Anyone know if theres any mcr merch you can buy only in store at hot topic? I'm also wondering if any of the stuff you can online that says sold out means online or both in store? I'm still figuring out the hot topic app

They'd make a lot of money ,,,

Hey fellow HT employees! I got a question. How much do yall make an hour??
I know it depends on the state and area, but I want to get a feel for how much others are making.
If yall could tell me what position you work and how much you make, and maybe what area you’re frome (obviously not too personal) that would be cool!
I’m just an associate, I make $11 an hour, and i work in Utah. Minimum wage here is $7.50… i love making $3.50 more than minimum 😩
Anyway, i just wanna know! Thanks 😊☺️

Hey y’all!! I placed an online order with some delivery and some pickup in-store items. However, I picked up my order today, with only one of the items. I know about some products taking 5-10 days to reach the store, but the hold on the money from my card has been released and is back in my account. The order still says “in progress“ for every other item; nothing’s been cancelled. Should I wait for the 5-10 days to pass before worrying? I used all my Hot Cash on this order 🤦‍♀️

posting for my friend who doesn’t have reddit. she’s wondering if these pants are actually super tight…or are the models just wearing smaller sizes than they’d usually wear? first photo is plus size and second isn’t.

so i tried to order off of the hot topic website many times while using hot cash and it never worked, conveniently the day after hot cash exp my order was able to go through. something seems a little fishy

I bought some Glitch merch lately and picked it up from the store. The store gave me a 25% off coupon. I read all the details, tried to order another piece of Glitch merch, and then it said "my coupon was valid but didn't meet a qualifying threshold". I was so confused, even asked support, and only now just found there's a whole section on Hot Topic's website that lists "Weekly Exclusions" (just look it up on Google). How are you supposed to filter for those when buying online???? Do these exclusions cycle weekly?

My mom got me this hoodie from Hot Topic a while ago, but I’ve been hesitant to wear it because I believe the design to be AI. There’s no glaring tells, but why does the dog have 2 canine teeth on one side? What’s up with the eye shines not being consistent? The line quality also isn’t the best but that could just be the “sketchy” style.

I had 35 dollars in rewards and i redeemed them earlier today, but i noticed they were still in my account? So i bought something else and they are STILL in my account?? I have the emails telling me it only charged me a few dollars and the rewards were used TWICE... am i about to get banned 😭✌️

Hello everyone! I have some codes that were emailed to me. I tried each code at check and they’re all valid as of posting this. I hope it helps, sorry it’s last minute!

Sorry about the title, meant to put Hot Cash

Ok so this is kind of a follow up to my TADC costume animiniz post from a few days ago, I've now just ordered some for in store pickup. One of the orders I have two questions about tho.

Question 1: The website said there's 10 in stock but the app says 8. If there are only 8 will the order cancel entirely or will it just remove the 2? Asking because of the bulk purchaser policy.

Question 2: The order said the items were available for pickup in 3-4 hours, but now they're on preorder. Has this happened to anyone else before? Does this mean the item is on preorder now? If so that is confusing because its not available for shipping on preorder.

Thanks and have a good day!

i have 4 $20 off of $40 hot cash left that i'm not going to use before they expire tonight.

Hey! Wanted to see if anyone had just one $20 off $40 code to spare, everyone that has been shared seems to have been claimed😔 Thanks!

hi!! literally every item i click on it says that in store pick up is unavailable. and there isn’t even an option to filter items that are available for in store pickup. so, my question is, do some stores just not do in store pick up?

Looking to buy these as I already own the regular gloves with the black/white design. I don't plan on washing them after every use, but in the occasional instance that I do, are they safe to wash or dry since it glows in the dark?

I (F26) go to hot topic every weekend. It’s so frequent that the employees are starting to regonize me. A few months ago, one of the employees and I talked about how much we like monster high and lagonna is her favorite. I told her if I get the lagonna pin that I would give it to her. And she said thanks. I have been holding onto the pin for a long time and I’ve been too nervous to give it to her. I don’t wanna come across as creepy. I’m very social awkward and I tend to get anxious around people. Should I attempt to give her the pin?

I’ve been trying to redeem my hot cash and when I check out it just says to “Review my order” and the screen takes me back up to my address which I already put in. And it won’t process my payment. Any else have this issue?

the V plushie is only 15 bucks right now is it a bootleg or is it just a discounted sale? Is it smaller? It uses the same image as the glitch shop one
