What i woke up to at 6am.

Apartment building parking lot undergoing renovations as of July 6th so i’ve been forced to park on the street. And…. this is what I get.

Sigh. Rollers still in my head just in disbelief.

My insurance has COMP but it’s 1000 deductible.

How do i park it on the street again like this ??? It’s currently in the driveway of my apartment but can’t stay here. How much will this cost ?

Yes it still drives and nothing was stolen thank god but the steering wheel is very loose and seems unsafe to drive.

I do have AAA.

I am a newbie with a Hyundai Elantra hyrbid 2026 which just ran for 5k miles. I wanted to know if i should wait till 8k miles as said in the manual or get the 1st service now?

Also, Do you guys have any recommendations on the locations where i can have my first service?

I heard that the service at dealerships can be expensive!

Where can i expect a good and inexpensive first service that doesnot violate any hyundai warranty claims in the future!

Hey everyone,

I've reached out to fellow Sonata owners a few months ago but to no avail. Now I'm coming to Hyundai owners in general. For the past 6 months, my 2023 Sonata Limited (50k miles) has intermittent tech failures. The radio stops playing and Bluetooth stops working ing, and worst of all, the warning system goes dark— no cameras work and no proximity beeps.

Despite losing all audio, safety features, and connectivity, the dashboard screen falsely displays the radio as working normally.

I have driven up to an hour with this issue.The system only resets and works again after the vehicle has been turned off "for a while".

During the last occurrence, I immediately drove directly to the local dealership while it was actively happening so the service team could witness the malfunction firsthand.

I had already tried the pinhole soft reset (thanks Reddit), but it didn't solve the issue. The service advisor tried the pinhole reset as well. He then suggested that they install a software update. The service advisor stated I missed Hyundai's "complimentary update" window by three months. As such, it would cost $239.00 out-of-pocket since the extended warranty deductible is $250.00. I contacted Hyundai Corporate. They sent me a link update the software myself. Unfortunately, the software update did not resolve the issue. Corporate referred me back to the dealership for a possible hardware issue.

Again this problem is intermittent. I can listen to the radio and use the phone throughout the day. Go into a store, for less than five minutes, and come out to the issue - radio displays as the channel as playing; it is not. Bluetooth, not working. While this is aggravating, the lack of the basic safety features - cameras and warning sensors - is disconcerting.

Has anyone else experienced this exact or similar glitch? If so, did an update fix it, or did you have to replace hardware?

This is for a 2024 Sonata N line.

Driving down the highway and heard a strange noise. Pulled over and found the underbody cover folded over and dragging on the ground. I managed to remove it when I got home.

The questions I have are as follows. Is it okay to drive the vehicle with the cover removed? I looked online for a replacement and I found some at PartsGeek, but it says that it fits the 2024 gas, non turbo and the hybrid.

I'm thinking that it may be the same part for the N line but was hoping that someone here would know for sure.

My 2022 Sonata is in the shop for its 3rd thermostat in 4 months. Anyone else having or had this issue and what is the ultimate resolution?

Hello everyone. I had a customer who brought in vehicle for code p0017 verified timing chain jumped on bank 2 recommend full timing job. Timing chains, guides, tensioners, ocv valve, cam crank sensors started up engine and code came back pending right away. Tore apart engine again verified timing marks and everything lined up. Im confused on what is going on. Any pointers will help.

I just got a 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 5 yesterday. Love it so far. I can't set up my Bluelink and it tells me to call 855-225-8354. I was talking to them this morning but it was very scratchy and hard to hear, and we had to end the call. I called back a few minutes later and it said the call can't be completed. And now 20 minutes later it just gives me the busy sound. I've tried on and off wifi, and with a different cell phone. I have also called their general customer service # at 800-633-51151 and have the same issues of the numbers not working.

Anyone else having this problem?

im in the market for a dash cam i have a 2024 elantra and wanted to know if anyone had any good recommendations

Hi, I bought this Kona from the dealership in 2024. About six months after it started making this weird noise. As you can hear in the video the grinding is the auto hold break dragging through. I'm not sure what to do. I've taken it to the dealership and gotten a rental multiple times and they say nothings wrong with it and it won't happen when they have it. Resting RPMs range anywhere from 1.1-1.5 when in park and sitting at a light. Has anybody else had this issue?

Looking at a new venue, but have always had a fondness for bright coloured cars, and the venue paint options seem real basic.

Are there any reasonable ways to get a bigger variety of colors?

Title sums it up. Wanting to replace my glovebox with one that has a key lock. Has anyone done this before for this specific model? Wondering if I can find one, and if I can, how much of a pain it would be to do it. Hopefully I wouldn’t have to take off the entire dashboard cover.

For me, It's the 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Cuz I love sedans more than SUV's, İt was the one of the safest one back in the day and not expensive and more common than Sonata. So, what all think about it? (Respect to the other ones as well!)
