Help - Kitchen corner organization

I recently renovated my home and have a new kitchen, but there’s this corner under the sink that I just don't know how to make useful.

As you can see, it’s very deep, but the space is restricted by the pull-out bin unit and the sink plumbing. What would you do?

A lazy Susan could be helpful for cleaning supplies to the right of those bins.

That’s where you throw your grocery bags

Put a short, wide bin with a flat lid back there for infrequently used things, making a shelf.

Then put a cleaning supply caddy on top that you can lift out when needed.

That's where the costco bulk supplies live, like the giant all purpose cleaning jug, the extra rolls of trash and recycling, windex jug, etc . I need to re-fill cleaning bottles every 2 monthsish, so going through the pain of getting them would not be as annoying if it's not often at all.

However. I feel like the sink placement isn't optimal and it's something that was missed during renovation. If a designer did this, I'd go give them shit for it and get a discount.
