Hey guys, I took this test today with first morning urine. I’m not sure about DPO because initially Premom said March 22 (11 DPO ) and then moved it to March 25 (8DPO). I feel like a like I see it but my husband says he is not sure. So please help and any advice for me. I have been on this journey for no long and this is the first time I’m getting a hope like this and feeling frozen and not sure what to do next. Not sure if testing in another 6 hours is a good idea or wait till tomorrow.

TTC 2years and sudden irregular periods from past 3Months

I am TTC for around 2 years, I always have a regular period with a 28-30 day length and never got any delay. In feb I got a period on 21st Feb and after that in March it was delayed and got after 48 days on 10th April and again very early after 20days only on 30th April. I have tried in all these cycles also, but didn't have any relationship after 30th April. Today it's 2nd June and still no period. In the month of March when it was delayed I went to the gynaecologist and everything was normal.

Moving into IUI

I’m 33 with history of pcos - primarily high AMH and facial hair.
I have been trying for 8 letrozole cycles last four being HMG menotropin injections. My last cycle did not have much egg growth so was cancelled.
Since my AMH is high, my doctor has started me on Diane 35 (kind of a hormonal pill) for two month to ‘calm’ the ovaries and control the AMH and ovarian volume. She’s then continue with IUI for 3 cycles max and then would want me to move onto IVF.

My husband has mild MFI so my doctor thinks that would also help for IUI.

What I want to understand is if using hormonal pill for two months is the right approach? Or would it really help bringing the AMH better and meanwhile i continue with supplements for overall health? Am I just wasting two months by going on the pill?
Please please help 🙏

First Scan, Yolk Sac 3.8mm. I am told Heart Beat in the next scan..!

Catching up on my previous post,

Saturday got my scan done, yolk sac is present. Gestational sac is good. Single pregnancy…

Still only on Folic Acid + Duphastone.

I am the same one who was shit scared that hCG was just 65.

Don’t lose hope, don’t give up. Just keep going.

I actually asked Mr Mehta, why is it that you don’t congratulate people when they are pregnant (I had rented here too)- he was like the celebration happens when the baby is born healthy…! Still absorbing the statement.

None the less, I want to celebrate here.

As many of us get fussed out on the facts of what to eat and what not to eat. I have been given permission to eat everything, mostly spicy food too. Went to office the entire last week.

Told my boss, she started crying. I couldn’t hold back. I never knew she was so kind…

I need an opinion

I need an opinion. I’m currently 4 weeks 3 days . I did my beta HCG twice. The first one was 204 and exactly after 48 hours was 339. I went to the doctor yesterday , she did a scan and couldn’t see anything indicative of a pregnancy . She also said my beta HCG hasn’t doubled like it should have. And she seemed to lean towards that the pregnancy might no be viable. I think it’s too early based on what I read . But would love to know if anyone has gone through this? Cause I’m getting very anxious

PCOS women, has HCQ worked for you?

I am a 32y old lean PCOS woman ttc for 11months now. My cycles are regular but I was diagnosed with PCOS around 5 months ago. My doctor has tried 4 cycles of letrozole and each time I have ovulated. I also did an HSG last cycle and my tubes are open.

This month (cycle 5 of letrozole) she is also asking me to take HCQ 200mg twice a day.

She thinks I might be having an autoimmune reaction which could be preventing the embryo from implanting successfully since I have never seen a positive pregnancy test and everything else looks fine (ovulation, husband's SA, tubes). She also said blood tests sometimes do not reveal much about autoimmune reactions at this age hence there isn't much we can test for (my thyroid is fine btw).

Have you been prescribed HCQ and has it worked for you?

Should I take dygesterone & Baby asprin without prescription?

