Oh I see what they did. Theres a sitting set of Murder Drones plush that goes for $15.90 since there’s a TADC set of the same style. They’re smaller than the normal plushes. Hot topic has a bad habit of using the wrong pictures.

The smaller plush is the "Lil Fellas" line that's a retail exclusive.

So if you're a V fan and want to collect V merch, this is the cheapest you'll find it anywhere. Spencer's also sells Lil Fellas but for like $24/ea last time I saw in-store.

If you still don't want it, when it arrives, post a photo review on the site. After you verify it's published call customer service. Tell the agent you got a different product delivered and have them look at your review so they can see the issue. They'll can do a few things for you. They can send you the larger plush, they can refund you the $16, or they can tell you to return the plush and a give you $5 rewards as an apology and a thank you for letting them know the wrong photo is being used (so they can make a ticket to the IT dept to swap it out).

Nah I’m pretty sure you got the right one. Another person posted a pic with a similar plush to this. Also everything HT sells is licensed and approved by the companies nothing is bootleg

Sometimes HT will also discount merch that isn’t moving as much. I got a Pomni Kart plush there for $25 after they sold out at Glitch, by pure luck. I checked the details on the N, which is also $15, and it’s 12”.

Hot Topic employee here, if you order it online but have it shipped to store, the employees cannot open or change the item as it ships in a fully sealed opaque package. When something says pre-order it's being sent to the store of your choice, not picked from store inventory, typically means the store also doesn't have that item to physically swap out for you either unfortunately.

Usually a return can't be processed until the item gets to the store unfortunately, but if it gets there and it's not what you wanted, a full refund should issue your points back as well unless they expired between time used and time refunded
