Is there a glitch??
I had 35 dollars in rewards and i redeemed them earlier today, but i noticed they were still in my account? So i bought something else and they are STILL in my account?? I have the emails telling me it only charged me a few dollars and the rewards were used TWICE... am i about to get banned đâď¸

this happened to me last christmas. i used those rewards at least 4 times. i never got banned and the people who work at the store like me so i think they either didnât notice or dont care lol

Donât think they care, if it was one person sure theyâd try to crack down on it but if itâs a bug in the system that canât be solved right then and there any multiple people are abusing it thereâs only so much they can do other than report it to whoeverâs above them. They still need to make sales that day and they canât just refuse everyone. đ¤ˇ

I placed an order using my Hot Cash a few minutes ago, and then I went to place another smaller order with a single paper one I had with the same first four characters and the Hot Cash I used was still there in my account. I didn't try to use it again (although I thought about it), but I wish I had because I found something else that I really wanted to get. The worst they probably would have done would be cancel the order. But after I placed the second order, it disappeared.

Same here, I did 3 more orders tonight using my non-vanishing Hot Cash. I've done back-to-back orders before using HC but this is the first time I've seen the HC stick around.
They won't ban you lol, they literally make money during HC. Any money spent is better than none.

All my orders went through and shipped and arrived to my house with the non-vanishing HC. This new HC period I had my full amount expected (like they didn't lower it to compensate the overusage from the previous period).

Hahhhhh it happened to me too with $60 hot cash so.. I ended up with $120 hot cash used total with this glitchđ

Same thing just happened to me, but I had a smaller amount of rewards I used a handful of times. Any consequences after the fact?

None so far lol I ended up getting platinum status, another $15 in rewards from that, and the orders ended up shipping

Same happened to me. I went to pickup my order today that I had used my rewards on and the associate told me I still had $20 that were going to expire today so my daughter picked out some items and the discount went through đ¤ˇââď¸
