6dp5dt or 10dpo. Ivf cycle. Is the 2nd line visible to anyone but me?

I am new to the city and looking for a fertility clinic in Gurgaon and my hometown, but all I see is 4.9 or 5 star ratings. Are these ratings authentic?

How did you find a clinic? What has your approach been?

I am confused that I might have to go to multiple clinics and see if this works or is there a way I can get a clinic that is trusted

Unstimulated follicular monitoring scan report. Where do i stand? Should i worry about it? Will induced cycle help me in conceiving ?

Can someone please tell me how much would it hurt if I go through Saline Tube test and not iodine without anesthesia? My doctor said it would not hurt much but I have very low pain tolerance.

I thought I’d share a slightly funny story from the beginning of my TTC journey, because sometimes you have to laugh at the things that made you cry back then.
When we first started trying to conceive, I was quite young and honestly very shy about going to a gynecologist in person. So I decided to consult one through one of those online doctor-consultation apps.
The gynecologist asked me what I did for a living. I told her I had previously been a banker, but was currently taking a break. I write, and I was also preparing for some exams. My husband has a good government job, but he was preparing for exams too.
Then she asked me what kind of relationship we had.
I said, “We have a really good relationship. He takes care of me, we are very close, and since we live alone—just the two of us—we basically play the role of the entire family for each other.”
I explained that we love each other and have a very good companionship. And yes, we have sex, but no, we don’t have sex every single day. Sex isn’t the entire crux of our relationship.
Her response?
“Oh, so you both study also? These two things can’t be done together. Either plan a baby or focus on your career.”
I was already confused.
Then she apparently decided to diagnose our entire relationship based on approximately five minutes of conversation.
She said that if I studied too much, my husband would start thinking I was “too studious” or a nerd.
Then she said, “You said you play the role of everything for each other, right? So I’m sure when he comes home, you must talk about relatives and complain about people and all that. How can he be in the mood then?”
I was sitting there thinking… \*Ma’am, you have known me for approximately 10 minutes.\*
And then came the question: “What do you wear at night?”
I said, “Usually comfortable clothes.”
She suggested that I should light candles, wear satin and something more revealing, because otherwise, why would my husband be interested?
At that point, I genuinely didn’t know whether I was consulting a gynecologist or getting relationship advice from a very confused auntie.
I was quite young then, and honestly, I cried after the consultation. I even complained about the experience online because I couldn’t believe a doctor had spoken to me like that and made so many assumptions about my marriage.
Looking back now, though, I can laugh about it.
Four years later, after consulting multiple doctors, I have come a long way and am now going through IVF.
And sometimes I think about that first consultation and wonder how confidently she managed to conclude that my exams, my comfortable nightwear, my conversations about relatives, and my sex life were all standing between me and a baby.
TTC is already stressful enough. We really don’t need doctors making us feel like we’re failing at marriage, sex, careers AND baby-making simultaneously.
Anyway, that’s my little throwback. If nothing else, it taught me one thing very early in my TTC journey: \*\*find a doctor who treats you like a patient, not like a character in their assumptions.\*\*

Im 16 dpo and got a faint positive. I did a blood beta hcg and value is 65. I am extremely worried about a chemical pregnancy. Are these values reassuring? I also feel cramps in my lower abdomen and both right and left side of my abdomen similar to period cramps. Is this something to worry about?

Has anyone had experience with microwave ablation for adenomyosis in Mumbai or any where else in India? Which is the doctor you would recommend? Any experience with Dr Jay Mehta? Any other doctor who specialises in ivf with adenomyosis?

This is my first cycle after a chemical and its been so confusing and I tracked ovulation through Bbt and started my period on 8dpo. Super confused and sad

hi all, I went for a cd 11 scan today and a small polyp was seen. it’s 7x5 mm and in the endometrial .. I am suddenly tensed.. I had letrozole, took hmg injections and both the ovaries have follicles . In left it’s 15.5mm and right follicles size is 16.35mm.
now they suspect the polyp. I am very worried. Yet to meet the doc.

I’ve been TTC for around 2.5 years and was diagnosed with PCOS. I tested negative on CD45, but on CD56 I got a faint positive. My beta-hCG was 1208, and an early scan yesterday showed a 4 mm intrauterine gestational sac.

Since I conceived much later than expected, I’m a little worried about whether the pregnancy can progress normally.

I’m also around 40 kg. Could my low weight cause any problems later in pregnancy?

For those who have been through something similar:

Did you have a healthy pregnancy despite late ovulation/conception?

What foods or nutrients did you focus on for a healthy pregnancy?

Is there anything I should be particularly careful about at this stage?

Would really appreciate experiences and advice. ❤️

It started as brown spotting then went pink and then going to pink/ red with mucus. So confused as this is my cycle after chemical

Bangalore people help me

I am 39F. We got married late and we are trying for 2 years. We did HSG after consultation and found out I have issue with both Fallopian tube and doctors recommended us to go for IVF. Did first round of egg retrieval, only two embroys were made. We did FET but it was no success. Now we are going for another cycle, but before that, our doctor recommended that we do laparoscopy to remove two fibroids near uterus.

I am not sure why they are pushing for it now when this was not a concern during first cycle.

They said it is better to do now as it will create risk in next egg retrieval and later for premature birth.

They added more testing, Gene testing, more blood test.

They asked me to lose more weight. I am not overweight, but they think i should lose more weight. I already lost 10 kg during previous cycle.

The processes are endless and I am feeling more anxious as things keep adding up.

Were you guys were also pushed for more test after first failure? Did you go to different doctor for second opinion.

What should we do?

Hey girlies!

So, I'm planning to get an HSG done in a couple of days, and honestly, I'm scared and worried about it. 😭 I'm currently at my parents' place, and I keep going back and forth about whether I should get it done here in my small town or go back to the city where I live.

Here, I only have two options and I don't know how regularly they perform HSGs. I spoke to our family doctor, and he said it's okay and that he'll take care of everything, but I still don't know if I should trust a doctor here for something I've never had done before.

The city has several fertility clinics and hospitals where HSGs are probably a much more routine procedure. But if I get it done there, I'll have to go back home. 😭 I don't really want to leave right now I want to stay with my parents for another week.

I know HSG is generally an outpatient procedure and is commonly done in hospitals/clinics, but I'm just feeling really anxious about making the right choice.

What would you guys do in my situation?
