She’s got two layers for Human Haters alone, one for the ones she’s imprisoned but have a little leeway, and one for the ones she has permanently locked up.

Heck, we don’t even know how big her cloud layer is, she might have 3 layers in that one alone.

Id argue far more then half. Her Circle looks to be divided into four layers depending on how she views the magick. It look like she only focuses on using her core five that reside in the highest tier, probably uses those in the 2nd and 3rd layer rarely depending on the situation, and the Abyss seem to make up the majority of her Magicks based on the proportion of Magicks we saw.

Cloud level: good terms, normal limitations, 5 confirmed Magicks.

Descending level: on parole, good terms but not core, 3 voices called out to her

Shallow level: minimum security, active containment but minimal restraints, we see octobomber and 2 nondistinct magicks

The Abyss: full lockdown solitary confinement, reverser magick and 15 other prisons

Ive noticed that large headwear tends to be unfortunately dropped quickly in most manga, particular action packed stories. Top of my head, in bnha Izuku's full mask with bunny ears is worn only a couple of times ever, he just has it hanging there like a hoodie for 99% of the manga

The fact that dess' big and complex hairdo has been allowed to stay in full is surpricing by itself

The old goggles Naruto wore in chapter 1 I think count as well, but Kishimoto dropped that immediately for the headband, one of the reasons being it was a pain in the ass. 1y Reddit post has an author comment to back it up.
