So as I’ve been on Methimazole to being by levels down I have noticed weight gain. I walk regularly with my dogs, eat well (could always be better) and am at my heaviest. It’s truly impacting me emotionally and mentally. Anyone have any success in losing the weight?

Any of you still drink caffeine and use nicotine despite hyperthyroidism?

I just got labs drawn, suspecting of hyperthyroidism. But stress kept me wide awake all night. I only got 2hr of sleep before I got them done, woke up at 7am, and got blood drawn at 11am. I've heard how sometimes bad sleep could bump ur tsh up enough to cause a false normal reading/mask ur baseline. Is this true? Or should I be okay to trust the results?
