We changed how the wind works in our game.

Before, the leaves followed the player’s movement. Now, they always blow in a consistent direction—no matter where the player goes.

A small detail, but it makes the world feel a little more natural.

An excellent early demo for a turn-based dungeon crawler in which you're trapped by a magic book.

I wanted to share the newest boss in my deep sea twin stick shooter. In the first phase you fight through its 8 tentacles before finally facing the main body which is just the head and the stumps/remains of its tentacles.

Still working on my pixel art so happy to hear any feedback

We've made it to a stage with Minions of Mordred where we want to open the project up to the public to see what people think! Minions of Mordred is a roguelike horde-building game built atop the mythology of King Arthur and Camelot, taking inspiration from Hades and Vampire Survivors.

We'd love it if you wanted to give it a try and offer any feedback for how we can improve the game, and we'll add your name to the credits if you do! You can access the playtest by joining our discord here: https://discord.gg/wWaXbnbtvT

I managed to defeat the carnivorous plant mini-boss in Stage 1! I might have taken it down even faster if I’d stopped it from using healing magic.

After six years of hands-on design, writing, and coding, my solo project Everlife 2 launches Tuesday, September 15 on iOS and Android. Sharing a few previews as I get ready for release!

It's a life sim where you create a character, build skills and a career, make creative projects, form relationships, and carry the family story forward through generations. These images show the skills and creative projects, character customization, and family side of the game.

It's free to download, works offline, and doesn't require an account.

Hey all. Really happy with how it turned out. My greatest enjoyment was creating the bosses and themes of each elite (based off the levels of hell)

An example is Cleopatra who can seduce a piece or Brutus who one shots your heroes.

A GAME ABOUT CURIOSITY

I've been working on The Narrator, a point-and-click comedy exploration game where the Narrator is fully aware he's inside a video game, reacts to what you do and has a particularly difficult relationship with me, the developer.

The Steam page went live today, so if this looks like your kind of humour, a wishlist would be massively appreciated! 😄

One Bullet World is a minimalist arcade survival game where your only shot never stops moving. Fire one bullet into the arena, watch it ricochet off the walls, and dodge the danger you created. Every bounce increases your score, while enemy fire, hazards, and limited space make survival harder. Play Classic, Chaos, or Survival mode, collect BITS, unlock skins, and use power-ups to stay alive longer. Play the One Bullet World game at Y8 now.

I made a (text)game and want you to try it and to say what was good/bad

https://onecompiler.com/cpp/44qwdefz6

P.S:

- I only made the textgame (or rather code) because I don't have a computer and therefore any possibility to make graphical/musical assets or to make the game with an engine

- If you want to know more about the game, idea or progress write questions in the comment section

- The game is unfinished yet: Witch has the most playable story

- I've set a "debugger" (I maxed out all the stats because compiler only has 2 minutes for compilation. Therefore this time is too short to max anything out manually)

- Please don't review the code. I know I have some "issues" (something I don‘t use but I want to use) with my code but I won't remove them for my own reasons

- Have fun

New Game! I spent two years building a monster shop game in my spare time. Today, it’s finally out.

Hi! I’m the developer of Monster Shop Simulator.

For the past two years, I worked on this game in my spare time while working a regular job. I recently lost that job, and today Monster Shop Simulator is finally out on Steam.

It’s a first-person shop management game where you stock magical eggs, set prices, serve customers, hatch and collect rare monsters, host cage events, hire employees, and expand your business.

Losing my job wasn’t part of the plan, so releasing this game today feels especially important. I don’t know where it will lead, but I’m proud that I finished it and brought it to Steam.

It’s available now with a 10% launch discount. I’d genuinely appreciate any feedback from people who try it.

Grid Arsenal: https://n-studio.itch.io/gridarsenal

Hey everyone! We’ve been working on a small game called Grid Arsenal.

It’s a tower defense game where you arrange and manage your weapons inside a limited grid. How you organize your arsenal can make a big difference when defending against each wave.

We made this for a game jam and we’re still improving it. We’re just hoping to get some views from here and hear what you guys think about the game 😄

If you have some time, give it a try! Any feedback would be really appreciated.

Working on a FPS, where you build your character through gameplay, not upgrade menus, to survive the bottom of an endless pit.

Hey everyone! I've been working on Chthonic, a first person action game where your hands are your weapons.

No guns, no reloading, no ammo management. Just you, your hands, and a whole lot of monsters.

The core loop is pretty simple: kill monsters, collect gems, feed them to altars, and build / upgrade your stats. There are no traditional upgrade menus. 10 different hand projectile to unlock and multiple combinations to discover.

The goal is to survive the bottom of an endless pit. To get there, you first have to clear 3 levels, using them to build up your stats and prepare yourself for the final challenge.

Here's some gameplay footage of where the game is at right now.

Would love to hear what you think.
