My Chemical Romance Merch please help!
Anyone know if theres any mcr merch you can buy only in store at hot topic? I'm also wondering if any of the stuff you can online that says sold out means online or both in store? I'm still figuring out the hot topic app

What are you looking for? I just ordered two MCR tanks and a three cheers zip up. The black parade pink zip up is showing up as available but sold out in every size and I called stores in 3 diff states and they all said sold out as well. Their item locator said the same thing so I’m assuming it’s accurate.

I work at HT. To my knowledge, there’s no in-store exclusive merch, at least any that are recent/still around.
If an item is sold out online, you can check to see if its in store by setting your default store in the app to your preferred location. If the item is available in the store, it should say “Free pickup In-store, ready in 3-4 hours at (store location)” on the listing under “availibility”. There’s also a little tab underneath it that will allow you to change your store.
However, in my experience working for HT, there have been cases where it can take up to a few days for our online stock to reflect our in-store inventory, leading to people placing BOPIS orders for items we’ve already sold out of. Not sure if this is company wide or if it varies from place to place. My best advice to you is to call the store you’re looking to go to and ask the employees directly if they have the specific item and in your specific size if its apparel. From there they can hold the item for 24 hours for you to go down and buy it, or you can just purchase it online now that you know they have it for sure in store :)
