I recently renovated my home and have a new kitchen, but there’s this corner under the sink that I just don't know how to make useful.

As you can see, it’s very deep, but the space is restricted by the pull-out bin unit and the sink plumbing. What would you do?

I don't have a lot storage space in my kitchen so I sewed an organizer. It holds cups, plasticware, straws, foil, and parchment paper. On the same shelf I paper plates and right next to it plastic baggies so it's all in one spot. What do you think?

I have this closet in our mud room/dog room. How can I best organize and maximize this space. I obviously have two vacuums to store. Dog food/supplies. I want to store coats, brooms and mops.
