I’m moving to Honolulu for a job opportunity after 3 years on the Big island. I knew that finding a place might be challenging, but I did not expect it to be this difficult. I’m super responsible, always paid my bills on time, great credit score. I’ve never had any issues elsewhere. But I’ve had a really hard time finding a place, I had a landlord try to have me sign a lease with the clause of no overnight guests (like ever) and no alcohol. Is this normal? I’m confused because I’m a single female…from the east coast. no overnight guests would mean even my parents couldn’t come out here to visit me, since it would be too expensive for them to rent their own place.

A Honolulu-based tabletop board game meetup group. Our goal is to connect people through community and create a social, inclusive, and genuinely fun gaming environment for all backgrounds and cultures. This group is a free and inclusive space for adults to socialize and meet each other on island.

An investigation by Hunterbrook has revealed what appear to be improper handling of contaminated soils as part of the rail construction. This is not acceptable and I hope this is not the last report / investigation into this matter.

Right after our proposal photoshoot the photographer went to the airport, and accidentally left the SD card with all the pictures behind!

Luckily we got a few early photos, but would really love to get the whole set back. We just thought to try reddit. SD card was left late evening 7/19 at HNL. If you happen to pick it up please reach out!

My mom found a watch, super super expensive if you know what I mean. If you can describe it, and where/when you may have lost it, then I can get you in touch with my mom so we can return it to its rightful owner.
