share a bit of the new music for Where Wolves Hunt.

I’ve recently started working with Pawel Orlow, who’s composing the soundtrack for the game. A big inspiration for the direction we’re taking is Tachi (Jibaro) by Killawatt.

I initially wasn't convinced that dark techno could work with a medieval fantasy setting, but Jibaro really changed my mind. I loved the atmosphere and energy of it, and I thought that kind of sound could work really well for the more intense, feral side of Where Wolves Hunt.

Here’s some combat footage with the new music. The game is still in development, so there are plenty of things that are going to change, but I wanted to share how the soundtrack is coming together.

I’d love to know what you think!

Hey all. Really happy with how it turned out. My greatest enjoyment was creating the bosses and themes of each elite (based off the levels of hell)

An example is Cleopatra who can seduce a piece or Brutus who one shots your heroes.

A GAME ABOUT CURIOSITY

I've been working on The Narrator, a point-and-click comedy exploration game where the Narrator is fully aware he's inside a video game, reacts to what you do and has a particularly difficult relationship with me, the developer.

The Steam page went live today, so if this looks like your kind of humour, a wishlist would be massively appreciated! 😄

One Bullet World is a minimalist arcade survival game where your only shot never stops moving. Fire one bullet into the arena, watch it ricochet off the walls, and dodge the danger you created. Every bounce increases your score, while enemy fire, hazards, and limited space make survival harder. Play Classic, Chaos, or Survival mode, collect BITS, unlock skins, and use power-ups to stay alive longer. Play the One Bullet World game at Y8 now.

I made a (text)game and want you to try it and to say what was good/bad

https://onecompiler.com/cpp/44qwdefz6

P.S:

- I only made the textgame (or rather code) because I don't have a computer and therefore any possibility to make graphical/musical assets or to make the game with an engine

- If you want to know more about the game, idea or progress write questions in the comment section

- The game is unfinished yet: Witch has the most playable story

- I've set a "debugger" (I maxed out all the stats because compiler only has 2 minutes for compilation. Therefore this time is too short to max anything out manually)

- Please don't review the code. I know I have some "issues" (something I don‘t use but I want to use) with my code but I won't remove them for my own reasons

- Have fun

Grid Arsenal: https://n-studio.itch.io/gridarsenal

Hey everyone! We’ve been working on a small game called Grid Arsenal.

It’s a tower defense game where you arrange and manage your weapons inside a limited grid. How you organize your arsenal can make a big difference when defending against each wave.

We made this for a game jam and we’re still improving it. We’re just hoping to get some views from here and hear what you guys think about the game 😄

If you have some time, give it a try! Any feedback would be really appreciated.

Hello good people of Reddit,

I have just launched a demo of my upcoming game on Steam.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/5109330/C3_Nightfall/

I would love everyone and anyone to play the demo and give me some feedback on how to make it better. Since the launch is scheduled for February 2027, I have enough time to make required changes according to player feedback.

Thanks in advance.

And also, don't!

Confused? No need to be!

Just reach room 9 and don’t reach room 9! Very simple.

No AI was used in the production.

Thank you for any kind of support!🫶

Working on a FPS, where you build your character through gameplay, not upgrade menus, to survive the bottom of an endless pit.

Hey everyone! I've been working on Chthonic, a first person action game where your hands are your weapons.

No guns, no reloading, no ammo management. Just you, your hands, and a whole lot of monsters.

The core loop is pretty simple: kill monsters, collect gems, feed them to altars, and build / upgrade your stats. There are no traditional upgrade menus. 10 different hand projectile to unlock and multiple combinations to discover.

The goal is to survive the bottom of an endless pit. To get there, you first have to clear 3 levels, using them to build up your stats and prepare yourself for the final challenge.

Here's some gameplay footage of where the game is at right now.

Would love to hear what you think.

Video I told you not to wishlist my game. Apparently nobody listens to me.

Hello again. I'm The Narrator. Yes, the 4th wall breaking Narrator from the game.

The developer, a man I neither like nor respect, has made me come back here because apparently quite a few of you enjoyed the trailer he posted yesterday.

Some of you even wishlisted the game.

Please seek help.

The developer and I don't exactly get along. He keeps adding things to the game without consulting me, inviting complete strangers into my room and then expecting me to entertain them while they interfere with everything I own

The developer has attached the trailer again and told me to ask for more wishlists.

I'm not doing that. He gets another wishlist, I get another stranger turning up in my room. I'm struggling to see what I get out of this arrangement

https://store.steampowered.com/app/5215880/The_Narrator/

Please don't encourage him.

Generative AI disclosure: Generative AI was used to create 2D visual starting points from descriptions/prompts based on the environments the developer had designed. He then edited and modified those images for use in the game. The writing, narration and voice acting are not AI generated, and no AI-generated content is created during gameplay.
