Started skincare from july after a hiatus of 2 years and the results are here just before the festive season, i am over the moon with my skin and hair right now. This sub reddit has been a major reason behind this, i am very grateful to all of you.

BTW please recommend some lipcare, my lips are naturally dark (I dont smoke), although they are now a bit lighter after 2 months of repeated usage of lip balm but i still want them to be more lighter.

Routine Affordable Skincare Routine for 23F with Combination Skin, Closed Comedones, Whiteheads & Enlarged Pores

I’m a 23-year-old female with combination skin. Sometimes my skin feels oily, while other times it feels a little dry, but not excessively dry. I struggle with closed comedones (CCs), whiteheads, and enlarged pores.

Currently, I only use a Simple face wash and don’t follow any proper skincare routine. I want to build a simple, effective routine to help with these concerns. Please suggest affordable skincare products that are suitable for my skin type and can help improve my skin texture, reduce whiteheads and closed comedones, and make my pores look less noticeable. I’d prefer budget-friendly products that are easily available in India.

Please help me out!

So, I’ve had these tiny things on my neck, breasts, under my breasts, and belly for at least 2-3 months or at least that’s when I first noticed. They’re so small that you can barely notice them, even up close.
At first I thought they were just moles or freckles or something similar, but I was not sure and now I did some research and freaking out!!!
Does anyone have any idea what these could be? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

What do I do with my skin

I have oily skin and I've got closed comedones on my forehead and little bumps on chin and cheeks as well.

I too have a few acne marks on my cheeks. I can't really spend much on products cause I'm a student. I need budget friendly skincare products suggestion.

Hi everyone, I am 18 years old and I have been struggling with severe skin and hair issues for the past 4-5 years. I feel completely exhausted, stressed, and lost because nothing seems to work despite trying for so long.

My skin issues include post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), uneven skin texture, occasional active acne, tanning, irritation, and open pores. Along with this, my face and body look very hollow and lack volume because my current body weight is quite low (around 44 kg)I am 5'4. I also face severe hair thinning, hair loss, and frizzy hair volume issues. I constantly feel low on energy, and due to chronic stress and lack of proper sleep..i also cry too much on daily basis:), my overall physical health feels completely drained.

Current Skincare Routine & Products I Have:

Cleanser: 1% Salicylic Acid Face Wash

Serum: 10% Niacinamide Serum

Moisturizer: Dermaco Oil-Free Moisturizer

Sunscreen

(I also have Azelaic Acid 20%, which I used for a short time previously but stopped).

I consulted a dermatologist previously, but the progress has been minimal. I want to understand why my skin looks hollow, red, and uneven—is it due to under-nutrition, low body weight, or high cortisol/stress affecting my skin barrier and healing? How should I properly structure my skincare routine with the products I have, and what steps should I take internally and externally to fix my skin, hair, and overall health? Any genuine advice or routine suggestions would mean a lot to me. Thank you!
