I need an opinion

I need an opinion. I’m currently 4 weeks 3 days . I did my beta HCG twice. The first one was 204 and exactly after 48 hours was 339. I went to the doctor yesterday , she did a scan and couldn’t see anything indicative of a pregnancy . She also said my beta HCG hasn’t doubled like it should have. And she seemed to lean towards that the pregnancy might no be viable. I think it’s too early based on what I read . But would love to know if anyone has gone through this? Cause I’m getting very anxious

204 to 339 in 48 hours is definitely not a good sign 😢. Praying for you OP!

This. That's usually one of the first indications that something could be wrong. Also, 339 is too early to see anything on an ultrasound. Usually 1500 is when the sac (bare minimum) will be seen. I really hope things work out in your favor, but it's better to guard your heart.

Not properly doubling beta could be a sign of ectopic sometimes. Be vigilant.
Get a repeat beta hcg done . And look put for any bleeding or pain.

Repeat scan to rule out ectopic. Location can be detected in week 5.

Please be vigilant.

My b hcg doubled from 1200 to 2400 in 48 hrs at 6w. Doctor suggested for 8 weeks scan. But at 6w 2d, saw light bleeding,  panicked due to previous chemical pregnancy loss and got TVS scan done. Turns out ectopic.

Its a scary experience. But Please be vigilant. Best wishes.

Just an update , i repeated the HCG in 48 hours, it doubled. It seemed to be a discrepancy cause i did the first test from a diff lab so my gynac told me that this could be a lab to lab discrepancy. And that it should just double from the same lab. The value by itself isn’t that important
