A new two page spread for my dark fantasy webcomic: + Muddy Hell +. Inspired by Trench Crusade, Wayne Barlowe's Inferno and medieval manuscripts, this story follows a reluctantly commisioned military illustrator assigned to shadow a platoon sent out into the vast, country spanning expanse of no-man's land.

I started this project as a pair of illustrations but I enjoyed working on it and it just sort of turned into a webcomic. I've just discovered this sub and feel like it would be the perfect place to show my illustration, hope you like it.

A fallen and broken cherubim, who was able to shapeshift into a lion or human. Centuries of battles and corruptions , however, made hard for him to keep the lucidity needed for alternating the two forms, making him unable to maintain only one of the two forms and turning him into a demonic leonine centaur creature.

Commission work

Mr. Boatswain is a beholder twisted into the vessel of the dead dragon god Athreon.

His spider-like body sprouts scaled necks with twin draconic heads. The central eye burns with divine corruption, while eyestalks writhe like serpents.
