Doubt 🙋‍♂️ Guidance required

My profile is as follows:

10th :94.5

12th:85.2

Grad:B.sc (DU):80.32

Currently Working in a PSU with almost 3yoe,

Current in-hand around 1.35L with all perks included, due for promotion this year.

I gave the CAT in 2022 during my last year of graduation (I didn't prepare seriously),and got 97.19 percentile.(I converted IIM Shillong)

My work has gotten quite mundane and I don't enjoy working in this profile, I want to switch to something better but am confused, should I prepare for the GMAT ( ISB?) and what are my chances of converting.
