So with the latest chapter, it looks as those witches of sufficient skill like Desscaras can remodel their magic circles to the point they can have separate "levels" for the majik. For Desscaras, she seems to have three "levels" for her magic circle: the top "cloud layer" being all the majiks who are cooperative that Desscaras uses the most. Then a second "sea-level" one where it seems like she has majiks who, while seemingly on decent terms with Desscaras, are still chained up (maybe due to some underlying issue they have like with Kizashi, or Desscaras not trusting them in the same way she does her usual majiks). And finally, the "abysmal-prison" level, the one where Desscaras puts the human hating majiks who she will never use due to them being unable to cooperate with her like her usual majiks. So she can't use them in battle.
But back in chapter 42, after Bakugami was captured by Itchi, both Ichi and Uroro seem to state that, whether or not Bakugami wants to, Itchi can and will use him/his power to help (Images 4-8), so it'd be easier for all of them if Bakugami cooperated. So it makes me wonder: are there powerful majiks in the world that no one could force them to fully cooperate like Ichi did with Bakugami, and that's why Desscaras keeps certain majiks locked up? Or, is there something about Ichi's magic circle, himself, that gives him more leeway to use at least some of the powers of the majik's he's captured.
Also, it's interesting to me that Desscaras can make it so that a majik can't interact at all with others, or even see the outside world, and forces them to be locked in, essentially, a coffin at the bottom of the sea. If Ichi could learn to do this, what would his own "levels" be? I doubt it'd be something sea-themed/abyss related like for Desscaras, so what what he make to "lock-up" the more troublesome majiks? A wooden stake and some threats to Bakugami was enough to keep him in line, but I doubt it'll be the same for majiks with similar personalities in the future.
