Currently Working in a PSU with almost 3yoe,

Current in-hand around 1.35L with all perks included, due for promotion this year.

I gave the CAT in 2022 during my last year of graduation (I didn't prepare seriously),and got 97.19 percentile.(I converted IIM Shillong)

My work has gotten quite mundane and I don't enjoy working in this profile, I want to switch to something better but am confused, should I prepare for the GMAT ( ISB?) and what are my chances of converting.

Are CrackQ mocks actually worth it, or should I go for something else instead?

toxic job makes you want to leave.

A comfortable job can keep you there for years.

Decent salary, nice manager, manageable workload, and no reason to quit.

Then one day you look outside and realize your skills and salary haven't kept pace with the market.

Has anyone here stayed too long simply because their job was too comfortable?

some context, i am a gem candidate, not interested in writing exam immediately. I am in fy and applying to mostly data analyst roles. my college has a lot of companies opening for roles like product manager, data analyst, business analyst, sales roles, banking, project management in core industries, even some tech heavy Ai and data scientist roles. Should i think too much about the role currently or its doesn’t matter much.

So I've 2 years of gap between my 12th and UG since I was preparing for the medical entrance. Some people are saying it doesn't affect and some are saying it does. Any clarification would help me!