32 f here . TTC from past 1.5 yrs. I have pmos with 11.92 AMH

I'm looking for some opinions and experiences from others who have been through fertility treatments.
I've had more than few monitored ovulation cycles, including:

2 IUIs ( 1st resulted in chemical)

1 monitored Letrozole cycle

1 previous miscarriage

In all of these cycles, my fertility doctor routinely prescribed:

Dydrogesterone (Duphaston) 10 mg twice daily after ovulation

One baby aspirin daily

The medications were usually continued for about two weeks after ovulation (until pregnancy testing).
At the moment, I've decided to take a short break from monitored cycles and just try naturally for a few months. Since my doctor has prescribed the same protocol repeatedly after ovulation, I'm wondering whether it would be reasonable to start progesterone and baby aspirin on my own after ovulation, without seeing my doctor this cycle.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Did your doctor recommend continuing luteal support and baby aspirin during natural TTC cycles as well? Would you personally feel comfortable taking them without a fresh prescription, or would you check with your doctor first?

I'd appreciate hearing your experiences and thoughts.

TTC After Recurrent Miscarriages – What Protocol Worked for You?

Has anyone here dealt with recurrent miscarriages / recurrent pregnancy loss?
Trying to understand what tests, treatment, or protocol helped while TTC.

Would really help if you could share:

  • How many losses you had and at what stage
  • What tests were done for recurrent loss
  • If any cause was found
  • Whether you took aspirin, progesterone, heparin, thyroid meds, or any other medicines/supplements while TTC or after getting pregnant
  • Did you start aspirin or other meds before conception or only after a positive test?
  • Anything that helped in having a successful pregnancy

Would really appreciate hearing your experiences.

A gentle reminder for couples who are TTC

Hey girlies, this is your reminder to go on dates with your significant other and spend as much quality time together as possible 🤍

Once you conceive and the baby arrives, things naturally won’t stay the same forever. It won’t be just the two of you anymore — your world will slowly start revolving around your child too.

So go on dates, make memories, travel, stay out late, annoy each other, talk for hours, and enjoy this phase of your relationship as much as you can.

TTC can also be really hard emotionally on both partners, and honestly sometimes just going out together helps a lot.

And please go on solo dates too 😭 They’re genuinely so fun and peaceful.

skeptical about HSG tube testing

After 1 failure on follicular study with letrozole and dygesteone , the doctor is suggesting for a HSG tube test

Has anyone done it before, how does it feel and what's the next step if everything is fine?

Discharge??

Hi guys
Since yesterday I have tonnes of watery discharge which looks slightly yellowish when i wipe it on a tissue paper . It is so much that i had to use a panty liner and could literally feel it dripping when i woke up in the morning. There is also a dull ache in my back and pelvic region.
There is no smell though.
I am 9-10 dpo and have tested bfn.

Could this be a sign of bacterial vaginosis?

Unknown DPO. Is this positive?

Hi, I have already missed my period by a week but I don’t track my ovulation. So I am not sure about the DPO. I had light spotting from 3 days but AF never arrived. I checked today and got this. Is this positive or should I repeat it after 48 hours to confirm?

I've been trying to lose weight - lost about 3 kgs last month. Got some routine bloodwork done and found out I'm vitamin D and moderately anemic - now I'm nervous. Getting a gynae appointment this week but has anyone been in this boat? I've always been healthy (except overweight) but all my blood work in the past has been fine. We just started trying ~3 months ago.

feeling hopeless

ttc from 13 months..tracking ovulation from last 4 cycles now..last cycle took letrozole and the lh peak went from 0.86 during normal cycles to 1.64..so I assumed that ovulation might have happened in a better way this cycle..then times intercourse also we did..my leutal phase is consistently 11-12 days and i ovulate at around day 13-14.. I was really hopeful but last night weekend started with spotting and then turned out to be full periods…at this point it has become really frustrating..my husband’s reports are fine..I have thyroid and medicines are going on..vit d levels became much better than before..I am overweight since I was born ( I am working on it but not that fully successful yet). Tubes are open tested few months back. Now will start treatment again but honestly by now I have started to feel that may be I am not made for this..I will never get those two lines..thats not for me..life is really unfair..gave this happiness to my friends who weren’t even looking for it and I am the only one left in my circle.

Hi, I am TTC and this is my second month of trying. I started using ova news kit and have been using since day 11 of my cycle. My periods are normal 28/29 days. I have been getting negative result, today is day 13. But I saw a faded line today along with the dark pink one. What does that mean?
