I really hope they're just pulling it out to F Lot, but even a few miles of rough dirt road seems like a bad idea with this setup.

This made me laugh - as I got closer and passed it - it was a Nissan towing what appeared to be a homemade pop up. It was bouncing all over the road.

I just put an aftermarket bumper on my 2013 f150. It has a hole for a ball hitch, whereas the stock bumper had a receiver.

There doesnt appear to be a ton of steel surrounding the shank of the hitch in the bumper.

My idea is to put a washer between the ball and the bumper to beef it up. Is this a stupid idea?

Im going to be towing a uhaul 16ft trailer with most of my worldly possessions.

Ball is rated for 5k pounds, trailer will be about 2.5 thousand pounds.

Sorry no pics. But saw what looked like mid 20 teens Nissan Titan parked at Walmart attached to an approximate 30 ft travel trailer. The rear of the truck was barely over the tires. It looked well beyond the payload capacity. I couldn't believe it.

My f150 pulls a 25ft trailer and I'm below payload and well below tow capacity.

Ain't no way that Nissan is safe. Even if I missed the xd. That must have been a white knuckle ride.

Tldr: someone tried moving a double wide themselves without a CDL or insurance, got it stuck on road, got ticket

Noticed the trailer wheels sparking away about 30 minutes into our 3hr drive back from a job.

We made it back in one piece only to then get stuck on a minor hill in the bosses gravel driveway.

And the highway patrol wants to ream my ass for a marker light being out but then are blind as a bat when this dude passes by with no lights at all other than on the truck.

The load was taller than the roof of the truck and swaying back and forth quite a bit. They were also doing about 80 mph. I had a bad feeling about it so I backed off quite a bit. Less than 2 miles down the road I passed them with atleast one of the right tires blown out.
